Horrible maintenance. Nothing gets fixed, and when you bring stuff to their attention they act like they are going to help but never do. Already on the second year lease and still havent gotten stuff fixed that was brought to their attention in the beginning of the first lease. Mold in the basement and vents, that has been making me nauseous, allergies messed up. Have spent hundreds of dollars, probably more on hiring outside professionals to do the work they wont do here. Thats why alot of people are moving. The only positive thing I can even say is that its in a decent are, and only a couple minutes from Polaris, but so are numerous other apartment properties that im positive is ran better than this place.

We needed a place to rent due to relocating to Columbus for work. We found Worthington Meadows online and contacted the office to line up a place. Ray was so friendly and extremely helpful with getting us in to a unit on the date we needed. He was awesome to work with, always prompt and professional! The townhome was the perfect size to accommodate all our belongings and the fenced back yard was great for our dogs. Great place to live!

Do not rent here right now. Their maintenance walked out on them and they are not fixing anything at this time. We have a leaking bathroom faucet that we put in a maintenance request for in the middle of July. It is now beginning of September and the issue is still not resolved. The office does not answer their phones and their voicemail is full. Very unprofessional. This is unacceptable for the amount that they charge in rent.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There is a review from Brittany Hodge posted somewhere, so please read that before moving here. It looks like they are getting people to post reviews to drown the other ones out. We lived together at this place for a year and a half and this place is by far the worst place we’ve ever lived. Towed her car, “mistakenly” shut off our electric/water, things keep breaking, and most recently we gave our notice to move out and they prematurely changed our lock on our mailbox so now we cannot get our mail. This place is a nightmare and we are BEYOND excited to leave this place and never look back. If it tells you anything, our neighbors moved out the same time as us. Enjoyed living there. But they sent my security deposit check to the wrong address after I called in and told them the correct address to use. Then, they charged ME the $35 fee to reissue the check. They made it out to me AND my roommate and my bank will not let me deposit the check without her with me. We are no longer roommates, she doesnt live close, and that was 100% my money. When I called in to tell them I couldnt cash my check they refused to issue it to only me even though I paid the entire security deposit with my money. Thank god my old roommate and I are still friends. I could see this causing many issues, if it is my money then it doesnt become our money when the refund is given. The refund money should be given back to the party who paid it. And Carol in the office was rude when I tried to resolve. Moved out June 1st and still dont have my security deposit back in my account. Just a check in my purse that I cant deposit.

I left a review after my daughter moved out last year. One reason she moved was that she barely missed stepping on a used needle/syringe on their property, and when she called after hours she was asked to pick it up for them and dispose of it. There were many other issues I wont repeat, but I decided to leave another review because it appears as if management might be leaving 5 star reviews to boost the ratings. If you scroll through, you will see what I am talking about. I can tell you I used to live there years ago and my daughter just moved out last year, and even 1 star is giving this place too much credit, in my opinion.

I stayed a year and had to leave. I have never lived at a place that has more inspections of units than this place. Its like they find every reason to have to gain access into the units. had 3 inspections within a 30 day period. one in the end of August and 2 in September.they also said that they have security or courtesy patrol. I have yet seen one. and when you call and ask how you can reach them they give you some excuses on how you cant contact them. Also dont have any type of surgery that will put you at 60% of your pay, or have a car accident that will have you out of work for a short period. FLMA keeps your job, short term disability only covers 60 % of your pay and if yo are lucky to have long term disability that will bump you up to 70 %. This place will act like they care but will toss you out even if you have never missed a payment or been late in 5 yrs of residency. The manger cant make a command decision on a case by case basis. They have no heart.

