Today was my first time visiting Lynn’s Nails per a friend recommendation. I will definitely be back! The salon is clean and quite! Great salon for a nice relaxing visit!If your looking for above and beyond customer service, you’ll find it at Lynn’s! Everyone in the salon was very sweet! One nail tech even passed out free bottles of water to all the guests. It was a very sweet gesture!!I had Rachel and she was so sweet!! She was gentle and fixed a nail disaster from a previous salon visit (not this salon). I will be back to see Rachel!!100 percent recommend Lynn’s Nails!! Customer service is 5 star!!

They are very sweet here and do really good work. If you go early in the morning when they first open you get a discount on your services. Awesome!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I typically go to Tina’s Nails, but they were too busy and I was crunched for time so I went to Lynn’s.. they charged my debit card twice!!! once for the fee of my nails then again for my fee ($28.50) then again for fee +tip ($30. 50) I called and got the run around...they said oh we will look into and call you back...of course they didn’t!!! My bank would only do anything if I disabled my debit card for disputed charge. Huge hassle to go through all my accounts and change the info after the 7-10 business days for a new card! I will never go there again and I will spread the word to everyone I know to not go there and not trust them!!!!

I had been going to the same place to get my nails done for 20 years and we just moved up here. I was really nervous letting someone else do my nails but Amy made me feel very welcomed and did an amazing job. She did exactly what I wanted. So glad I found my new nail place

Lynn’s Nails ALWAYS has such great service. They always take their time with each customer and do extremely well. I always get excellent pedicures with really good massages, and my nails always look amazing afterwards. They have nice protective screens between you and the nail technician as well, which is great with the pandemic. I definitely recommend coming here and will always go here!

Amy did my filling n Lynn has too.i love the customers that r there and everyone is always the same..professional..clean..do a great job iam always happy n doesnt take long. I have anxiety attacks sometimes so wearing a mask doesnt make sense 4 me but I was not made to feel bad or turn me away cos I couldnt wear a mask. Its my opinion masks r junk never the less I got in n out in 30 min.

Might be the best pedicure Ive ever gotten! My feet are baby soft & my nails look awesome. The salon is peaceful and quiet. That was fabulous. I really had time to just relax and enjoy the pampering. I will definitely return for more treatments.

The lady cut my fingers 3 times during my manicure. Im STILL hurting two days later. I have never been cut during a manicure before and she managed to cut me mulitple times AND SLICED inbetween my finger and fingernail with a file. This place is garbage. And ill never go back here.

What a great place! I dont live near here but I will definitely go back when I need nail care. Everyone was very friendly and the service I had (pedicure) was really great. The prices are also very good. I loved the cool old building and the vibe the place had! Id highly recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing! Such a friendly, easy-going place. I got my manicure done about 2 weeks. I liked the experience so much that I told my mom about it that evening and we both went back the next day! This will definitely be the salon I go to from now on to get some quality me time :)

New customer to this nails salon. Let me tell you, Im impressed. I didnt make an appointment. Simply checked in, waited about 15 minutes. This place has amazing vibes and an excellent color selection. The nail tech was very nice, focused with her work, yet seemed to enjoy her job. This place has talent thats for sure. After trying several nail salons in the Columbus area I have found my favorite. I normally do not write reviews but Amy at Lynn’s Nails deserves it! The salon has a friendly and professional staff making it a calm and inviting atmosphere. Unlike their competitors, Lynn’s Nails is kept exceptionally clean and they always use new tools with every customer. They pride themselves on their cleanliness and it shows. In my line of work and being a mom I am pretty hard on my nails so will occasionally chip a nail. I appreciate how I just have to call and Amy will get me right in to repair the nail free of charge!I would recommend Lynn’s Nails for their quality service, attention to detail, clean environment and reasonable pricing!

I really felt pampered today when I visited Lynns Nails for a pedicure. The foot and leg massage were so relaxing and my feet and toenails look great.

Always great work. I love how my nails turn out every time. I have never had a bad experience. There has been a wait before, but always worth it. Other places have cut my cuticles and left me with an infection. This NEVER happens at Lynns. Even though there is a nail salon near me, I will still drive the 45 minutes to come here for the best nails and service.

Was not happy with the service from the older lady at the Salon. She did not cut my nails evenly. She did not use the color of polish I ask for she put a very light coat of the color and then proceeded to say you wouldnt be able to see it. Needless to say I get to come back tomorrow and the Owner is going to take care of me himself.

Excellent Service! I called last minute and they took me right in - had a full gel set with pink powder French tip and the classic pedicure with the callous remover really smooth results! And yes, I got a flower on the pedi.

Ive soaked them, used essential oils, and a topical antibiotic. Not sure theyre one bit better except the sores on my cuticles. If you want to know which nail salon to avoid, send me a message. 😳UPDATE: Im not one to bash a business on a public forum however… I went back to their business today and tried to get them to make it right, actually only asked for my money back originally. They refused. The man was extremely rude to me. So in light of new events, I am going to make their business name public so that hopefully this will not happen to any of my friends. My injuries aside, its just bad business to refuse to refund a customers money when you provide a bad product (and can see it with your own eyes) and to treat your customers with absolutely ZERO respect. With that being said, I firmly recommend that you do not visit LYNNS NAILS in Columbus Indiana. I hate that their tools were obviously dirty because I actually liked my nails until the following morning when they showed the infection :(

This is my favorite nail shop in Columbus! My nails always look great and... They do have matching gel and regular color.

My daughter and I went to get manicures. I had gel polish on and they made me soak my fingernails in acetone for 45 minutesIt took a total of 2 hours to get our done. My daughter was only getting a fill for acrylic nails and I was getting gel manicure. We both got french tips. They cut my daughters finger with the tool and after he was finished he had gotten pink polish all over the white polish so somebody else had to touch hers up. I asked her to put extra layer of polish on because my nails break easily and I was told, it would be okay. After 3 days my polish came off and my nails started chipping. We are looking for a place that we really like and needless to say it will not be Lynns!

I was a walk in and rhe place was full.i waited only 10 min to get pedicure. The lady was very good at keeping things goingThe gentleman who did the.pedi was pleasant and did his job well. Not much english but i dont talk much during a pedi cause i enjoy experience so much. He showed me list with different pedi treatments and prices. Prices comparable to other places.Place was clean and no odor like some nail salons. Was good experience, I will go back.

My pedicure was rushed and the polish they used on my manicure was old and looked horrible when they got done. I could have done a better job and thats sad because im horrible at doing my nails. Also they dont have matches for their gel polish and normal nail polish.

Went in about a week ago for a fill on my acrylic nails they didnt have a very good selection of colors or exactly of what I wanted when it came time to pay they charged me $50 let me remind you this is just for a fill a touch-up and now they are already chipped not worth it at all definitely do not recommend for how expensive it is

I had a horrible experience. They left our feet dry and barely spent any time on them. Then my fingernail polish was dry but any time after I touched anything my nails were messed up which tells me it was cheap nail polish. I wont be going back.
