They are so caring when we drop my fur baby off . They offered to pick him but I had to do and say my goodbyes to my chop chop I asked the to keepHis blanket on him till it was and said they would. I got my baby back today and they did a wonderful job Thank you for all you did for us .

I’m heartbroken. I just returned home from some time away to find that my sweet Laydi girl was delivered home but my requests were not granted. I specifically requested 2 paw prints, her hair and a nose print. I received half of a paw print and some hair. I also requested for her to be split into 2 bags so I could ship her across the country to her other momma. None of my requests were met. So heartbreaking. I will be notifying my vets office not to use this company. The only good thing that came out of this was that my baby is now home with me and the young man Jared who personally called me and delivered Laydi home was personable and very kind.

We had to put our fur baby to sleep at the vets office. They use Pet Cremation Services. They called a couple of days later and said they were bringing our Maddie girl home. Such a nice touch and unexpected. Very thankful for the ease of service and compassion from them. Thank you!

Pet Cremation Services was compassionate, professional, caring and the return of my dog, Tank (16), was really fast. I wasnt expecting him to be home to me in a couple days. I also liked that they referred to him by name!My only issue is my lack of options, per se. Im not sure if there was an option as it wasnt presented to me, but Ill mention I had another dog, Diamond, pass in 2016 of cancer at the age of 5. She was taken to a different cremation service (name irrelevant). The vet uses your cremation service and with me not having to go through this type of ordeal for some time this service was truly convenient and helpful. While Im happy in having Tank home I cant help but feel Im left with only my Tank Tank in an urn. The other cremation service provides a card certificate of cremation with a paw print and small bag of fur clippings along with the urn which leaves me/us with a piece of them. We (the parents) dont realize how precious these things are until we dont have our babies any longer. If this service isnt offered, (as a pet parent who REALLY loved my Tank) I HIGHLY recommend implementing this courtesy service. And if its already in play, I ask you please ensure all customers know their options. Please.I thank you so kindly for taking care of Tank while he was in your hands. Blessings!!

We lost our Dog. Pet cremation services was an affordable alternative in a time of need. But we didn’t get her paw print or hair. They cremated her without us knowing we wouldn’t get those. Now it’s too late and we are very upset. I will never use this company again. Go to Schoedinger.

We just had our 9 year old Rottie put down yesterday. Our vet’s office told me about Pet Cremation Services and I decided to use their services as they were more affordable than the other company. By the time we got home, I got a phone call from them and we just went over what type of cremation and urn I wanted for Bear. As this was my first experience having to put a pet down/cremated, I wasn’t really thinking straight, but they did not offer to get an ink or clay paw print of her’s and I just assumed I’d at least get an ink print. I called this morning as it was too late when I tried to call back yesterday and Bear has already been cremated and I was told that they only do the paw prints by request. Yes, I have 9 years of memories with her and her ashes will be home soon, but I would’ve liked to have her paw print and it wasn’t even offered to me. Also, the gentleman I spoke with was a supervisor with the company. I’m not sure if they were just busy, but that’s no excuse for how the ball was dropped for my girl. I’m very disappointed and heartbroken.

Our 12 year old husky Heidi passed away suddenly. The company was very compassionate. Picked Heidi up and even brought her home at no additional cost. Our oldest cat, Ripley, whom wed had for nearly 20 years (she was 18 years, 8 months old) died at home three days ago. Two days ago, I called Pet Cremation Services. They were so kind. They respected our grief. They came and picked her up on Monday, then dropped her off today. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone I dealt with was so nice! I highly recommend them!

I called them on 4/12/2021 and was wanting to get my dog cremated I was crying and the nice lady who answered the phone told me to take my time ... the next day they picked my dog up and the nice man gave me words of encouragement and knew my dog was not just a pet but my family and then they called 4/14/2021 and dropped my baby back off to me ... the best part is that they called him by his name and treated him as my family .... I give this company 5 stars they are really nice caring and understanding and you can tell that its just not a job but they love what they do ..... thanks so much pet cremation services 😊

We have used Pet Cremation services for quite a while now. We do rescues and we also have had a lot of pocket and exotic pets. Whether we have had to call them or use them through the various vets in the area its always been a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. Always professional and kind. Their compassion goes above and beyond and their prices are affordable.

