We took our Subaru Tribeca there for a transmission code. They spent a good bit of time driving it to see if it was acting funny and it wasnt so they returned it to us without charging us anything! I really appreciate that honesty! They could have easily found some things to charge us for but they didnt! If I ever need transmission work again, Ill be back!

I dropped my transmission off for service and waited for 2 months. Not once did I receive but a single phone call updating me on the status of my transmission. when I called on my own asking for an update I was told every single time that “it will be done next week” or “it will be finished tomorrow” and every time it was not. I understand if things happen but I would have liked to revive a phone call at the bare minimum explaining the situation. To top things off, after those 2 months I was told that my transmission could not be serviced because the right tools were not on hand. The transmission is the last piece of the puzzle I need to drop the engine in my car, and now I am delayed after 2 months. I will not be returning here for my other builds or referring anyone I know here. Best of luck to central Ohio transmission.

Very professional had my car done the very next day, ask them to check on some wheel bearings which they did do also. To let me know which one they thought it was. Just a great place to go the price is right and the job was done in a timely and the excellent manner

I went to them on July 14 2020 to have my 05 Pontiac G6 transmission repair. I had the shift solenoids 1 and 2 replace and 3 & 4 as well. And these guys went ahead and replace them they didnt argue with me or told me I need a new transmission they just went with good faith and I told him the exact code to my problem. I know its only been a day but my car drives like a brand new car and I cant believe it. It was just a few sensors in the transmission. I have seen Pontiac G6 with all in the junkyard with the same little problem and people just throw them away for this problem🥺🥺..... but these guys are the best they gave me a great deal 100% of the best customer service Ive ever seen and they told me that will have it done the same day that I dropped it off so yeah these guys definitely get my business.

I have had a car back to them four times after 2000.00 transmission job. Leaks and leaks and leaks, wrong gasket put it once. Parts come from down the road. Who knows what the condition is.Unbelievable and has costs me rental costs, i have lost work so much. They are nice and they keep fixing leaks but jesus god wow!!! I wish i had never stepped foot in this place.Ms. TURNER. i need a lawyer and someone who knows how to do the work properly. I think their motto is keep band aiding until the warranty runs out.

I called to get a quote for a new transmission and got great customer service. They even called to get my VIN # for me since I did not have it. Their quote was the lowest, I found out I was still covered under warranty otherwise they would have gotten my business. I recommend them to anyone!
