The pedicure I received was fine, but my nail technician (who was male, and he did not tell me his name), was not entirely professional. It had been some time since I had received a pedicure (covid quarantine), so admittedly, my feet had seen better days. My nail technician repeatedly asked me why my feet were so dry and cracked and was acting annoyed by the fact that he had me as a client. His attitude was poor and for this, I will not be patronizing this business again.

I have been coming to Pink and White for 8 years or so. My nails always look great and I frequently get compliments on them. I have tried several other places in town, but P&W is the best!

This was the worst nail salon experience ever!! I would never recommend this salon. After I specifically asked for brita lite gel she used a dip in solution and my nails looked horrible. After I asked the tech nicely to just do acrylic she ended up having a complete attitude to make me uncomfortable. She was then super rough with my hands and ended up cutting my finger & then proceeded to wrap my fingers in foil with acetone. Can you say ouch??? I have been getting my nails done for years & decided to not go to my home salon for it was far from my mothers house who was watching my kids. I definitely will not be back & I dont think I should have been charged 40 dollars for this fill in bc my nails look horrible and have to be re done. Did I mention she charged me for the dip in solution that I never asked for. 🤨🤔🤔

Last night my best friend and I went in for the first time, and we were very impressed! They are taking so many precautions with Covid, which makes you feel so safe when trying to live a “normal” life! We went in at about 6 pm for two manis and were out by 6:45! We love our nails! They are so professional and clean! They even gave us the files they used on us in a plastic bag to bring next time! I would definitely recommend!

Great gel colors available

Guy nail technician was to much in a hurry to get to the lady after me and messed up my pinkie nail. Gel was just globbed on there and dried like that. Will give this place one more try and see if they do better with a different person. I do believe I was in there on 12/10/2018.

Wonderful place to just sit, because that is what I did. Sat for an hour and a half to get nothing. They completely skipped me. I watched 5 other people get taken back. 5! They didnt even check their list they have you fill out...what a waste!

I went there for some 4th of July nails and had a great experience. There were nice people and they did a great job.

The little older lady did my nails on 15th of November and one broke by the 18th. Went back to get it fixed and they charged me for it (which the whole tip came off) and I paid. Here it it today and two more nails popped off. I will never go back here I havent had my full set and three popped off thats not good at all. Correction I didnt demand alot of work I came and got a full set plain set no polish at all just clear and I did pay for you too fix it as well. To be honest I was profiled soons I walked threw the door and got all kind of nasty looks cause im African American but i went ahead got them done.

The worst pedicure Ive ever had! I asked for my in grown toenails to be removed, mind you Ive been doing this same thing for almost 15 years, and she made both toes bleed!! I currently still have dry, rough and nasty skin on the back of my heels that she said was too rough to remove. Also, the ingrowns are still there.

Im not local to Columbus, but was in desperate need of gel nail Infills and repairs. Im really pleased with the results. My nails look great and the quality of finish is superb!

My girlfriend went there for the first time today. She had been to another salon that just provided unsatisfactory work. She loves Pink and White. Seemed as if all the staff was friendly. Don did an excellent job. She will never go to another salon now.

Rude and hateful. My two year old was there with me to get her nails done also like she has before. The man seen her holding the nail polish and told me to watch her so she didnt break it (obviously) well of course she accidently dropped it and it broke. As Im getting up to try and clean it he stands up in front of everyone and says I told you shed break it. I WAS gonna clean it myself and pay for it BUT when he said that I left. Never been somewhere with such rude owners/workers. And I went there all the time but I will never go back.Back to there comment like I said I WAS going to help clean AND pay for it BUT when he stood in front of everyone and said that I was mad and left. And as for you shouldnt let a two year old hold it even an adult couldve dropped it even YOU couldve dropped it. Thats why all the shelves say dont drop it because Im sure other people have before. Accidents happen. But the way YOU handled it was NOT okay.

Didnt listen to what my 14 year old daughter ask for and they did wherever was easy, and than we have to wait for long time to get them fix and the lady had an attitude about it! Never go back there.

Alway a perfect pedicure with Ann. Yen did an awesome job on my nails today asking 3xs the shape I desired if I like the beautiful nail art. This is the cleanest nail sail in Columbus trust me being a Cosmetologist I am very Picky. They are so kind and deal with my OCD well, I am probably on the hard to please list but I will never know. .. Highly highly recommend for cleanliness, skill, communication, and art. Love My Pink and White!

1st visit and was pleased with services

The guy that did my pedicure was so rough on the heel of my foot that when he scrubbed it my heel was sore afterwards. Also I had a $20 gift certificate and he put the cash in his pocket and I didnt realize until I got home that he didnt give me credit for my gift certificate. I wont be going back to Pink & White Nails!

Had a horrible experience - was rushed through the nail paint color choices and manicure was done in 10 minutes - she skipped so many steps and was not fun or relaxing at all - when i tried to bring to owners attention, they were very rude and refused to even listen - the gel paint was supposed to last about a month, but started to peel within a week - NOT GOING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Caused toes to bleed by not soaking in acetone first and taking gel off with nail pliers. Took half my toenail off.

Came from out of town to get my nails done with my grandma, mom, and sisters. My nail technician and the technician that did my mother’s nails were both extremely rude to us about laughing and “moving”. The paint job on my nails is unacceptable!!! I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone!!

Rushed and and they were not very friendly

They take things to the crust and get but hurt when you tell them they did something wrong with your nails.
