Absolutely a wonderful expierience with this insurance agency!! The only 1 of the 10 insurance agencies I had contacted about a quote and sr22 that was willing to work with with me. They even disputed the at fault accident on my record which I was not at fault for and got me the best price for a first time insurance holder and new driver. The employees working wanted to help you and actually cared more about your insurance policy and well being more than the money at hand. Well while trying to explain to this woman that I have been living in Ohio for the past three years she hung up in my face so I don’t know what to say.

I really had a bad experience today when I called in the office on 1180 west broad st. Columbus Ohio trying to see why my account was over drawn, I asked to speak with the lady that started my policy and someone name I believe meg, said to call her back, and told me to call this 800 number, well when I called back I asked to speak with the same lady, meg got real rude with me said I don’t need to call there, I asked her if I could call there location and she said no I didn’t get any answers and she hung up on me, so I called the office on the east side of Columbus Ohio and someone name Jeff talked with me I told him I wanted to make a complaint and he changed the subject and said I need to call 800 number about why my account was over drawn, they were very disrespectful and just don’t know why. Very unprofessional!!!

Ok, insurance rate affordable but clerk had no change in building and was supposed to apply my change to following month payment but the change never got applied to my account and all of a sudden I was owed no change and total tendered was amount of insurance and fees like bs u know u stiffed me for my change you owed me but if thats what it cost to lose me as a customer then like u did, keep the change. Thou Shalt Not Lie, Im A Firm Believer.
