KAMORA is the best, great time with her. She is the most patient nail stylist Ive even seen.

If you like spending $35 on a trim, then by all means go here. My hair literally looked the same as before I got it cut. I asked for layers and got none.A balance also took almost two hours because the woman wanted to file it by hand, even though she had the machine to do it quicker. Then she put on three coats of polish on top of that. The only reason I’m rating it two stars is because both women were polite. But seriously two hours for a balance!!! Imagine if you need a full set from scratch.

We took our 5 year old daughter in to try to get her nails and hair done. They were still supposed to be open for another hour, but not a single person was in there to help us. We stood around for probably almost 10 minutes waiting to be helped. I even called the number to try to get a persons attention and still no one came or even answered the call from a different location. I will not be going back.

This salon is one of Eastons best kept secrets. I have experienced the best haircut for many years...Steven is great. Plan to check out their spa offerings too.

Nancy does an amazing job! I went in for a color correction, and she exceeded my expectations. If you need color correction, ask for Nancy. She doesnt rush, she takes her time and makes sure youre happy with your results before you leave her chair. She worked on my hair for three hours straight (one of those hours were after they had already closed) and made sure I loved it. Great service and great prices. I highly recommend this place!

I came in town for a conference and found Macys spa by pure luck. Kamora was hands down amazing. Not only did she do a fantastic job on my toes, but had the best stories. I really appreciate everything she did. I would recommend her to anyone.

Steven provided a first-class hair cut in a very short amount of time. You can tell hes developed the habit of excellence over time. Id highly recommend him for other guys who are looking for a cut.

My very first experience at the salon was great! Steve did a fantastic highlighting, cut & style. His expertise in helping with the choice of highlight colors was to my liking. Polite, professional, and even after I accidentally dropped and broke his hand held mirror. I plan to return in the future!

Amy is always AMAZING! She’s always my go to for a gel nail, the one time I tried somewhere else when she was booked and I quickly learned my lesson that you can’t get a great experience AND quality everywhere. Now I schedule my appointments 2 weeks out just to make sure I have an appointment. My nails are so healthy and strong thanks to how gentle Amy is with my nails!

I actually called asking about an Esthetician position and they were very rude to me. I wasnt able to get in one single word before I was rudely cut off. I was thinking of going here to get services done but not anymore. They need better customer service!.

Not sure when the other reviewers were at Macys Easton salon but I was just there on 2/4/2015 and had a wonderful experience. The new salon Manager is great, the reception staff is top notch and the Stylists and Spa staff were talented and friendly. I guess this shows what new management can do for a business.

Jazmen is my hair Stylist at the salon she always does an amazing job with my color and cut!!! I recommend her to be your stylist you will be pleased. she always listens to what you want!!

I rarely treat myself and Im so happy I went here for my holiday mani/pedi! The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming, they got me right in, even in this busy holiday time. Kamora was very attentive and did an excellent job, my nails have never looked better!

Watch the prices and make sure you only pay what you were scheduled for. Mgr tried to possibly do bate and switch on pedicure. Be careful!!!!

I came here reluctant to get a mani/pedi, as I didnt even know Macys offered such services. Kamora, my nail stylist, was the best Ive ever had. I honestly dont think she could have done a better job. She took her time and was extremely thorough. Kamara was also great to hold a conversation with. It doesnt get much better, especially considering the price. I would recommend her to anyone!