Not the best place to live unless you want your legally parked car towed and to pay rent for a pet you no longer have with you. The staff is not helpful; they are about as unhelpful as you can get. There are way too many checks, bug spray days, etc. with too little notice. The kitchen in the model is way nicer than the one that you will probably get. They likely wont let you see your unit until the day you need to move in when your lease starts, even if it is unoccupied. If tenants overfill the trash cans, the trash people often have to wait another week so that they can bring back reinforcements to clean it up. There are too many fees for ridiculous rules, and they focus on rules rather than having common courtesy. The turnover rate here seems to be high. And, Ive been disappointed by the amount of clutter in the yards and lack of cleanup after dogs by some of the community members.Hopefully they will get it together, and maybe they will get updated. However, until they start taking responsibility for some things that were clearly their fault (such as not being clear to the towing company about legallly parked car rules and improperly installed blinds that keep breaking), I would recommend looking at one of the other numerous places in the area.Simply put---its not worth your time.

I am still paying off “damages” that they said I did to this apartment a year later (smoke damage- I don’t smoke, pet urine- never had accidents- trash left- I scrubbed this apartment before we left.. It was over $1700)They would never show me pictures of damage. They forced me to pay for pest control because the week that the neighbor moved and the complex ripped everything out to replace all their cockroaches moved over to our house. They said they had proof that we had a “serious amount of grease build up” behind our stove but we hadn’t even lived there a month. And there refused to show us that either. They literally find a reason to come into your apartment monthly. Worst year of my life. I went and bought a house so that I would never have to deal with apartments again. They are way over priced too. Our floor was uneven and felt like it was going to fall thru. Parts of it the carpet was pulled up and we could see rotted board but they would do anything about it (in fact they charged for this as well)Seriously. Stay away.

Let me preface this with stating they are under new management now, so we’ll see if anything changes. However, in the 7 months we have lived here, I have had my car mistakenly towed which resulted in me calling the police because I thought my car was stolen. The towing company did not check my car in first, though I had a sticker in my window, and as as a result my car was towed around 6:30 in the morning. The only thing the property manager did was allegedly follow-up with the towing company and apologize which does nothing for the amount of time spent off work and wasting police officer time on the situation. Secondly, somehow they mixed up addresses of people who moved out with ours, thus resulting in NEP also thinking we moved out on 6/15. I figured this out when I attempted to pay my bill on time, but a negative balance showed up. Fast forward a few calls later to NEP and they say they owe us money, but then I receive a call today stating we actually owe them money. Now I can’t pay my bill today because it’s a whole mess that this place royally screwed up. We are likely moving out due to all this, and the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because it is a fairly nice townhome for a good price. Other than that, living here has been a nightmare along with the frequent “pest” inspections they do at inconvenient times. I will tell you that if you’re thinking of moving here, just don’t. No reason to waste money on a place where you’re a good tenant, but they can’t do the same for you in return by being good property managers.

Lauren and the property manager, Cathy Foster, will not respond to emails or calls and are continually out of office. We have called the office to contact Lauren or Cathy and another employee literally hung up on us when we inquired how we can get ahold of them other than email. We asked this employee who owns the property so we could try to contact them and she said “I dunno” and hung up. We will be contacting an attorney.

Great Staff. They are trying to get things back in order from the last owners. This will take time, considering the size of the complex.Yes apts. are small and the designs are out dated. But solid units. I havent heard my neighbors. I am however am on an end unit, so I dont have any neighbors on both sides.Complaints: Are they say we have a security patrol but I have yet seen them, or know how to contact them.need more kitchen cabinets, but on their defense the kitchens are small and no where to put extras.Other than that this place isnt bad.I give the 3 stars just for the size of the units. The staff is a 5 star.Yes there are unsupervised kids, blame that on the parents. I would like to see more visible courtesy patrols and more public interactions with the patrols, and have them take care of noise complaints. But still need to be able to reach them.