Answered my phone call at 6 am in the morning when I woke up to find that my cat had passed the day before I had planned to have him put to sleep. They came around noon the same day to pick him up and delivered his ashes back to us the next day. They offered either a metal tin or a wooden box for a little more. Seemed very reasonably priced, $55 for my 6lb cat. Thank you for caring for my pet.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. First off our interaction was very brief but it gave me more peace than I have had in days...months. Our dog Leo, 11 y/o, has been sick for months. Friday he took an unexpected turn for the worst and it was determined that it would be best to let him go. I have never gone through this before and certainly did not expect a) for him to come home so quickly b) be delivered TO me at my home, personally c) such a beautiful, simple box d) cost including the box, less than $80. Ashley called AND texted me this morning. We arranged for her to come in the early afternoon and she was here on time. I dont know if they realize how important their work is and how much it helps to have such care put into this. I cannot explain how appreciative we are and since we will continue to have fur babies who will inevitably cross the rainbow Bridge, we will request them every time. Thank you guys sooooo much. Given that my wife and I do a lot of animal rescue, we have had many of our rescues as well as our pets pass away at home. We have never had to second guess our decisions to always call upon Pet Cremation Services when one of our cats has passed.The employees are always extremely friendly and compassionate. I had to put my dog down at my vet, as he was 12 and started losing feeling in his back legs. Our vet uses this company and they called me 2 days later to let me know he was ready. I was impressed as I have used other places in the past with a past veterinarian and it took weeks. I talked with a girl named Ange...and she was just so nice. They actually deliver your pet to you. She set up a time with me and was at my house right on time. They are so caring. She talked to me for several minutes and made me feel good knowing he was in good hands. I will always use this company from this point on. I highly recommend anyone to use them as well. Great place, great people. And they are caring especially during such a hard time.

Just had my best friend cremated at this so called facility I think its the worst place ever unprofessional cant answer questions or prices I ask for paw prints and paid for extra ones as well and got two smuged prints that will go in the trash, now I have nothing from my dog was expecting way better service than received would not recommend this place at all, not sure the ashes you do receive are even your pet guess they dont understand our losses and that our pets are family and kids to us .

I had to put my Bella down on Sat. Feb 1 unexpectedly at the Vet. Pet Cremation Service came and picked her up the same day, she was cremated the same day and on Monday morning I received a call from Gary who said he had Bella and is ready to bring her home, I told him I was at work and he said no problem for him to bring her to me, the personal touch ment a lot to me. The Urn was beautiful with a brass name plate, they did a wonderful job with a quick return. I will definitely use this company for sure again..

These folks have provided cremation service for our veterinary hospital for about 20 years. There were many opportunities for exceptional service, and they are batting 1,000 on those opportunities--from special requests on engraving, to STAT pick-up and delivery service. Of all the companies with whom we do business, Pet Cremation Services cant be beat on their service.

This company is amazing. Our cat was ran over right in front of my children. So we knew we had to make a decision to put our children at peace. We call Pet cremation services inc the very next morning. They were so kind, jumped straight into action, had my poor taggers picked up within one hour, and not even 24hour later they were calling me asking if it was ok to deliver him back to my home. The process was hard enough on my family, and they literally made it all so easy. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts, for taking care of our little guy!!! My dog passed and Wednesday, 15 Aug 18 and Scotty came home on Monday, 20 Aug 18. My Vet recommended Pet Cremation Services, Inc. and the wooden box I had Scottys remains put in is really nice. I love the plaque with his name on it and other sentiments. They also included Scottys cremation certificate and a beautiful half heart. The other half of the heart was put with Scottys remains. I had an excellent experience with Pet Cremation Specialists. From first contact over the phone until my pup was home, they treated him with respect and were wonderful to work with. Since my dog’s death was sudden and unexpected I hadn’t thought of what we would do if he passed. I called and they were patient with me and my questions. Within 2 hours of first contact they had picked up my baby. Then he was back home within 48 hours even though we opted for an urn that required personalization. I was a mess when Tosh was initially picked up and sent a few items with him (his blanket, favorite toy, and a box we had put him in). I gave instructions for some pieces to be returned and others not to be. I wasn’t sure if anything would come back, and honestly wasn’t too worried if it didn’t. But everything was done just as I requested.So I don’t hope to need the services of Pet Cremation Services again anytime soon, but should it be necessary I would call with zero concerns.

