Easy to get account set up, information was spot on for doing so. On the rare occasion I did have to contact office a response was quick and helpful.

Worst customer service.! Everything is record yet all their representatives say different stuff.!

Stephanie genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to comb through your policy educating you every step of the way making sure you not only have sufficient coverage but also take advantage of any savings available. She will go the extra mile to make sure you and your family are well taken care of. For that reason alone, I recommend Stephanie to all my family and friends.

Initially, the service was A1, Allstate rep.(Stephanie Graham) was Awesome explaining the breakdown of my policies, but after I became a member, then what I suspected happened; I messaged Mrs.Graham on a couple of different occasions on her # and you guessed it, I didnt get a response and ended up having to call the national #. I believe this is not considered ⭐ quality service, when you offered that in the beginning to lure me in, and now that Im in and a member, its challenging to get that same type of service 🤔

Im not happy with the services I received from allstate agents. Especially Josh whitehead.

Very polite and helpful. Went in back in February to have a question answered that another Allstate agent hadnt returned calls about and ended up signing up with Josh instead.