Terrible experience. The only good thing was the school district. Poor management better options in the area in the same price range. When I first looked at the apartments they would only show me the model telling me the unit that would be mine would be very similar. The day I moved in my unit looked like the previous tenant tried to demo it then the staff put a few bandaid patches on it. I’m sitting in the parking lot with my moving van and the hall closet has a huge hole in the door, I hadn’t even had the keys 2 minutes. Their solution was to buy a cheap dorm room mirror and put it over the holes (yes multiple like it had been punched). The kitchen cabinets under the sink looked like they had been kicked in then glued back together. My counters were butcher block and half my light fixtures didn’t match. The unit looked nothing like the model. When I complained that day they said they had to rush to get my unit ready for my move in and would fix it over time. That never happened!!! First big issue the sewer drain in the parking lot over flowed flooding the streets with nasty sewage water that stank in the summer heat. My basement flooded every single time it rained. The gutters above my front door leaked pouring water on my doorstep which then leaked into the basement walls. I asked them to fix it they sent someone to clean them. They didn’t need cleaning they needed replaced! The water leaked into the basement constantly which brought concerns of mold. My neighbors also complained they found black mold. The trash bins are always over flowing with garbage often piled up on either side and blowing into the parking lot. Parking is also an issue, if you have more than one car in your household good luck. People are parking all along the streets making it impossible to get out of your street. There’s always a smashed up car parked along the road. Landscaping is awful. There was a bush between mine and the neighbors house and it constantly grew out into our doorways, we complained to management and nothing was ever done. We were lucky the landscaping crew mowed the lawn. We had to cut this bush ourselves to get into our units. The neighbors across from me had a tree fall during a storm it blocked their doorway. No one came to remove it and eventually the neighbor was chopping it himself (I have pics of this). There was constantly police at the complex and one time I couldn’t leave for work because 8 police cars blocked the road to arrest the guy on the corner. Let’s get to maintenance... anytime I had an issue it took 2-3 weeks to get it taken care of. Once I had a running toilet that needed a valve replaced. It took them a week to come out, the office staff assured me it wouldn’t affect my water bill. Well that was a lie, my water bill alone was $800 after this, the apartment reimbursed me $150 only. Speaking of which you can only get NEP for your electric and water which is significantly higher than AEP and a private provider. I paid more in electricity at this apartment than my friends who lived in a 2500 sq ft house. My bathtub leaked into the kitchen ceiling I had a hole in the ceiling that dripped after every shower for nearly a month. There was black mold around it too. They kept giving me notices for entry to fix it and no one would show. The office staff blamed it on an outside contractor. You could stand at my back foot and look at the front door and see daylight coming through. They sent someone in to fix the problem with my doors and they left the debris on my patio for a month, again blaming an outside contractor. When my kitchen cabinets were finally collapsing they offered to move me into an “updated unit” for $300/ more a month because they weren’t fixing cabinets. When the cabinets were damaged and poorly repaired prior to my move in. I have pics and the emails stating this. Also the heat and air conditioning never worked downstairs. So if you turned on the heat the living room would be freezing but upstairs bedrooms felt like a sauna.

Just moved my daughter out of there. Appliances in her apartment were over 25 years old. One time the maintenance person came to change the filter in her central air unit- he had the wrong size so he folded it im half and shoved it in the filter space. Mold in the basement. My son-in-law suffers from a neurodegenerative disease and most days is unable to walk or even get up. For the past 3 days, we were trying to figure out what to do with his car since it was not starting due to sitting for a while (he can no longer drive). We showed up to get it today and they were trying to tow it away (we sent them on their way). My daughters parking pass was in her car which was in the body shop, so she asked if she could turn it in once she had her car back. I had to drive quite a distance to get this little vinyl decal out of her car window because these morons were going to charge her for not having it that day. One day my daughter was walking her dog and almost stepped on a used needle and syringe. When she called the after hours number, my daughter was asked to dispose of the used syringe and needle for them and she told them they would need to take care of that. Imagine if your small child was playing and stepped on a used needle, then became very ill!!! Also, check out the crime map if you are considering moving to the area.

