Ive been a customer of Toms for almost 20 years now. He and his team have consistently provided excellent customer service. I once was pulled over for speeding and couldnt find my insurance card, they had a copy emailed to me in minutes. Being an independent insurance agent, they dont answer to the insurance companies and they will actively advocate for their clients when the insurance companies are being less than fair. Tom also consistently shops around to make sure his clients are getting the best rates. His son Sam is now with the company as well.
