He has been nothing but professional, really never tried to sell us anything, just asked what we wanted and he found it. Very friendly, helpful and understanding. Recently took our Fusion in to have service and Sync updated. The service was completed but the update was not taken care of. We reset a time to take back and complete. The update was taken care of, but the manager called to discuss and set a time for him to call back and he never called. Poor customer service

Went into test drive a Bronco, luckily they had one that hadnt been picked up yet. Took a test drive with Kevin in a loaded Bronco. I didnt place an order for one, its probably going to take about 9 months to get, but because of Kevin, I would never go to another Ford dealer if Im looking for one of their vehicles. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. I truly enjoyable experience, I usually dread going to look for a vehicle.
Great and fast service!!! What a great overall experience at this Ford dealership. My family and I were involved in an auto accident while visiting family in Columbus. We dropped of our vehicle early in the morning explained our situation and the need to have our vehicle fixed and returned to us in a timely matter so we could finish our vacation. Bill, in service, was very understanding and accommodating to us. He got our vehicle in to the shop in a timely manner and had it fixed and returned to us in a timely matter so we could finish our vacation and return home in a safe manner. Had a fantastic experience with Debbie from the commercial side of the company. We shopped multiple fleet management companies and dealerships and settled on Krieger-best price and service hands down.They got us our work vans quickly and with all the features we needed. They communicate well, and there were no suprise fees. It was a very smooth experience and you could tell Debbie cared and was willing to work with us. Also, Debbies homemade cookies are phenomenal!

Stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment a long ways from home with some form of an electrical issue. Walked into the service department and was waited on immediately and took my truck in right away. Shortly afterwards our service tech Nina came out to inform me of the issue and it was corrected right away. Very very happy with the customer service and the speedy fix. 11/10 would recommend. And also if you’re in need of service, give Nina a call. She was awesome with the help and very personable!
I could give a lower rating.Every time I brought my Fusion for maintenance they (the service manager himself) said that they could not service my car unless I dropped it off. That is inacceptable, especially because we cannot make an appointment for regular maintenance. DO NOT GO TO THAT AWFUL PLACE. They need to be sut down.
Purchased a Fiesta ST from this dealership brand new back in 2019, included the 5 year/60k mile powertrain warranty. Car was making an odd noise in the rear, brought it in to have them look at it. Told us it needed a transmission, but they couldnt do it cause they didnt have a mechanic to do the work. Instead of assisting with finding either another Ford dealership who would honor that warranty, or another shop that would do that they told us to Call around and see who can do it, and that was all the help we received. What a joke. Glad this is how customers are treated. Hopefully another dealership can honor the warranty and fix it correctly.
Great Experience. Smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever been involved in. I found the truck I wanted online. Discussed trade, photos, etc over the phone and online. Made arrangements online with Julie and on to AC to fine tune things and finally JB in finance. I drove 3.5 hours to get there. The truck was ready, papers were ready, I traded my truck as agreed and back on the road in my new one in an hr and a half. Honest straight shooters. I would definitely recommend this place.
My appointment was for 4:00 pm. When I arrived, I was informed that the part was not in and wouldnt be until July. The nice lady explained they didnt know WHY the part hadnt been sent until 15 minutes before I arrived. However, they knew earlier on that the part was not there! They should have called as soon as they knew they didnt have it. vERY DISAPPOINTING!5/20 - Updated rating to 5 stars. The service Director called me immediately to resolve the situation. I appreciate the sense of urgency to fix the situation and complete my recall service. Thank you!
Dropped my car off to Nina and she had it fixed within a day. Excellent service. Destyni was awesome checking out and Noah was very gentle driving my car around. Excellent wifi as well. Will be driving from Cincy to Columbus to get my car serviced here from now on
My experience with the service department was excellent. I had car trouble while traveling through Columbus and was able to make it to Krieger. I was greeted with concern and immediate attention. I was kept informed of the progress and picked my car up the next day. Cant say enough!
I was quite disappointed when I was informed by the salesman they was not going to allow me to use my A plan discount on a new super-duty because “they could make more money selling it at MSRP” -Carl per his manageropinion: the tides will shift and the dealerships will no longer be in the drivers seat ( no pun intended) customers will remember how they were treated and shop based on that.
Not impressed with the service department. I made an appointment for 1PM and dropped my car off a bit early. Described the issue and what was going on. I call that evening around 5:45 to ask the status of my vehicle and I get told it hasnt even been looked at, and that they probably wont be able to look at it until the following week, assuming I left my vehicle there. If I set an appointment it could be a month before they even diagnose the issue.Not impressed. They could have told me that in the beginning and I wouldnt have wasted my time or $20 on Ubers. I will never go back.I take my vehicle to a mom and pop shop down the street the next day, they have a diagnosis within 45 minutes and its done in less than 4 hours. It also was an issue completely unrelated to what the Krieger desk person thought it was.
Nina Harmon was such a great help. Our business vehicle had a tire puncture and she got our Truck up and running in no time and saved us immense stress and money. I highly recommend supporting Krieger Ford, 10/10.

