One of the only honest technicians in town. Luis will genuinely tell you the issues with your vehicle and give repair options based on level and price, he is not big on charging the max price for max profit just cause... I’ve taken cars to him expecting $500-$700 in repairs only to be told hey you only need $200-$300 in work! I try to wrap my head around some customers that want the most yet are wanting to pay nothing and only complain, when I have had nothing but the best and most honest service from Global!

Please BEWARE!!! I would advise anyone not to take your car to this establishment. By far the worst experience Ive had with auto repair. Just to give a brief overview as to why I say this is because I had my Honda accord towed to Luis shop on April 6th, I did not get my car back until MAY 14th!! Throughout this whole process he only called me once and that was to tell me I needed a new engine and that I would need to bring in $1500 in cash! Brought the money the next day and that was the only time he called my phone. All other communication was because I initiated it, when I could get in touch with him. The price he quoted me was$2400 so I put a deposit of $1500 down and that would leave a remaining balance of $900. Well a couple weeks went by, still didnt hear from him. Called and was notified the wrong engine was sent to him so still waiting on the correct one. He did not bother to call and tell me. Another couple of weeks go by and I find out the engine came in after I called to inquire on the status. Then it still took another week for him to put it in. After that I find out its ready so my husband goes to pick it up and he says I owe $1000!!! So he just decided to add another $100 when we did not agree on that price! Then further goes on to say that he only drove it down the street and to check the oil in about a week!!! So basically you do this major work on a vehicle and only drive it a couple miles down the street, extremely pathetic!!! Then I still have to check on it a week later after spending $2500 to get it fixed. Also, he stated I had a 3 month warranty on the engine, then when my husband picks it up he stated I have a 6 month warranty but no paperwork provided! Like I said if youre considering this man please take your money else where to a professional that will treat you like the paying customer you are!!!

This is the best shop in town. Staff is friendly, prices are great. When I can I normally am able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Overall I never feel like Im being told to do something thats not needed. Great to be able to trust your mechanic.
