Sonny was very helpful and got me an Uber to/from the store so I didn’t have to wait in the store.

I was in a bind and the Hamilton Road store geared me in the right direction and sent me down the street to Steltzer Road location where they hooked me up in the same day with a new tire in stock and I didn’t miss a beat including varsity football and JV the next day go New Albany Eagles! And thank you tire discounters I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!!

I have been a customer of Tire Discounters since I was 16 years old and had my first car. Sonny was patient and took time on the phone to hear my concerns and schedule me an appointment. Great experience with Sonny and his team!I called the store after noticing a bolt - not a regular nail - in my tire. 1. I was given an accurate/realistic time frame for drop-off and pick-up. 2. Upon arrival, I was taken care of and told what to expect - to include their policy on patching versus replacing. (Usually, places are ALWAYS ready to tell you a tire HAS to be replaced - no matter what.) 3. Sonny reached out about 2 hours later (as promised), told me I could pick up my car AND - as he said - they were able to patch the tire because of the location of the bolt. I will be back when it is time!

Sonny was very professional. He was honest with me when he seen the rather large screw in my tire. He said a patch may not hold and was not comfortable trying to patch the tire; he recommended replacing the tire, which I agreed with. I appreciate his honesty, kindness, and professionalism. These guys were so great! I was traveling in Columbus when I hit a curb and flattened a tire. The staff here were able to get me in right away to get me a new set. Even though they didnt have the right tires in stock, they got me ordered some pronto and had me out in about 3 hours! They were even kind enough to order me an Uber to Easton so I could get some work done while I waited. 5/5, would come again (but hopefully not for any more emergencies!)

I haven’t taken any of the cars I have owned to any garage other than the dealership in over 10 years, but when I wanted a specific set of all season tires to replace the Summer ones that my new Supra came with and the dealer didn’t carry them I decided to give Tire Discounters a try. I am glad I did. The prices were good, the customer service was excellent, and the install was perfect. They made me a believer and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for tires in the future. Nate and team provided an exceptional customer experience today and my only disappointment was in not being able to shake their hand for a job well done.

Oh my God, I cannot scream praises high enough for everyone at this location! I have a car that is now in A much better condition than what it was when I took it there. This location has given me deal after deal, and has helped me financially stay afloat when coming to car repairs. Not only staying afloat but actually caring about me, my and my rent! I have had several occasions where I’ve had to spend well over $600-1500 for repairs and they’re alway looking out for me and my car health/safety! I’ve had them come and get me from Easton because my car had broken down. They paid for the towing and only charge me for the part. They may have also charge me for the labor at that point but they got the job done in like an hour or so.I’ve been going to this location with multiple cars, and I’ve always been taking care of, soooo well! I’ve had my alternator replaced, a couple batteries, ball joints, breaks, calipers, several tires, one off pieces and that I don’t know the names of, and many other parts. The level of customer service is outstanding. But moreover, the level of HUMAN COMPASSION, you’re just don’t find anywhere else! outside of something A repair that I would have to make with the maker of my car, I will be taking everything to them! Thank you tire discounters! And thank you Steltzer team! You guys are the f***ing best!!!!!!!!!!

I used to always go to my local Tire Discounters when I lived in the suburbs around Dayton, OH and they ALWAYS took great care of me and my cars. I even applied for their credit card because I loved going to them for any car need. When I moved to Columbus, I looked for a TD to continue my business and get my tires rotated to keep up with my warranty on them. I took my car into this one for a routine alignment, oil change, and tire rotation. 1. There is a gentleman there that is beyond rude and will refuse to acknowledge you even if you’re the only person waiting in line. 2. They didn’t get me into the books correctly and I had to wait over an hour and a half for something that’s typically 45 min or so. 3. When I got my car back, it started making a weird loud grinding noise anytime I drove it. I called back and told them the issue. They had me bring it back in and told me my wheel bearing needed replaced and that they’d make me a “great deal” and quoted me a price. I told them that the causes the issue because my car never made the noise before my service with them. They refused to take ownership of the issue. I took my car to a different tire discounters to have my wheel bearing replaced because I didn’t trust the team here in the slightest. When I got my quote, it was the exact same as the one the Easton TD quoted and I asked the rep if that was the standard pricing for a wheel bearing replacement and he said yes. So Easton’s TD likes to make you think that They’re giving you great deals when it’s their standard pricing, will mess up your car during standard and routine services and will not acknowledge that they caused it, and employs some of the rudest representatives that I have ever met. All in all, because of the services and lies received here and in the TD in Powell, I will never go to another Tire Discounters.

Sunny gave me the added tire protection which is fantastic because I travel a lot. I purchased my 4 set of tires from here. When I got a flat I needed a new tire and because of the added protection that Sunny recommended I received a brand new Good Year tire replacement which only costed $55.00. I am truly thankful for your professional service.

