Checked out the new place today! It looks awesome and so clean! The staff were quick to help (even on a Sunday!) and the members there were friendly.

I was a member at this gym for about half a year, until I had to relocate for work. My job brought me back home, so I cant wait to sign up again! The staff is professional, friendly, and willing to answer any questions you have! The price is very reasonable, and sanitary throughout!

Very clean, friendly staff and a wide variety of equipment. I enjoyed the flags hanging above honoring the military, and how organized the lay out was. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new gym around the area.

Amazing gym! Family atmosphere, members celebrate each other’s accomplishments. Best spincycle class around! Instructors are all focused on seeing individuals achieve success. This gym is a life changer!

Love this gym! Always clean and staff are so helpful! Classes are awesome and members have all become my good friends! Childcare is safe and my kids love going!

Unprofessional company that speaks about health and wellness but wants to re open its business prematurely and increase the risk of COVID19 spreading. When discussing this on their Facebook page they felt the need to block me from their page after calling out their ignorance in comparing Walmart and it being open and them opening their gym.

Bad business practices. Signed up my teen sons for one month memberships. Was informed AFTER they charged my bank account $84 and after my sons used the gym only 3 times that they changed their policy and teens were no longer allowed to utilize the gym unsupervised. Wont refund my money. Completely insane. Edited to also state that we were told that we signed a contract but were also told that we couldnt see said contract. Why would they let us sign up and pay for minors if theyre not allowed? Filed complaints with BBB and WV Attorney General.

I was in town visiting family and needed a place to workout. This facility is clean and has more equipment than other gyms I’ve been to in this area.

Been a member for over a year. Signed up when it was still Robs Fitness Factory. When I signed up I did a no contract and had it taken out of my account directly. I never signed any paperwork stating when I canceled I would still be billed the next month if I didnt give 30 day notice. So I was billed for the next month. I also have a friend that also wanted to cancel and never signed any form of contract that wanted to cancel today the first and was told they would be billed for September and October because they had to give 30 day notice. This is absolutely crazy that they will be billed for October when its the first of September. I can handle being billed for September since we both just canceled however being billed for the next month when it is in the 30 day mark is crazy especially when neither of us had contracts. Will not recommend this place to anyone or ever consider going back here because of this.

This place is a joke. Looks like an old high school weight room. Owner is unethical and is constantly blasting people that come to her gym on Facebook.

Great place to workout. Never crowded at 4am.

Havent joined just yet, but I plan to. Its located next to Sears in the Mall Loop in Whitehall. Just in case others have difficulty finding it like us
