On Tuesday, 7/9, I came here for the first time to get a mani and pedi for my engagement shot. The place seems to be very popular because it was a full house. Finally it’s my turn. I got the natural organic treatments mani and pedi combo. The nail artist seems to be very unfamiliar with the service. She asked another nail artist next to us what she should do. She suggested me to take the chapter combo for $33, I felt weird but I insisted to go with the $38. Not sure it’s worth it because they didn’t do anything special with the more expensive combo, the only thing is she used a drop of the product in the water for my foot spa. At about 6:45, a second nail artist came and do my manicure. She constantly turning to the nail artist at my left and they chatted nonstop. After she took off my gel nail, she put a layer of base coat. She picked up the nail color polish jar and brought it back to the shelf. I was wondering why she did that. She came back and sat down, and recognized she hasn’t painted my nail yet, she asked me:” I put the color back, what’s your color number again?” After she got the nail polish again, she did my nails very fast, she finished everything in less than 2 minutes. After she painted my nails, she said, “you wait for it to dry”, then she walked away, and started packing her stuffs. She left the salon soon after she finished my nail. I was sitting there waiting for my nails to dry. They were started to kick us out because it’s closing time. But we nail wasn’t completely dry yet. I looked at my nails, and saw my nail polish has a lot of bubbles and it’s not painted evenly, the second layer didn’t cover up the first layer. It looks so ugly, I can do much a better job myself than her. I got upset and I went back inside the nail salon, and told the two nail artists there. They were so angry and told me to come back the next day to fix it. But I had engagement shoot in the morning and need my nails to be pretty. After some struggle, one of the nail artist was very angry but she fixed the nail color for me. I am attaching some photos here for you to see their product. One of the pictures was the pedicure, I was kick out before the nail color get dry, it got ruined by my shoes.

Went there to get nails and toes painted, costed 40 dollars, they missed a toe to paint horrible service, paint came off within a week, will NEVER return

Loved the salon. It was my first visit. The gal did an excellent job and I didnt feel like the establishment was rushing me through to free up a chair for the next customer. Ill go back.

Lavender Nails is a great salon who always has left my nails looking beautiful. I just want to thank the salon because i was worried about my Sunglasses for a few days then i called them wondering if i had lost them there and they had them saved after a few days of not knowing where they were! I was grateful for their honesty in holding someones personal belongings!

Great Service. I got acrylics there last week and they are in perfect shape, no bumps. Employees are generous with the customers and seem to love what they do.

Pedicures are always great. Last night I had my acrylics taken off and switched to dipped, I love my nails. The only reason I gave four instead of five is I had to wait 40 minutes and didn’t get both feet and nails done at the same time so I was there over two hours. . I didn’t have an appointment and it was the night before thanksgiving. So I should give five stars.

Horrible customer service. Had appointment and sat with feet in cold water for 20 minutes. No one would help me even when I complained. I was told by receptionist that she told my daughter when she made the appointment they were over booked. Total lie.