When our fur baby Pixie passed away we took her to Diley Hill Animal Emergency Clinic. They worked with Pet Cremation Services. Pet Cremation Services had her back home to me within 2 days which helped tremendously with my grieving process. The tin was adorable and they gave me a perfect paw and nose print. Their compassion for our furry family members was touching.

Within the past three years you have been compassionate, reliable, and responsible. I have recommended your services several time to friends and acquaintances. Unfortunately, my trust in you ends today. This evening Mary K. addressed my concerns about being charged over three times the amount for a service I received from you. She met my concerns with indifference, stating that it was something I needed to take up with my bank. When I explained to her that the fault was not with my bank, but with your company for charging me three times for services, she responded with, well I dont know what you want from me I asked her for a simple apology, she gave me absolute silence instead. I told her how disappointed I was with her disregard for customer service and she was dismissive. Right now I am grieving my pet and anxious about the unauthorized payments you continue to take from my bank account. I addition to my frustration at the way you have carelessly taken advantage of me, I received incredibly callous and unforgivable treatment from your representative Mary K. today. I am in complete disbelief that your company has taken unauthorized payments and cannot even offer an apology, instead you have spit in my face. If you do not refund the unauthorized payments and provide proof to me of doing so, I will file criminal charges against your company. I will also contact local news outlets to make sure that you cannot take advantage of anyone else in the future.

I have used them for several pets over the years. They pick up your pet at your door and deliver their ashes back to you in a day or two. They are so compassionate and easy to work with. Also reasonably priced compared to veterinarians who seem to add some profit into the final cost.

My dog Brutus passed away at 11:36 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28th. He was 17 years old and has been with me since he was 4. I called Pet Cremation Services after he passed and they called me back first thing Thursday morning and were at my house within an hour. The gentleman made sure we were ready before gently moving his body into the sling and carefully and quietly removing him from my house. I got a call today from Angie that Brutus was ready to come home and she is bringing him to my office since I had to come back to work. Everyone has been extremely kind and respectful from start to finish. They have treated my family and my beloved Brutus with the love and dignity he deserved. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind to us during this extremely difficult time.

I cant express enough gratitude to Justin and Alton for being so kind and caring. I couldnt bury my beloved guinea pig and called about cremation. Justin treated me with compassion and kindness. I expressed worry that my Sweet Bellys remains were the remains I wanted returned. I was reassured that my pet would be returned home. Alton picked her up on Saturday and confident I would have Belly back. She was returned to me on Monday. When I inspected the remains I knew they returned my Belly. I assume my fear of getting any remains is normal but you can trust this company. I hope I never need the service again but I would definitely use them again if needed.

My cat was hit and killed by a car yesterday morning. I called around to a number of places and was given their number by a local vets office. It wasnt 20 minutes after I spoke to the office that the driver Jack called to give me a pick up time. Its when he got here that I was truly amazed by this company. His compassion was far beyond my expectations. He comforted my 8 year old daughter, gave me his personal number in case she had any questions or was having a hard time later and he even sent her our cats paw print. It has been less the 24 hours since they picked up Dunkin and he is already back home with us. I cannot thank Pet Cremation services enough for the compassion they have shown my family and I. I will be recommending them to anyone i know who loses a pet.

