The building owner obviously doesnt care about any maintenance or wether customers even have a usable restroom. Half the machines were broke. 3 stars is actually being a little generous. Seen nicer laundromats in eastern Kentucky coal mining towns.

Lots of the dryers dont work. Some have signs. The lady worki g to give change and buy laundry products from is always on the phone. Shes not very nice I hate having to ask her for something. Theres some posters hung all around about Allah and how women are punished thru Allah. I didnt feel comfortable soending my us dollars there

This place is amazing and Mrs.Gloria is a sweet and honest hard working lady. Earlier today, there was a a wallet that was giving to her, she went into the wallet and look at the identification, to return it to the owner. Well she stated that Mrs,Gloria stole her money. This is absolutely untrue.

Had no problems. Got a wash and fold. Got it back same day. Im happy.

Today was my first time visiting this laundry mat. It was clean, machines work well. But, the staff stole $20.00 from me out my wallet. My wallet was in my clothes basket and while I was trying to attend to my clothes. She took my wallet and then took my money and returned my wallet to me. I never had anyone to steal from me at the laundry mat before. I cant go back there and if you do. Watch the employees.

Great machines

Staff was awesome. This was my first time doing laundry here. I could not go home to North Carolina on my work leave because of the Hurricane. The staff showed me where everything was and got me a cart. I am so happy I went to A1; I was able to get two weeks worth of laundry done and folded in less then 2 hours because of all their washers and dryers available. The staff even gave out water bottles to everyone it was awesome. The AC is good in there too, I was only warm when getting my cloths out of the dryer because they are so hot and quick to dry. They have tables to fold clothes, TVs, and snacks. If I would have done laundry at my hotel it would have taken me all day to get it done.

Only laundromat Ive ever used but was thoroughly impressed with this place. Good tip from another poster was to use the massive washers that you can fit three loads in for ¢75 more than the normal washers. Staff was very friendly and even came around and gave everybody a bottle of water. Will definitely be returning.

The female attendant wasnt all that friendly.. She looked mad and mean.. No real greeting. When we walked in.. Didnt ask if we need any help.. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because there are plenty of machines.. I didnt have to wait to get a washer machine..

Mrs.Gloria really makes this place worth while but dont show up when they open no ones been there anytime Ive showed up....

Friendly Staff, the lady Mrs. Gloria was so helpful and down to earth. The twin that runs it is the best. Its clean and they offer you a bottle of water. I love it....

Awesome laundromat cleaners. Machines work well. I paid 4.25 for the medium load size washer but there is a small one for like around 4.25. They have an atm and coin change machine. Their dryers are 25 cents for 12 minutes. They got plenty of chairs and folding areas with a TV. Nice quiet place to wash.

This laundromat offers a variety of washer sizes. I must say that the $6.00 washer is a money saver because it allows you to wash up to 3 loads; from my experience. There is an unlimited amount of dryers which means no waiting and I never have to worry about my clothes not being dry due to the lack of heat. The staff makes this place a joy to wash clothes. Very friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness is not a problem, the staff is always cleaning. Best laundromat Ive been to, hands down!

Nasty always flooded machines look nasty dryer barely dries

Plenty of machines so there is no need to wait forever for one to open up. Very friendly service and even had arcade machines you can play while you wait for you laundry to finish, so youre not just sitting around bored. The many different sizes of washers to choose from allows you to wash however much or little you need, with the largest slowing you to wash six loss at once it really saves you money and time

I want to give this laundromat 10 stars but 5 stars is the max. They have more washers and dryers than any other laundromat in columbus. And the customer service is awesome.

Friendly staff. Only one or two spots to fold laundry and the machines got our clothes to not smell dirty but they didnt smell clean. Also 30 minutes in the dryer and clothes were still damp. Overall a good place but just typical.

Since new management took over machines work the place is a lot cleaner and they are implementing a lot of changes to make it comfortable for their patrons. They have 2 Tvs, 2 fish tanks, games and snack machines. The cost is $1.50 for top loader $3.50 for small front load, $4.75 med front load washer and $6.00 for large front load washer they also offer drop off service and free ironing with your drop off service.

The place I go to wash is closest to me, its clean the staff (owners )friendly so very kind they make u feel like family, give u water while ur washing, its warm at times do to get cooled of by water is great prices could be lower but I think how they treat you here keeps me coming bk .

This place is creepy. The Machines are not clean at all. Gave it 1 star because I couldnt choose 0 stars. Oh and the other reviews mentioned getting a free water... I never saw a free water. But who cares about a free water. Just clean up the place. Only go here if you have no other place to go.

Aptly Situated on Veterans Parkway, A1 Laundry has the advantage of being easily accessible. The owner/staff is friendly and polite. Nice games for kids to keep them busy while you carry on with your washings. The presence of lots of washing machines and dryers ensure that you never have to wait for your turn. My washer broke, so it has been years since I needed to use a laundromat. With that in mind, I had no idea how much it cost for 1 medium sized load. $4.75! The smaller (top-load) washers were $1.50 but did not work right. The larger washers were $6.00/ wash! I didnt see but 1 TV but they do have soda and snack machines and a change machine. If this is a good laundromat, then I my expectations are too high.

Its air conditioned, clean, they have a variety of different size front load washing machines. They have an attendant at all times and security cameras. They have an ATM and change machines. They have bottled water and they sell any variety of laundry stuff you might need.

Upon arrival a staff member was present and cleaning the facility; a plus since most places you have to search high and low for someone who works there. There were several different washer sizes to choose from and the machines were in proper working order. The staff member was friendly and even offered to assist us with bringing in all our closes and soaps. If your looking for a laundry mat in the Columbus area this is a good one.

The owners are very friendly! Huge place, clean and all the machines work great. They have free WiFi, tv, arcade games, and snacks. They even offer free bottled water. Plenty of parking. They do laundry by the pound.

The staff is friendly && very helpful. This is my 2nd time going && the 1st time they did give me a free bottle water. Washer && dryers have always been available even though today was Sunday && it was busy.

The Saiyed family that owns this Laundromat (and two more set to open in south Columbus and Phenix City) are great contributors to the community. We need more entrepreneurs and small business owners like them in Columbus. They will offer you free bottled water and free WiFi while you do your laundry. The sons - Sam, Sammy and Ali - are typically on hand and eager to help you. The commercial washers and dryers at the facility work well, and the prices are very affordable.

Excellent service, we dropped 3 loads off to them Saturday night and all of our clothes were washed and folded perfectly and the price we paid compared to what we would have paid to do them ourself and the time we would have spent folding them was WELL WORTH IT actually a few dollars cheaper

One of the best laundry round in the town, had a freindly staff got a little store type counter can buy drinks and stuff and had them game machines too lol can do a lot more than laundary.
