I was there trying to dry my clothes and had like 4 mins left on the dryer and the lady made me take them out so she could close as long as i have been using this place I never had to do that I will never be back.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would! This place is HORRIBLE. Poor management and the staff was drinking on the clock. Not only were they disrespectful they were unprofessional, poor customer service and The Owner Curses at you if you complain on the washer not working. If i were y’all i would go to the laundry mat on Milgen Road. I REPEAT do NOT go there!

Im not one that complains to often but the dryer do not get hot or not long enough to dry your clothes.

Very well managed and nice, clean facilities. There is an attendant on site and there is a warm, down-home atmosphere that made it inviting. I will definitely re-visit 👍

Terrible. Most of their machines are broken. Dryers werent got so I ended up having to put it in another dryer and wasted more time for my clothes to dry.

Has way more machines working than my last place. the working machines look better maintaned also. My new go to laudromat

Speed queen Landry mat on buena vista road is not the nice clean inviting place shown in commercial on tv I wish the neighborhood patrons had other places to go

A washer only worked on cold & their was no sign indicating this for I wouldnt start my whites cycle on cold. I informed the maam ensted she inforced my clothes to be wash on cold for the sake of her washer ensted of allowing me to change my washer and give me my $ back and was disrespectful with me. not once I disrespected her. Ps it was a fight at this location two rows ahead of my washer in the same day but I dont mind that. It wasnt my problem.

The absolutely best and cleanest laundry mat in Columbus. The staff are very helpful, the machines are the best. Truly a good experience. I use to go there before the new staff took over...and it was not nearly as nice. But with the new management... everything is much more nicer. Good job👍👍👍👍!!

It could stand a thorough cleaning.

Equipment works well. Very nice guy who runs it and even brought us cold water bottles while waiting for out laundry. Definitely reccomend!
