George Sly from Acceptance Insurance on Parson Road in Columbus, Ohio was such a delight to get assistance from today!!! He listened to what I needed and went over and beyond to make sure I received great service. Its not often you come across insurance reps with a WONDERFUL personality willing to listen and help. He made my day an weekend with his AWESOME PERSONALITY!!!!!! If I could give more stars I would for sure... His managers need to know they have a hidden gem working for them for sure!!!

I have had terrible experience at this location Parsons the young man there is never there when I go to pay my insurance I have to wait hours for him to come back to the office. He’s extremely rude and unprofessional something needs to be done about this!

Good customer service is hard to find in todays world, however, Kyle was there to answer any questions I had...even on the weekend! Always helpful and friendly and I never felt pressured. Last few months Ive been having major difficulties finding anyone that is even in the office door has been locked also not receiving my reminder payment is due like I used to always get and too top it off the last time I went in to make a payment I stood in there for 30 minutes before the guy came from the back and then gave me major attitude and started arguing with me to the point I thought we was going to fight smh an Ive been going through this company for many years an never had a problem before the new guy took over the store 😕 parsons store

Jennifer was really nice got everything I needed done just right gave me all the information I would need to turn into the bmv also informed me that she was from another store and told me who I would deal with after today. It was also short sweet and to the point so glad I choose them for insurance.

My agent was helpful and works hard to make sure my policy has the best coverage for me. Tequoia is nice and seems to be the only person that works for this location. Very surprised she is not the manager yet. Get it together Acceptance she needs a raise!

Im 24 so insurance is already expensive add in a sr 22 and its that much worse. michelle was able to get me insurance for $100 less than insurers. always fast and friendly service Would reccomend them to anyone.
