Adam and his staff were friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with sensitivity and ease.Making all the necessary decisions for the day we selected to say our final goodbyes to our dad was very difficult, but we never felt rushed or like it was business as usual. Adam took the time to explain everything in detail. Schoedinger Funeral Home truly did an exceptional, beautiful, amazing job for my mothers memorial. They honored our Egyptian religion and it was all very beautiful. Everyone there Zeb, Laura, Hannah, Peggy and Mr. Schoedinger himself are such wonderful people. From the first time I spoke to them on the phone, they took care of everything for my fathers service. They handled everything for me and gave my father a beautiful service. They treated me like family and still check in with me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place that takes your wants and needs to heart.

Sadly I have lost several family members in the years past and recently just lost my husband of 53 years schoedinger is the best place to take your loved ones they care for them he was done perfectly the service was great and the just the all over experience was wonderful and I really recommend their services

We had a great experience Julia was a wonderful comfort and help to us. Didnt try to up sell services to make more expensive. Gave us our room to make these hard decisions for our mothers final arrangements. Her staff was wonderful as well. They have since called and text to check up on us. Highly recommend this company.

Everyone was professional, informative and very kind. They are prompt answering questions via email. I didnt feel pressured to purchase anything more then the direct cremation my sister wanted. They were upfront about all costs and options. Unfortunately this is the 4th family member Ive had at their facility and have been very satisfied everytime. Highly recommend Shoedinger funeral home.

The crew at this Schoedinger Encore Road is the best they were right there with me they stayed with us they made sure everything was done right I highly recommend this unfortunately for not a good time in peoples lives but she made me feel at home

We worked with Schoedingers 30 years ago when my dad died. It was sudden so I dont remember much about that experience. The passing of my mom this week brought us back. They were amazing. Their tender care and kindness were quite genuine. Julia was so gracious and patient. What a blessing they were to our family. Thank you so much.

😥 Absolutely awful. I wish I could give zero stars. The staffs attitudes during & after the funeral of my daughter-in-laws 27 year old sister was cold & uncaring. There wasnt enough room for at least half of the attendees, and the others in their grief were rudely herded into various overflow areas. All statements by staff were abrupt & callous & they practically kicked everybody out at the end.~But the ABSOLUTELY UNFORGIVEABLE PART is when the long funeral procession arrived at the cemetery only to find out that the grave had not been dug!! The outrage & sadness felt by her family & friends in their time of need & suffering is inexcusable. A small refund was given but completely insufficient. Everybody was told to leave the cemetery & to return many hours later AFTER the celebration of life event, for a thrown together service that many were unable to attend.~This was a complete disaster that will sadly be remembered for the rest of our lives.

They did an amazing job for a family members service. One thing that really stood out was Willow, their comfort dog! She was so sweet and really made a tough day so much easier. These folks excel at what must be one of the toughest jobs around.

Pet cremation services. Our best friend, Socks, died in his sleep Thursday May 31st. We were heartbroken and at a loss of how to take care of him. We called Schoedinger at 7 p.m. and made arrangements to have him picked up and transported for cremation. Everyone was kind and sympathetic to our loss. They treated him with care and dignity, each pet is handled individually, no mass services. When picking up his ashes we were shown to a private area where we were given a paw print and a snippet of hair. Losing a pet is like losing a family member, they understood and treated him accordingly. If you lose a pet Schoedinger is tops. It isnt cheap but we both felt it was worth it.##A few days ago Google sent me a notucen on this review. My husband came in and said he had found a paper in the bedroom dated May 31, this was the last paper Socks brought in. It must have been in the closet all this time. What a coincidence, email from Google about Schoedinger and finding that paper. Guess Socks was visiting from doggie heaven.

I would not recommend the Schoedinger Karl Road chapel. I left my cat with them for cremation, and was told I would have him back in about a week. After nearly 3 weeks, no one had called, forcing me to call them. I was told that they had simply forgotten. The entire process was very cold, and Schoedinger made a difficult process even more difficult.

So disappointed in Schoedinger Funeral Home. My love of my life died and they had the nerve to block me from posting our pictures how horrible is that.