If I could give negative stars I would. The service department here is beyond terrible. The service guy that was helping me was Luke. I scheduled an appointment on day at 7am. By 2pm that day I still havent heard from them as to if they fixed my car. They then told me it has been moved to night shift. A call would have been nice. Next day comes and goes and still nothing. Next day comes and they said the service tech has the part in his hand it will be done in a couple hours no problem. Doesnt get done. No call for an update. It ended up taking over 3 days to do a job that took an hour to fix. Every time I called to check the status of my vehicle I was put on hold or hung up on. I also wanted them to take a look at a noise that was coming from inside the car. They told me that they cant hear it. I pick up my car and it makes the noise within two minutes! I hate this place with a burning passion. Its making me regret having a Ford at all
Nina was fantastic, she provided best experience I’ve ever had with a Ford, not only was the hospitality and mechanical service exceptional but almost magical…like if a 67 fastback mustang and a Ford GT had a love child creating the stunning new Ford Unicorn. I will be a regular customer at this location.

14 days for a battery replacement .... that was one day past WarranteThey also didn’t do my recalls like they said they would. So why take so long?And I’m sure they seen I need a oil change..I bought my car from here new ! I want to share my experience with this dealership. I called to inquire about a price of a used car (the car in question was LX 570 with 114,500 miles). Spoke to a Sales Person called AC. I asked him to check whether timing belt was changed (as all the maintenance records indicated, that no timing belt was changed). I did return my call to indicate that timing belt was not changed indeed. Everything was going fine so far, until, something that he said soon after which shocked me (as a matter of fact, it will shock any customer walking in to that dealership). What this sales person said was .. his exact words You dont have to change the timing belt, if you are not going to keep the car. This implies that Krieger Ford is selling cars to customers for not keeping with them. Is Krieger Ford expecting customers to buy and then turn around and sell it - which again implies the poor confidence factor in the cars that they sell. I have been to many dealerships and have dealt with many sales people, but, seeing a sales person from Krieger Ford, tell a customer that if they are planning on keeping the car, then do the maintenance just means that they are selling cars with an intention of customer not owning it for a long term. This just shows Krieger Ford has very low attitude towards their customer. Very surprised that how low the sales people are trained to talk like this. If this is how the attitude of the sales people, then, Krieger Ford cant be in business too long. I have stepped into Germain Ford, and the way the Sales People talk is very welcoming. I just want to make sure the Upper Management and the most importantly the other Customers are aware of the Sales Attitude of the Sales people at Krieger Ford.
Jacob Harn went over and above with the purchase of our new (to us) 2018 Ford Edge Sport. He was knowledgeable about the buying process and knowledgeable about the vehicle, itself. He thoroughly explained all of the vehicles features in an easy to understand manner. He answered as many text message questions as I had, even at times when he was not at work. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle as many times as needed and was never pushy or put off by the amount of time required for us to make a decision. He was honest and friendly. I truly felt that he was playing on our team during the purchase. I would highly recommend Jacob Harn at Krieger Ford if you are in the market for s used vehicle.

