I live here for one year now, This property changed from zero to 100, apartments has been upgraded with beautiful new kitchens and flooring, security cameras all over, full time security guards.. I feel very safe and homey here. I will renew now my lease for another year.

Been living here for about 3 years .. An Im telling u, I was so ready to get a different apartment . Thank goodness that a new management stepped in. New solid medal doors on the sides an on the front doors . u have to have a key to get in . an now there is security out there.

The people who own and run this place are unprofessional. They are only about money. They do not care about the safety of the responsible tenants.Im happy they placed cameras in each building, but the fact of the matter is drugs are still being sold out of all the buildings and traffic is still non stop. Anyone can go in and out of the doors and thats not wise.

I Would just like to say that since moving in to my lovely apartment ☺ 😌 😊 🤗 the Staff and neighbors are friendly also very respectful as well as outgoing i love living here in Central Gardens when something goes wrong they are there to help and get it done fast

OMG! I was blown away with the updates this apart has had! management has really invested in upgrading these units! Dont hesitate to view if your interested in moving. I will be moving in very soon, and Im sure I will enjoy my stay here!

As a member of the management staff I would like to say that we have achieved a lot of progress on rehabbing the community. We have upgraded more than half the apartment community.Our goal is complete the whole property by early spring. We of course would like to say Thank you for our residents and new tenants for going through this process with us..

Lived here for a whole year they do not fix anything there if thats still with roaches and bed bug they dont do any sprays they dont repair anything you get charged for them to fix things maintenance will come and go in your home when youre not there the office is never opened there is always some type of excuse why it is closed prostitutes and drug dealers live in this buildings prostitutes run in and out the complex is always smelling like drugs these apartments are not worth it especially if you have kids all they care about is their selves and making money they get paid for no reason cause nothings ever done. I moved out because the environment was not safe to live in I was having a baby my house got broken into nothing got done about it and my car I asked to see videos I got told no this is a bad complex badder than South Park i advise anyone not to move in this complex !

This place is getting better by the day. They are working hard to clean it up and new MGMT is great and helpful. Definitely recommend.

If for some reason we are not made aware, we can not control every single scenario that happens.The Staff strives daily to insure that things of upmost importance are handled. Central gardens wasnt for me it was too close to netcare and the property just wasnt for me but Im sure its fine I did see a couple signing at least that day its just not for me

They are very understanding about disabilities and payments. Tina Foster should be a realtor because she is an incredible leasing agent.

Due to a fire, the apts in the rear of the property are basicly new on the inside.

It was dirty and ran down the hallways were damp and musty parking was fine it could be cleaned up. However the kitchen backsplash was cute.

This place is a joke they got payed for this month and put all my stuff in the trash but didnt change the locks they have bedbugs and all the people that work for them are crack heads Im going to sue them over my stuff dont live here I hope noone moves here if you do you will be mad at your self for moving to trash

I will NEVER RECEMMONED ANYONE HERE FIRST OF ALL YOU WILL NOT RECEIVED YOU SECURITY Deposit BACK their are also infested with BED bugs and ROACHES there very unprofessional too every two weeks they do sprays for bed bugs in roaches please take my advice its not worth it their also their are drug dealers and prostitutes living in these buildings I promise you youll regret it dont risk your life just look at other peoples views and their ratings

One of the wrose apartment building in Columbus mangers dont fix anything up

It is a very dirty area the owners have never repaired anything there you can always see drug deals going on in the parking lot

Since there is new owners the apartments have been remodeled and the put up security cameras and kicked out everyone and they dont let any drug dealers live there.