If you want to worry about bed bugs, cock roaches, finished basements flooding 6 times, kids riding tricycles and bikes in the parking area, wake up to find multiple bikes in your front yard, watch kids so they dont get hit, because the parents dont watch them and now the newest thing is battling management about them having your car towed during the night, this is the place for you. My husband parked over the white line and we woke up to our car gone, along with other residents. That cost us $110.00 to get our car back. We used to have two parking dedicated spots in front of our townhouse and the new company has done away with that perk, so now you have to fight for a parking spot. We are mature adults who are used to living in a community that does not cater to the people who bring neighborhoods down. Its ashame because when we first moved here, it was a wonderful community. My newer car has been beat to death on one side thanks to the kids running their bikes into it and opening their parents car doors into mine. Nothing but trash is moving into this community!! Think twice before considering a move here. The management looks at you when you complain about the way the community looks and the kids running unsupervised like your the problem instead of addressing the problems.

An hour or so after I first spoke to Donna she called with the document. This is great service! Thank you Donna. Worthington Meadows has great help.

Im not going to trash this place and say dont move here without any unfounded reasons. Below is a summary of my wifes and my experience at Worthington Meadows (Mabry Mill Court). Photos will also be provided.Pros: Lots of space, including a fenced in patio and basement. No neighbors above or belowClose to highways, Polaris mall, lots of foodCons: Potential mold (see photos). Maintenance would neither confirm or deny and I dont wish to accuse, so Ill let you decide based on the photos from our basement.Overflowing trash/junk - Dumpsters would routinely overflow, our area had a bulk drop off area for furniture/appliances/other random junk (this was known when we moved in) that would take a month or more to be cleaned up, along with having junk dropped off from anyone (not just residents). This would routinely lead to broken glass, nails, screws, and other debris around the parking area.Thin walls - Our neighbors liked to argue, and we had no problem hearing most of what was saidLeaky basement - I dont believe I can post a video, but I do have a video showing water flowing out of our insulation and into the basementMaintenance - We had to threaten litigation as we would put in a request and they would not notify us of entry, but would just show up. Sometimes it would take up to a week to get a responseRandom inspections - No idea what they were looking for, but they would inspect the apartment a lot. They also would send out pest treatment folks who would be there for 30 seconds then leave (these did not seem to do much of anything)Lack of insulation - We experienced a lot of cold air through our doors and windows during the winter, and the apartment was very hot during the summer.Overflowing gutters - We had to submit maintenance requests about this multiple times and never completely got resolved.Possible mold in the attic - We had attic space, and (photo provided) the boards look to be wetKitchen space - Kitchen may be remodeled, but it is very smallPolice presence - We routinely had the police at our building or around the complex (even had our entrances blocked due to arresting one of the neighbors).Bathroom wall (photo provided) - We had an issue with our bathroom wall near the shower that had peeled back, exposing the drywall and showing what may have been mold. This part of the wall had been painted over previously. To fix this, maintenance painted over it again (drywall was not removed and replaced or treated for potential mold).Entry floor - One photo shows the entry linoleum peeling back and rotted flooring underneath. We alerted maintenance about this, and they came out, but did nothing. Along with that, there is a photo showing a pink piece of insulation in the junk heap. This was a piece that maintenance removed (see photos to show where this was removed from) and said they would ask someone about the mold. We never heard back and this is where that piece ended up.Im sure there is more to add, but cannot recall at the moment. We did get our security deposit back in full, so that was a plus. For the cost, you might want to shop elsewhere. If you choose here, be sure to understand the potential issues.*Edit - Im not sure my photos are posting with this review. If they do not, I will find somewhere else to upload them and link to this review.*Additional edit - My photos are at:h t t p : / / I m g u r. c o m/gallery/RLBJmJF*Responding to the response from the owner: We have already moved out. These issues were requested to be taken care of via the maintenance folks and not resolved. Also, you apparently didnt read our review, as the part about us getting our security deposit back might have been a giveaway that we no longer are residing there. Please be advised that the majority of these pictures were the taken during the week we moved out, after requesting maintenance on various occasions, which did nothing. One remedy to the water running the basement was to replace our front door frame. This didnt help. Please be sure to check your maintenance request logs.

