She Stop to help me out, Im saying to myself this lady really love her job. majority of the Laundry mats I have want to They see you and they do not help or if they do help you is because you had to stop them to ask for help even know they see you, They act like they dont want to help you .and they catch An attitudeto towards you Just because you ask for their help. Thats why I give this particular laundromat a 5 star

The lady working in there was rude and wanted to leave early so we didnt get to dry all of our cloths properly.

This place has there up n down my daughter put clothes in the dryer n everything came out with blue ink on everything will post pic later owner wanna give me 30 dollars I will take this up another kind if way because 2 sweat suits I had cost 60 a piece n he wanna give me 30 dollars I dont think so

I absolutely LOVE this laundromat. Nice selection of washers. They have single loaders which are hard to find. They also have 4, 5, and 6 loaders. The prices are reasonable. I dont recommend going on a Sunday, that is a very busy day. You may find yourself waiting for a washer.They have a few super size dryers, which are perfect for large loads. The only downside is that some of the dryers do not work very well; and you may waste a couple quarters before you determine the good from the bad.

Staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Ive been a customer since Jan 2020.

Great place to do laundry but on weekends this place is packed making it harder to maneuver around in the narrow space reserved for washing.

I usually went here before I move to the other side of town. I tried the laundromats that were on my new side of town but ended up going way out of my way to go back to this one because it had enough space for me to move around without bothering others and is fully equipped with baskets and over 30 washers and 5 extra large dryers on top of the other smaller dryers. There are three tables to fold and sort on and the kids area has rides, a public computer, and space for kids to move in. Ive never encountered a rude person in this place and the staff is helpful. I also enjoy the free washing soap if I should ever need it. I also enjoy they have a credit card or cash option on machines.

Staff was really nice. The dryers do not take card (or Faspass) so that was a bit of an inconvenience for me. The washers do a really nice job. Make sure you have change on you for the dryer they allow up to 6 quarters for a full cycle. Probably will need more since the dryers are old. $6 to use the washer? Thats a bit much, but okay.

Good price but the place has roaches and bedbugs

Biggest washers and dryers ever. $6.50 for largest wash it holds a average of three to four loads which is half of my overall laundry for the house. Dryers are I think $1.50 for 25 mins for the huge dryers and I always add. 75¢ more to it later which drys a complete large washer full. Time it takes to do my laundry there is about one hour and a half which is mostly moving everything from van to washer loading then to dryer and folding. Just take them home to fold.

Nice woman that works there she is REALLY helpful and nice and the place is quiet and clean ALL the time

Staff was very friendly and they have both washers for larger and smaller loads so I can get all my laundry done in one day quick and easy.

They have free laundry detergent every Tuesday and its very clean..and so is the restroom...I always wash there.Because its one of the cleanest laundry mat in Columbus

This Laundromat is in a shopping area at the northeast corner of Lockbourne & Marion roads just north of Route 104 on the South side by of Columbus, OH. Handicap Accessible. Some of its front- load washers take credit cards as well as coins. There are at least 4 sizes of washing machines & two sizes of dryers. You can wash comforters & blankets. They have change machines as well as vending machines for snacks, pop, small boxes of laundry soap & game machines. Open 9am to 9pm they can also launder your clothes for you by the pound. I think they can get dry cleaning done as well. Free laundry soap on Tuesday. There are attendants to help you with your laundry guestions & needs. Place is kept clean & machines repaired promptly. Close to Shop & Save and Hunan King Chinese & ta PNC Bank.

It was nice washers are a bit over priced and 6 minutes per 25 cents should be 8 minutes because on average it takes 32 minutes to dry a full load of clothes so 1 dollar

Nice place, came here off handedly since I was out to do laundry but needed to help my grandma. Sort of retro and fair prices, they even have some accommodations to keep you distracted while you wait for laundry including an arcade cabinet and (rentable) computers. Cool joint.

SHENESE (I hope I spell it right) shes awesome and clean the machine in and out. The laundromat is clean and neat.Best place to do your laundy.

The entire mask issue at this place is B.S.! The staff walk around with the masks half off. Do they not realize that if mouth and nose arent covered the mask is totally useless? Then they sit around chatting up their friends who have the mask around their chin. Amazingly almost EVERY customer either has the mask off or not covering mouth and/or nose! Hmmmm...might be time to give the health department a call.

I had an experience with a bad dryer at Soap City and the employee on duty made sure that my clothes were dry and that I was made whole. My experience was wonderful.

It has a nice seating area & kids place. The biggest washers ive used in the city for 6.25/6.50 / load. I can do 3 loads at a time. Their dryers arent as promising. They are more expensive and do not get the clothes dry as quickly.

Wash there when I need to get it done quickly on Tuesday!

The Appliances work fine but the Employees are way to loud we come there to do laundry not hear about who got weave on sale and how much they charge to put it in.