These guys are fantastic. I can only speak for the Steltzer Road location near Gahanna, but every time I have had to come here with some tire emergency they have been very courteous, the work is completed much quicker than the initial estimate, and at a far lower cost than expected. They never try to upsell or nickle and dime you.The only con I can think of is that the chairs in the waiting area chairs could be more comfortable, but there is complimentary coffee, free wifi with good speeds, a clean unisex bathroom for guests, and a couple power outlets are available on the wall behind the waiting room chairs so I was able to charge my devices throughout the wait.Highly recommended!

I have always come here for my tires and oil changes for about 5 years now. They have always have great service and I have never had to stay there longer that an hour. I was just there yesterday for my tie-rods. I thought that I was going to be there all day and I was only there for about an hour and a half. The staff was very nice and thorough. Not to mention the palace is always so clean. I have always enjoyed my experience there and will continue to go there thanks guys.

Worst Service- I would Give 0 Star if I had a Option.I got a new certified car just 2 weeks back and got tire New Installation service from these people. They ruined my Car. The Right side front tire was not installed properly as result the Tire came out of the Rim/wheel. Due to which my Rim/Wheel is Cracked.First of all they didnt place the gum properly in between the tire and rim (Wheel) due to which the tire came out and my rim got damaged. Please find the pictures below. I am very much disappointed with the services because i am not even answered properly.They said the Rim was damaged before but if it was damaged why they did not inform me and also install the tire. Today because i got a problem they are just throwing it on the rim. If its rim break they should inform me before installing the tires.Its a new certified car i got just 2 weeks back its all checked and verified. So it does not have Rim Damage before. How can a tire go flat and come out of wheel within 24 hours of Installation. .As the tire was not installed properly it damaged my rim and also i paid my towing cost. Now i need to pay for the rims and also took it a dealer because i dont want to believe Tire discounters and i will also be suggesting my friends the same.I told them about this and they are not even ready to cover my Rim cost or give me a refund. Please dont get any Service Done at Tire Discounters you will ruin your car.

He recommended that I get two new tires because my other back tire was not in good shape either. I wouldn’t have known this if it weren’t for him!They were fast and done in less than an hour. Sold me a General brand tire just over a month ago, instead of replacing the tire under any sort of warranty, they charged me full price for a tire that had less than 500 miles on it. Do not go here, you will wait for hours to only get scammed with inferior products and lackluster service.

Great staff to work with and knowledgable. I bought all new tires with them and I got the road hazard along with them. I am so glad I did cause I got a hile in one. They couldnt fix it cause I used fix a flat to get me to them but a new tire only cost me 53.00dollars. I was a very happy customer.

Nate, the manager, was AMAZING ! From my first phone call to cashing out, I never once felt taken advantage of or skeptical . He let me know what was needed and by when. I knew he was going to help me find the best fit for myself and my car . I paid for 4 tires, got a free alignment, and a set of free Bengals tickets ! It was an amazing experience, all the workers were extremely friendly and polite . I would highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

I came to this location to order new set of 4 tires. I called the day before to set up an appointment to drop my car in the morning, which I came to find was meaningless. I dropped the car at 8:30am with only 1 person ahead of me in the waiting room. They were not finished with my car until 5:30pm! Even then, they never called me about the car, I had to call several times throughout the day with the assurance that my car would be looked at soon. At one point I called and was placed on hold for 17 minutes.Does it take 9 hours to change tires? If I brought my car at 8:30, why is it being worked on at the end of the day? With an appointment? Trash customer service was defensive rather than offering an apology, saying it was busy. Then maybe you shouldnt overbook your own selves? If youre looking for timeliness, look elsewhere.

Edited following resolution:After contacting the company through the Contact Us link on the website, the regional manager returned our message within 1 day. He agreed credit our $150 toward the purchase of new tires at any local store. Fast and helpful! Thanks!My wife brought our 2014 CRV in for a balance/alignment. Afterward, the drive was still shaky. She called immediately and set a new appointment. She was informed that new tires would be the only further remedy. We asked that the $150 we spent for what amounts to nothing at all for us be credited to the set we of 4 new tires, arguing that had they informed us of the need for new tires in the first place, we would have purchased them and received the included service without the extra $150. We were offered a discount on a set of 4 high quality tires. After the discount, the total would still amount to a total higher than a competitors price.Because this was not what we requested and was a totally unsatisfactory remedy, she asked to speak with someone who might be able to authorize our request. She was informed that there was no one further up the chain with whom we could address the issue.We were left feeling cheated out of our money.

Wonderful Experience! My 19 year old daughter had a flat tire the night before. We live in NC and she is in school in Ohio. Andrew, at the Steelier Rd location, took exceptional care of her. At some point on my drive home from a summer interning in Minneapolis, I collected a nail in my front left tire. Needing to replace all four tires anyway due to low tread, I went into this Tire Discounters store after 6pm on 9/14 expecting to hopefully get an appointment scheduled for later in the week. Mr. Calloway and the crew took care of my car that same night, helping me find the optimal tires for my budget and needs. I cant say enough good things about the helpfulness of this staff; it certainly took a lot of stress off of my plate!
