I didnt go frequently, just a few times a year. Every time I went it was painless. I recently moved out of state and while packing up the apartment I realized I didnt know where my keys were!! I told this to Tim and he was willing to work with me. I am so grateful because with the expenses of moving, my budget is very tight. They really allowed me to easily exit the system without a hassle at all. Same day response! Cant thank them enough and highly recommend this place. It is safe, CLEAN, and updated. Pretty much brand new.

Excellent security, absolutely perfect access, clean and dependable. They even except packages and can put them in your space ( if you leave them a key)..impressed from a professional standard..

Moved out of my unit on May 16th and called earlier in the month to confirm my move-out date. Was told that I would receive a refund for prorated rent for May. On May 22nd still received an invoice for June, despite confirming my move-out and had to call to ask about it. Left a message and never heard back. Had to call back again to follow-up and make sure that invoice was a mistake, which it was, and was also told I would not be getting a refund because they only prorate if you move out before the 15th of the month. Even though I was specifically told I would receive a refund with the move-out date I provided apparently there is nothing they can do.Edit: Issue was resolved.

Horrible customer service. I dont feel safe. People are running their entire businesses out of these units.

Hands down the best storage facility in Columbus. Easy move in process and very clean. Great customer service and business/package receiving. Tim is fantastic! Highly recommend.

As i was loading outside .i was up in the air .i was loading a 26ft box truck .i noticed quite a few gentlemen started to appear .they were kinda scattered about but all in the area of the storage parking lot .soon one by one spaced out time wise but one by one they went to the stg whse secured door and punched the same code in and went into the building .i noticed the code because i was up in the air and i was close to the keypunch pad .i dont know if management knows or not .but something to address. And the office guy? Has a unit and runs his business out of it ???doesnt the stg unit have one plug if any ??if its 1 then an office of equipment must heat that bad boy up ......can you say fire hazard .jeeesh.

The wine storage and wine tasting room at the Long Street location are AWESOME! Im so happy to be a member of the Tri-Village Wine Club. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Clean, easy, secure, new, temperature controlled.

Staff was easy to work with and knowledgeable. We needed several spaces and they made were able to get them close enough to make our storage needs easier. Facility has been secure, with no evidence of any tampering. I would highly recommend for storage needs.

I cant think of any business anywhere, where I have gotten better customer service. The climate controlled wine cellar makes this one of the most unique places in Columbus. Keep up the great work!

Impeccable quality and security in both the storage units and wine cellar. Everything is temperature controlled and state of the art. I have never seen any other storage facility that comes close to this and the staff is incredible!!!

I am very happy to say the facility management contacted me after a negative post about the rate increases after I had reserved a unit, and adjusted the rate as quoted, and has since given a notice of further rate increase. I am ashamed I have waited so long to re-post because they have been very good with the exception of the one incident and the facility is fabulous, always comfortable, clean, secure. After 8 months of renting a unit from tri village downtown, as I was In the office last week and I asked what the next size down was from the 10x15 i currently had, Tim the manager said that would be a 10x10, i asked how much that would be he said $79.99 I said WOW $100 less than I am currently paying for the 10x15, I want to move my stuff before my next billing cycle, which was the following Monday, April 1 so it will be debited from your checking acct. Q2 midnight Sunday night/Monday morning. He said if you want it you better get it fast they will be going up soon, So I said so I need to be moved by then and asked about doing it on Sat. He said yes so I asked him to reserve it and he did, gave me the unit # and I said see you Sat. So Sat a couple friends and I moved my stuff to the 10x10 and was all done before closing time and Tim was (and has always been) very nice and took care of the transfer and all good. Until April 1 I get notification that they debited $102.01, charging me $99.99 +tax ($5.?? Credit somewhere) when I said I was quoted $79.99 they said prices are subject to fluctuate depending on supply and demand. And current rate is $99.99 for the 10x10. I said well I noticed the other day that the 10x15 was 109.99 prior to increase and is now $129.99 why was i charged $179.99 for the two winter months when the demand was low. They replied the rate will never go down on a rented unit ... Terrible customer loyalty and i will let everyone know from kiw on when asked about storage facilities.

I recently was in need of storage space for a quick transition of my daughters apartment contents to a new location. I visited the Tri-Village Self Storage and was immediately impressed by the facility. The staff is very professional and Mr. Tim Rodawalt, the facility manager, went the extra mile to personally show me all of the bells and whistles of how the security works, my personal storage space (extremely clean and efficient), and the streamlined processes for obtaining a storage unit. I am sorry to say that in the end, my situation changed, and I did not need to store any possessions at this location, but I know that in the future Try-Village Self Storage is the place I will go to obtain this service. I rented a Uhaul and at first had a inconvenience due to app not functioning correct. They were also short handed (due to unforseen reasons), but stayed professional throughout. Very nice and want to accommodate you.

Their hours on Thursday are listed as 11a-5p. I arrived at 11:40 and there is a sign on the door that says will return at 12:30p with the business card of the manager, Tim. I called that number and was told that he would contact the guy who was working, who would call me back. I never received a call back, waited 15 minutes and the store remained closed, so I took my business elsewhere.If you are open for 6 hours, maybe you shouldnt close for an hour just 30 minutes after opening. Need to take a lunch? Change your hours to 12-5pm and actually be open during that time.Terrible business model and even worse customer service.

This is the best and newest storage place in Columbus. If you live near downtown this is the best storage place. Plus on site bathrooms.

This is a great facility. Easy to park, easy to access, and the wine tasting room is a wonderful amenity.

True climate control made the difference for me, knowing the humidity is being watched as well as the temperature. The security technology is incredible.
