Well you get what you pay for. Its great for men, but not so much women who are used to high end service. I bought $200 worth of gift cards from someone to supercuts thinking it couldnt be that bad, well it wasnt that great. Dont get me wrong I dont look a mess, but it took 3 1/2 hrs to get my hair dyed, cut, and dried. Its the absolute longest Ive ever been in a salon besides when I was getting my entire group of friends ready for a wedding.They deserve three stars just bc they are decent ppl.

Scheduled an appointment and was 7 minutes late for a simple haircut due to getting out of clinic a little later than expected. I was advised that I cannot have my hair cut because another customer was scheduled 23 minutes later with no customers in the salonT his is the second time I have been here with the same rude lady. Id rather spend a few extra $$ to not deal with attitude and have a real professional cut my hair next time.

Jason is just the best! He has done haircuts and highlights for both my boys for years.They ask for him every appointment. He is flexible, professional, and he always understand the latest styles.

Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hair salon like this one. Brandis such a personable yet professional stylist, and shes really boosting my self esteem with this short haircut and highlights! To top it off, I paid less than $40 for each trip. I cant believe Ive been paying so much for unsatisfactory results at previous salons. Highly recommend supercuts.

For the past two years or longer, I have consistently gotten my haircut at the SUPERCUTS at 3070 Kingsdale Center.The service is friendly and efficient; only occasionally is there a wait. And the hot towel at the end of the haircut is always wonderful.It is nice to be able to check in on line and then to walk in several minutes later knowing that I already have an appointment. And sometimes there are on-line or mailed-to-me coupons that will reduce the price of my haircut.

Friendly staff, great hair cut at a reasonable rate.

Brandi does an awesome job on my sons hair and is very patient with his wiggly self. Always answers his many questions and lets him spray his hair.

Wont be going back. Asked for a trim, she cut inches off and took all the the weight off my hair (my hair is super fine and needs the weight). Just set me back almost a year on growing my hair out.

When i leave i aIways have a smile on my face from the service i received i have referred my friends to go in to super cuts every hairstylist has done my hair @ at least one time or another i have no complaints on anything in the hair salon i give super cuts 100% !!