After having had a terribly rude conversation with someone from Shoedingers Pets I contacted Pet Cremation Services. Everyone I spoke to was nice and pleasant. I was calling in regards to our beloved family dog, and everyone always referred to him by name, never as just the dog, or the animal, as Shoedingers did, that alone showed so much respect and compassion! Jack, the driver that came to pick our boy up was amazing! He took time to ensure everyone, including my kids, was alright and understood the process! Our boy was back home with us the next day. Great services, couldnt recommend them more highly!

Theyre very kind people. They were very kind and considerate to mother when our cat passed away. The wood box and engravement on the plaque is very good quality. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to cremate their pets.

One of the workers, possibly the owner, Gary is incredibly rude. I gave them my credit card information for a $7.53 name plate and they wrote the first 4 numbers down backwards. we’ve been missing each other’s calls for the past 2 weeks, I’ve called them back every time they called me with no answer. this morning he called and left me a nasty message saying that if it wasn’t paid by today he was going to put it in to collections saying that “he wasn’t playing games.” this is extremely unprofessional. I just called him back on his cell phone number and he was very rude, and said that it was my fault he wasn’t paid his $7 yet. first of all it isn’t my fault that the person i gave the card number to wrote it down backwards, and second of all I wouldn’t have even done more business with them in the first place if they hadn’t spelled my pets name wrong on the name plate for her cremation box. Then after giving him the correct card number he hung up on me after saying that if it doesn’t go through he is going to put it in to collections. I don’t know why he thinks I’m trying to screw him out of $7, like that’s a big amount of money, when we already paid $77 to have our puppy cremated. Also he just had my credit card info in his wallet, which i’m not very comfortable with considering he said he wasn’t at the office anymore. overall this was a very poor experience and I won’t be using their services again.

They was so nice to me & my dog snow ball he was a white pit bull I would use them again I just loved the nice box they put him in & the gold half of a hart my dog got half the hart with him & I got the other half that was so nice & a card with his foot prent just over all over the top to day sorry to say our other pit passed last night she on her way there now oreo she a pit bull to but I know she in good hands God bless this place my snow ball passed 2 1/2 years ago oreo yesterday Im hart broke but I know they will take good care of her

Great companyI had 4 animals cremated since 2004 great service, promptnever a problem. they even pick your baby up at your door .nice box for the ashes and inscription. i will use them again I have 7 animals .

The service was pretty quick and I was happy to get my girl home but they spelled her name wrong on everything. Even the clay paw print and since there is only 1 copy the vet is correcting it and turning an e into an a and ordering a whole new plate for the box. Not really what I wanted to discover after I picked up my girls ashes from the vet, she didnt deserve a careless mistake like that. Nothing like your memorabilia have visual alterations. Wish the vet would of used Schoedinger.

Did a horrible job getting my cats foot print. Its just a smudge on a piece of paper. I wish they had taken the time to get a decent print. Its not like its that difficult my cat hard already passed away.

Pet Cremation Services has been caring and professional. We have used them for two pets and the service has been exemplary both times.

I have used them twice. First time everything went great. When our second dog passed, we paid for a paw print. When we received the ashes and the paw print, the print only had 1 toe showing. They did a terrible job and have ruined the last memory we have of our sweet baby. They did refund the money for the paw print. however it does not replace our final request which is part of their service. Their attitude when I called to complain was atrocious and there is NOTHING we can do about it.

Gary (the guy that runs this death pit) is ALL about the numbers. Gary got super excited (giddy, to be exact) telling me he had 200 bodies to pick up last week. No compassion in his words, his face or his business. Was alarming, to be honest.Yall are just numbers and if you saw the inside of the building, no care/compassion/kindness here. Ill take my pets to Schoedinger (sp?) when the time comes. This place is a piece work factory of death, not a place of care nor compassion. Your pets soul is not given concern here, walk in the place and see for yourself. Many of you dont even realize this is where your pet was cremated; if your vet outsourced to this guy, I feel sorry for you and your pet.

When my mom’s dog passed, not only were they efficient and compassionate, they went out of their way to meet me so I could collect his remains when my mom wasn’t able to.