For how expensive it is to live here ($990) a month im very surprised at how terrible it is, you would think for how expensive it is it wouldnt be like section 8 housing! for the office to say they are going to tow my truck because i didnt have a parking pass in my window is absolutely ridiculous. ive lived there for 11 months now and i have my truck on file in the office; I pay rent every month and my name is on the lease. i have had nothing but trouble with my vehicle being parked outside my apartment: my spare tire and floor mats were stolen. My roommate had her rental car keyed and i had paint put in my gas tank. -13/10 would not recommend. office staff is absolutely no help. maintenance is good though.

Biggest mistake I could have made. I moved to Columbus and chose this place based on location and the model. Moved in to a dirty, very poorly maintained property. Reported it then and was told some of our units are better maintained than others, yes. The house is covered in black mold, and yet not one of the three management companies would send a mold specialist to fix it so it KEPT COMING BACK. I got asthma while living here. Leaks under all the sinks. They painted it a darker color instead of fixing to cover up the water stains. The wood there rotted out and they still wouldnt repair the pipe lines. The carpet wasnt laid correctly, so you could see the basement light from underneath the stairs. Place wasnt clean when I moved in. I cleaned it before I moved out, scrubbed everything. No one sent me move out directions, so they were really impolite about turning in my keys when I did. And then they tried to charge me $180 at move out for damages I have been warning them were there, and denied I ever paid a deposit down. My neighbors actually moved out because the unit next door made her so sick due to the poor condition of the home. This place is the absolute worst, and I should have reported them to every agency when they left a hole in my basement ceiling for 2 months for mold removal they kept forgetting to finish, or when the property manager put white-out on my lease. I didnt, and now Im going to have to pay out in legal fees because I will absolutely not give them any money after how poorly they maintained the property, and how absolutely they disregarded health concerns. DO NOT MOVE IN. You can get cheaper, better living somewhere else. Management staff will not be fair with you and you very well may get very, very sick.

I have lived here for 9 and 1/2 years, so it cant be that bad, right?Well, it is and Im going to share my experience. The maintenance has always been subpar. And I can live with most half ass jobs they do. That being said, I cannot recall one request they ever completely fixed. For instance, an outlet in my bathroom wasnt working- the maintenance personnel came and fixed it, in the process cut a hole around the outlet that has never been repaired, even though I was told the painter would be back to fix it. Took them 3 times to fix my leaking bathtub, never did send the painter back to repaint the kitchen after they finally figured out the problem. My air conditioning was leaking in the drain in the basement- maintenance came, flipped the breaker switch but left standing water in my basement. After putting in another request to deal with the water, he returned and applied a bright orange foam insulation all around my back patio. For a drain issue in the basement. Drive through the parking lot- you will have to go slow and pay close attention to the craters in the parking lot to avoid damaging you car. Dont trip on my uneven sidewalk- the one slat is about 6 inches higher than the others and crooked. The wind blows through the doors and windows, plan on insulating every winter and even then there is still a draft, even with the new front door I had to beg the office for. Also, be prepared and do everything in writing with them- I received a notice they could not enter my home because they did not have a key, I was going to be charged for it, and I needed to bring a copy of my key to office right away. This happened approximately 2 weeks after maintenance had entered my home, so where did the key go? When I reached out to them, initially they did not even care to respond. Myself, I was concerned that the office key had suddenly went missing, and followed up with them. They then called to tell me they had my key and it was a mistake. But, I have stayed. Mostly because I did not want to move my kids out of their school. However, this year I received notice my rent was going up 150 a month. When I contacted the leasing office to inquire if I would be receiving all these wonderful upgrades the apartments around me have, I was told no. So then why the rent increase? It cant be to maintain anything, my apartment is literally falling apart, the parking lot is a mess, and I swear each day there is more and more trash on the grounds. I decided to put my notice in that we would not be renewing our lease. I can find a better place for 1045 a month. I have since reached out to them to ask about staying through May (1 month) and was told no.They do not owe me anything. Even though my moveout papers state I can change my mind and decide to stay....but as a tenant for nearly 10 years, I deserve to be treated better. Seems as though this is a scam, get all your longterm tenants out so you can hike up the rent on the newbies. I strongly caution anyone considering moving here and ask you reconsider your options. The place is a dump and the office personnel could careless about their tenants.PS I typically only do good reviews, but the public needs warned about these people. You can find better.