I had a flawless experience buying my new car! Note: I can only vouch for the sales department as theyre the only ones I dealt with. I have no clue how their service and parts department are.I contacted Dan, the general sales manager, about ordering a GT350 last summer. As soon as he got his allocation he contacted me and put my order in. A lot of other dealerships that sell high trim level Mustangs will not negotiate on price or will mark them up. Dan gave me a good deal and made sure my car and I got the best treatment possible. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of getting the order in to Ford, the car getting built, and getting the car delivered. Once the car arrived he made sure that the car was properly prepped and that staff kept their driving of the car at a minimum. He didnt even let them take it to the gas station for gas! He also got me all the extra documentation of the car I asked for.As this was my first time buying a car, I was pretty nervous. Ive read a lot of horror stories about the whole car buying experience, especially how young people can often be pressured into something they dont want or into a bad deal. Im glad that that wasnt the case here and that it was in fact the complete opposite. It was the most painless way I could have emptied my bank account that quickly!Its going to be a pretty long time before I buy another car, but next time I decide to buy something from Ford, Ill definitely check this dealership.PS the car drives great but gets horrible gas mileage. Smiles per gallon!

Brought my car in for service here 3 times and every time was horrible. First time was for an oil change and i asked for a specific oil filter. 2 hours later they told me it was done and put the wrong filter on. They argued with me and made me pay for the filter i asked for even though i was originally told it wouldnt be a problem and then took another hour to fix it. 3+ hours on an oil change. After that i brought it in to have the stereo and transmission looked at but they couldnt find the problem with the transmission because they never bothered to try to recreate it. They at least found the issue with the stereo and ordered a part. Scheduled an appointment to have the part installed and was told multiple times it should only take 2-3 hours. Brought the car in and waited until an hour and a half later when they said they hadnt even started and that they couldnt get to it until later in the day so i left in a rental. Over 10 hours later i call to see whats going on and am told to call back the next day because the person in the service dept didnt know. At no point whatsoever was i contacted or told they planned on keeping my car overnight. I went in to try and get more details and they hadnt even started work on my car so i gave them the rental back and took my car home without them ever even working on it like they were supposed to. Worst Service Department Ever.

I wish I read all the poor service department reviews before buying here. On one hand, my vehicle purchase experience was great. AC was great to work with, and the finance guy helped things go really smoothly. But the day after I bought it, the engine light came on. Turns out there is an exhaust issue. So, Im concerned that their service department let a car be sold without a basic check up on it. My additional issue with the service department is their slowness, lack of communication and disregard by the office staff. I was passed around on the phone between people who would each say someone else should be helping me before being hung up on and then sent to voice mail the next time I called. The last time I called back, I made the person stay on the phone with me. She said that it turns out they hadnt looked at my car yet. (Im sure thats why they kept getting rid of me). My appointment was at 8am and my calls were at 5p. Just be careful about this place, I guess.I appreciate the reply, Kreiger, but Rusty is the one managing the department Im complaining about. He already knew that Im unhappy with the communication there. Today my car still isnt fixed, no one would return my messages again. I had to drive down there to get anyone to talk to me.
Came into Krieger Ford were I have purchased two vehicles before. And was greeted with a warm smile and friendly customer service. I now come for all my vehicle oil change and do not recall Nina being there in the Years I have been coming there.But I will tell you how wonderful it felt to wake up go get your car service and get the customer service experience on a cool wet Saturday after working 60 hours all week. The last thing I want or need is to come to a place where your not treated Right or made feel like your second home. Technician left the seat cover and steering wheel cover and floor mat protector sloppily in my car. I paid $40 for them to fix a flat tire and they gladly took my money and sent me on my way. It still was leaking the next day so I took it back and now they say the rim has a crack in it but for some reason it wasnt a problem the day before when they took my money.
Customer service isnt bad but its not great either. Definitely a no hassle shopping kind of place. The salesmen arent going to harass you the entire visit.

I went to this dealership a few months ago about the airbags and steering recall and was told it was the right year and model but the vin puts it at years end and its not covered over the recallMy steering went out when I was driving $1300 Rack and pinion and coding replacement got in an accident which totalled my car and the air bags to not work.. thanks Ford I almost die with this car and on issues that Ford knew about and care more about money then my life..
It is always a pleasure coming to Krieger and dealing with Debbie Graham. She makes buying, leasing, ordering a new car seamless. She is very well educated on Ford products, the tech ins and outs and getting you into a car that fits your needs. She is exemplary in all aspects of the transaction and makes sure the customer is treated with respect and courtesy. This is our 6th purchase in 5 years and we are pleased with her professional representation of Krieger. She is a gem of a person, not your normal car salesperson. I have purchased many cars in my personal and business career and she is tops in all regards.
Do NOT think about coming here to get your car serviced on! A close friend of mine went there LAST year to get their car worked on and it still have many issues that should’ve been solved in the first visit. Not only that, it seems like every month when it has to go back to get maintenance, a new issue surface the following weeks within having it just getting work done to it. Do not come here, it is a waste of time, energy and your money!
I went in with no intention of buying right away, but Chris was very helpful (no pressure)...and then I saw the 2021 F150. I was sold the minute I saw it. If you havent seen the updates/changes, be careful as you will fall in love just as I did. JB set me up with some great financing...cant thank them both enough. Will buy from them again.

