Property manager amazing, helpful amd made sure to help me with any questions made me feel extremely welcomed

Worked & lived here. At westerville park you will be lied to about deposits, not given walkthrough or told which apartment youre renting until you sign lease. We moved into an unfinished apartment later than expected. No sink drains, door jam, no doors hung on interior and paint all over the newly remodeled floors. I quit working here n have had trouble living here since. Absolute nightmare.

The place is just getting revamped, beautifully done remodels and close to Easton Mall. I liked it so much Im moving there on April 30th....Im happy.....I will take photos next time Im over there

Been here less a few weeks. Was a murder outside my window very first night. Heard all 8 or 9 shots like it was in my living room. This morning management had my car towed from and they have no signs that the parking spot is a tow away zone. This place hates its residents and community.

I filled out an application, they took my application fee and I am still waiting for someone to call me back. That was 2 months ago. I have called the office several times and left messages and no one responds. This is very unprofessional. I looked on the website and it says there are no available units. If that is the case, why wasnt I told that when I applied? Why did you take my app fee? I have received no feedback regarding my app.

2 bedroom townhomes look recently renovated. They are BEAUTIFUL!

I gave them money for a deposit i never saw no apartment never got no phone call they never got in contact with me and never got no money back they told they me my money got sent out on the 22nd and im still waiting for my money i still did not recieve nothing

Nobody come to fix anything out here they can never keep the same people in the office or maintenance not professional at all after one year the whole apartment falling apart 😡

Mold, mold, mold and terrible infrastructure. The units have “new” appliances, cabinets and bathroom fixtures all of which were poorly put together and uneven and fall apart constantly. The most concerning is the mold and leaks. I don’t believe it to be the blame on office staff, but on the company itself.

We spent the whole summer without AC we asked them to fix it and they never did

The worst apartment that I have ever seen in my entire life with the rudest, unprofessional unresponsable people in the office we had so many problems since we have moved in this apartment. Rates cockroaches, bed bugs in the house we had to clean out everything ourselves, they don’t do anything about it. They don’t fix the air conditioner for months and the gas the water too, it’s just disgusting place with disgusting people in the office. I would NOT recommend this apartment for anyone not even for the devil. There is also a robbery, they have tried to break in through our window two times and the office didn’t do anything about matter fact they said they are going to charged us for the broken window if it happens again. It’s very unsafe place. Again I would not recommend This apartment for anyone, it’s like living on the street only u have roof over head.

Apartments look pretty nice . I was looking at the town home and 2 bed room. Everything new and very spacious!! I Was looking to move into these apartsments this month. After I took the aplication papers home and taking a day to think about if this what I want and it WAS ... SO I call back no answer then call again several times at different times no one has gotten back to me and still have not spoken to anyone since the day I came in. I can only imagine if i lived there and had a real problem. Good luck to those living there

Worst customer service ever! The day they’re in the office it’s so packed. Everyone is there to complain about the same thing and they never fix a thing. They don’t care or value their customers at all. As always I went there to get my air conditioner fixed but how the guy in the office telling me “even mine doesn’t work” like excuse me? First, you work there, you don’t sleep in the office. Second I don’t care if your office air conditioner works or not I don’t pay the rent from the office. It’s so disrespectful how they talk to you but I’m not here to beg you, I pay money to live here therefore, I except things are fixed ASAP. My air conditioner been like this since 5 month and still now they are not fixing. I had to buy one from Walmart became I wouldn’t survive and be able to write this. I really wish from bottom of my heart everyone who wants to move here to see these reviews because YOU DON’T WANT LIVE IN uninhabited place!!!!!

These people are thieves. I would not recommend the devil to this place. Dont waste your money or time

I have had problem after problem since I have moved in June of 2019. Air was not working, water was not working, squirrels in the walls, water damage in ceiling, water dripping from ceiling, gas leak, doors dont close, floor is not leveled, the list goes on. I would not recommend for anyone to move here. Emergency maintenance does not answer and the mailbox is full. Work orders do not get put in.Terrible, do not be fooled with the updates made to the units.

I only spoke to ask a question that I had and they raised my voice just for a doubt that I had that good service they have the truth😡

This place sucks. I started my lease in march, it is now august almost september; i still do not have hot water and my a/c was just fixed a few days ago but these off the street contractors have been in my apt everyday. the leasing office people are never there. brenda doesnt return phone calls. my dead bolt lock does not work because of its misalignment. although the inside of the apt looks nice, its all cheap material and my tub itself looks like it belongs in a $5 motel

Very unprofessional! Had an appointment to view an apartment and management never showed up, after confirming the day before that we were still meeting! Drove from an entire different city, because we are looking to move in th area! Waste of time!