I honestly have no idea where to begin. Most of my complaints are for safety.Ill start off saying, parking, GOOD LUCK! When you move in, you get two parking passes for resident parking, then there is guest parking. I have had to park on the street a lot because there is know where to park. You only get two permits no matter how many people live in the home. The last two homes have about 6 people living in them and the park where ever they feel. There was a note on our door complaining about parking. So we called the leasing office and told them well there is two homes that have several cars and dont have parking permits. That ended up being some what resolved. And if you see anyone in the resident parking without a permit, you call about it and they tow the car. Ive only seen that happen once. The people who live on the end, have stolen my roommates spare tire off of her jeep and her floor mats. Yes the same people I was just talking about. We went to the rental office to see(we didnt know who at the time) if they could look at footage to see who it was. Well they dont have the budget for cameras..... even though rent is 990$. One day we saw the people on the end working on their cars and saw the floor mats. They acted like they didnt know english at first. Then said they thought they were for free..... And they sold the spare tire...Then someone put paint in my roommates gas tank. but wait! we wont ever know who that was. Then I was in a car accident back here, I was driving down the road and a kid hit my car pulling out of his court, he couldnt see me because there were several parked cars on the street and the street is not big enough for that. So I had a rental car while my car was being worked on. And someone keyed my rental car.. Of course I cant find out who did it so I am paying for the damages..And there is a lot of drug activity back here. Well I can only speak for my court. Theres a lot of it going on. But the rental office only puts a complaint on their doors.SEVERAL little kids running around in the streets, if you are driving, they just stand there and dont move. Kind of like their parents really never taught them anything about street safety.Kids smoking at night at the park.Someone broke into the pool, smashed bottles every where, threw pots, chairs etc. into the pool.My place is upgraded I have mold coming from the walls in the bath tub, crack above the bathroom door frame, sometimes odd smells in the house.I have no had any problems with our community repair guys. One of them is our neighbor, hes always been very helpful and friendly. I have not met any of the others. The people in the rental office are very rude. The only one I can speak nicely about is Casey. She has always been very friendly. It is not very quite back here. People driving fast in the neighbor hood, squealing their tires at 2am, blasting music at 2 am. Cant really trust many people back here.I feel like I can keep going on and on