My check engine light was on, and I had a diagnostic test run at Valvoline. Took it in to Krieger to have the diagnostic test run (again) and the work completed. While describing my problem, the service tech made a snarky comment about taking my car to Valvoline. Then when I asked him about the cost of the diagnostic test going toward the cost of the repair, he wouldn’t give me a straight answer. I asked several clarifying questions, and he danced around the question several times until I finally got the straight answer. No, the diagnostic test cost does not go toward the cost of the repair. Many dealerships do not operate this way. When I inquired about a rental since my car would likely be there for a few days, I was told that the rental was not complimentary since my car did not have a warranty. The ladies working the rental desk were rude and mumbled through their responses. I felt like this dealership was nickel and diming me, and I couldn’t even get a straight answer out of anyone. I requested my car back and I will get the work done somewhere else. I will not be returning to Krieger for anything.
After being disappointed with our local dealership we decided to drive to Krieger Ford which is almost 100 miles round trip from our home. We wanted to trade in a leased vehicle and purchase a used SUV. I had made an appt. for Saturday, wanting to buy a vehicle I had seen online but when we arrived it had been sold.Jacob our salesman worked with his manager and got us into a vehicle that exceeded our expectations. Although it is a 2016, the mileage was less than 30k and our payment is $100 less than what we were paying. The staff went above and beyond to get us into the perfect vehicle. This is our 4th purchase at Krieger Ford and their service is why we have remained a Ford customers for 40 years now! Thank you Krieger Ford I love my new SUV

I bought my car from Carl Easley almost 2 years ago and by far that has been the best car buying experience I have had up to this point. Carl listens to what you are looking for and tries his best to make it possible to find what you need. Since buying my car, I have been able to go to him with any issues I’ve had with the car and he has been able to get issues fixed with minimal problems. He’s my go to guy at Krieger Ford. I trust his opinion and know that he has my best interest at heart.

I explained I also need some other maintenance so she transferred me. The phone rang several times and they picked it up and placed me on hold without even saying anything to me.Obviously, they are doing so well they dont need my business so I will never spend a dime here. Instead I will go 10 miles out of my way to go to Ricart.
I will never buy a Ford car again for the fact you cannot get into this dealership to save your life.Also, this dealership usually cannot repair the problem, so I end up taking my car to Sawmill Ford after going to Krieger.I have called several times during the past weeks to make a service appointment only to get a busy signals and leave voicemail. He was super informative and let me decide which car I wanted with no pressure (I was contemplating two different vehicles) He explained everything in detail. Was very personable and didn’t give us any sort of run around. We made an appointment to pick up my new Ford Fusion and everything was ready and took less time than my normal car buying experience. Would definitely recommend seeing Chris for you new car needs.

I went to test a 2013 ford flex. The car was beautiful inside and out. My mechanic was looking under the hood and asked the Salesman to turn the car on. It didn’t start. The dash and everything turned on (wasnt the battery) but there was no clicking sound. So unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to test drive it.
They took me in right away and performed the service with in an hour,, and my service writer Nina also looked into a different issue I was having and came back with my answer,,great job !Nina an Krieger Ford,, Ill be back

Always liked Krieger Ford, but I give it a 3 rating because of the wait time. I understand I didnt have an appointment to get my car serviced, but for the amount that I paid, I should never had to wait 6 hours before I got my car back. I arrived at 1pm, and didnt get my car back until 7pm. I felt like I kept getting pushed back. Very dissatisfied.

They charged me $400 for a tune-up in my old mercury grand marquis, did nothing other than replacing all 8 spark plugs that costs $8 each.
