So far, so good! I just transitioned from a company that raised my rates on my second renewal (a lot) after a year of continuous coverage on my new vehicle. How does that work? I have a perfect driving record, no claims, and made every payment on time! Got a reasonable Homeowners policy, and it discounted my auto policy more than $20 additional month, which was already way less than I was paying, with the deductibles I wanted, which was significantly less than I was paying with the Progressive. The guys I’ve spoken to are very kind and helpful, and answered all of my questions and made it easy to submit proof of coverage to my mortgage company.

Ive been working with Lynn for years and have several policies. My experienced has been very mixed and depends on who I talk to on the phone. Caleb is fantastic and responsive, but other agents are rude and try to blame the insurance company for a miscommunication or an issue instead of taking some personal responsibility to try to figure it out.

Very easy to deal with and provided excellent rates. Agents are easy to work with and are clear and concise. Only had one bad experience and that was a Progressive agents fault that my agent at Lynn cleared right up.

Did not explain everything to me there is no 10-day grace. Have not received bills have not received copies of my insurance cards and it has been 3 months now