I lived here for 3 years and at the time of move in, the price of $740 was good for the size of the place. Each year they raised the rent $100! That is a significant amount and no validation for it. The appliances, carpet, flooring, cabinets, everything is completely outdated. They never upgraded anything so to raise the rent that much is just atrocious. On top of that, maintenance does a half-ass job of fixing things, often times leaving it worse than before. The worst part of all, even though each unit has a seperate parking lot with ample parking, they make you get a parking sticker. They only give you one, if you have more than one car itll cost you $25. If you dont have a sticker they will come tow your car in the middle of the night and not even leave a notice. Its only after you call the police station and find out its in the impound, and of course it costs over $100 to get it out. Its infuriating, that is what we pay rent for! One last complaint, there is zero grace period. If rent is not paid by the 1st, you will owe an additional $75 late fee!! I was never late on rent besides one time, I paid it on the 2nd simply bc I lost track of the date, and had to pay a whopping $75. I would not recommend these apartments. For the money gauging and the price they are now, you can rent a brand new apartment in this area.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would pick it; however, I guess it does get one star for the location. Our building had problems with roaches for over a year, I had to call off work to wait for maintenance to fix my flooded living room/bathroom from a faulty toilet after they kept assuring me hell be there in 20 Minutes, and a family member of one of our neighbors was living in a car in our parking lot to name a few issues we had. Management is disorganized and clearly couldnt care less about their residents. After a tragic and life-altering incident, We found ourselves needing to leave that home due to post traumatic stress and emotional trauma. Ive never been so appalled than at how the Borror Properties management treated us. We ended up having to raise money to pay the $2,000 lease buyout. I will NEVER rent from Borror Properties again.

I know what youre thinking - man, these apartments have so much space for the price! And only bitter people bother to write reviews! My main problem was the lack of privacy at Worthington Meadows - at least once a month we would have to have maintenance come to fix the broken appliances (a brand new dishwasher which stops getting power to it. Every time a different guy comes and flips the breaker which fixes the problem for about three weeks), and towards the end of the lease, we have had three different sets of people come into our home - a pest prevention company, a pre maintenance moveout crew, and a pre-move out crew. This is a giant pain in the ass to constantly have strangers in our house, while working full time jobs and having to arrange to be home each time due to the pets. We also had them not show up on one of the days, and then give us a notice that theyre coming the next week. 0/10, wish they would just give us some privacy. I also love the window of we may arrive any time from 9am to 5pm.

Worst place to live ever!If you are thinking of making this complex your home, think again!I moved in think it will be great having space (for dogs), I was ready to leave a few days into the lease. Im so happy that I got out of there.1) your bills will be huge!!!!! Basements are not isolated correctly and let in COLD air!! my normal electric bill was 250$ PLUS gas around 80! Wow2) I almost got shot by a young kid who lived next door playing with a bow gun outside while drinking. Complex has MANY complaints about those individuals who were disrespectful and loud, yet nothing was done.3)When you go there and tour, the agent will make an impression that seems like you get 2 private parking spots plus 2 guest across from your home. This is not the case at all. I had to knock on peoples doors to make them move out of my parking spot !4)Drugs! Man arrested with guns in home and a warrant for his arrest. Buildings evacuated and people were not told anything at all till we saw swat cars with police dogs and huge guns everywhere. Dont believe me just google it.5) lets not forget about the basements, finished basement ? HAHAHA When you are touring get down on your knees and smell the carpets ! I moved into a carpet that was freshly cleaned and it has cat staines everywhere, after the initial cleaning settled down and you can smell the urine evaporating.6) The day we were to move in, we went to pick up eye had a truck all rented out packed up (we had nothing in the other apartment everything was in the truck) we go in the house, and there is pink paint on the floors, there is pee on toilet, oh lets not forget about the dog poop in the yard!7) We moved in the a carpet upstairs that was cleaned with a cleaning machine but not vacuumed before doings so. Results: Wet pee on cat litter on the carpet saturated with water all in the corners. We cut of the piece of carpet cuz they would not fix it no matter how much be asked!Under the carpet we found wen wet wets pee on litter everywhere.I can go on and on.I can not say one good thing about this place.Except that you will have free porn like sounds, since the walls are so think we heard people doing the dirty all the time as if they were doing it in our room.Oh and you hear people pooping and flushing the toilet.Good luck

I had rated it 5 stars before, but after the administration changed things became very difficult, the pool has nothing to protect the sun for the children, I have a gutter to fix in my house and I have already sent about 5 emails in a row for the office to resolve and they do not resolve, my mother was 5 days without air conditioning because they said it was not an emergency if the outside temperature was not over 75, finally I am very disappointed of how this new administration comes doing things.
