Was given an estimate before any work was done. I felt the prices were reasonable and approved the repairs. The person assisting me was courteous and seemed to be knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the work and the warranty

I was referred by another servicing mechanic who doesnt handle foriegn cars.... so I keep calling and NO Answer!! Maybe its a one man shop and hes on vacation, or gone fishing

The outright ripped me off. I had one breaklught out. The did a test the computer and told me it would cost 800 dollers to fix. When I told the owner I was 66 and on SSI and could not afford that he said anyway you owe me 200 for checking to see what was wrong. The guy was nasty and rude. The next day I found the my other light did not work, my door lock does not work. Also there was grease all over inside of my car that I cant get out. Today I put conductive fluid on the bulb which fixed the problem. This guy is a thief and makes up things that are not wrong with your car so he can steal from you. If you go there expect the worst.

Because after taking my car to two previous so-called foreign car repair shops they are the only ones that properly diagnose my car and fixed it properly.

First visit, seem to be experts in their field, thorough, honest, competitively priced, gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my vehicle and offered to pick me up.

Very pleased with Blagois. They do not o er charge you and will only repair your vehicle if there is a problem. The mechanics are very skilled and they do great work.

This place has been around since I was a kid. Good honest mechanics that are knowledgeable about foreign cars. I take my wifes car here and they do a pretty good job. The price is high but way cheaper than the stealership! I would recommend them to anyone who loves to drive luxury and wants a fair price

Before I found this shop, it was a pain getting my Volkswagens serviced. Most shops are very limited to what they can repair and the dealers prices are outrageous. Its a relief to find a shop that could service both my new and vintage Beetles! Prices are fair, technicians know their trade and are honest.

I highly recommend avoiding this shop. They told me that I needed several expensive repairs. After getting a 2nd opinion it turned out that they were wanting to do repairs that were not necessary such as changing the rotors when only the pads needed changed and replacing the rear differential when it only needed a fluid change. I dont know how this place stays in business. Probably nevause most people dont take the time to get a 2nd opinion but dont trust these guys!

I took my Jaquar there to have a leaking radiator issue corrected. They told me we could first attempt to repair the existing radiator for about $400.00. We tried it and the seal could not be mended. I teturned the vehicle and asked for a new radiator. The cost $1,301.53. The vehicle came back still leaking. My husband returned the vehicle..they tightened a screw. It came back STILL LEAKING!!! I know a new radiator was not put in my vehicle. I ended up having to purchase a new vehicle. I will never return to Blagois for ANYTHING!!!

Very happy with their service. My daughter had an unexpected problem with her Volvo wagon. She is a broke college student at OSU, and am l 150 miles away in Toledo. Normally, I take care of any of her car repairs when she comes home for a visit. This problem rendered the car undrivable, and could not wait. A quick Google search turned up Blagios only 8 miles away from her, and they specialize in European vehicles. What could have been a very stressful (and expensive) experience- since I was not in a position to examine the car myself or question any diagnosis they made- was handled quickly, honestly, and at minimal cost. Such integrity seems to be in short supply at many automotive repair shops. They went out of their way to fit her in on a busy day, and got her back on the road quickly. Based on this experience, my daughter will be taking her car there for any subsequent repairs that I cant complete myself or that cant wait for her to make a trip home. Thank you!

Came here twice for an oil leak and camshaft positioning sensor and for the third time I am having the Same 2 issues all within a year span. They don’t get the job done. I wouldn’t recommend them. They overcharge for something that goes wrong all over again months later

Can take a really long time to get you in, so my car sat. Once I got in, it didnt take long to diagnose. My car has been having intermittent problems, so its to early to tell if its fixed.
