Ive been living here for almost four months and absolutely love it! cora in the office is so kind and made the process super easy. we utilized the 24/7 emergency maintenance last night and the gentleman got here in only 10 minutes and was super professional. the rent is affordable, apartments are spacious with upgraded appliances, and the grounds are maintained beautifully. thank you raccoon creek!!

I could not recommend this place more! We moved in a few months into the pandemic and they were a dream to work with. Cora in the office is SO nice. The apartments themselves are nice and fairly large for the cost of rent compared to other places. Maintenance is on grounds at all times and is quick to fix any issue. They were so understanding when we ended up having to break our lease early and move out of state. If I ever move back to Columbus I would not hesitate to come back. Seriously, a great place overall.

Literally I was staying in a hotel desperate for a place to live. Checkout was today and whoever handled all my paper work for the apartment did it so fast so I wouldn’t have to worry 😭😭❤️. I turned in my application yesterday and literally an hour later I got a call saying I could get the keys for an apartment today. The service is very excellent and everyone is so friendly. All my questions / concerns were answered right away. I don’t even have credit and this process happened so fast. I HIGHLY recommend to check this place out !!!

Just passed my 1 year of living here and will definitely be staying, Ive never had any trouble with neighbors or other residents, the grounds are clean, and everyones so friendly! For a first apartment or just one for a good price with updated renovations Raccoon Creek is a great option. Would definitely recommend!

I will start with a disclaimer: I did not live in this apartment complex; I was supposed to live here but the COVID-19 pandemic changed my plans. However, the reason I am giving these folks five stars is because of their excellent customer service during these uncertain times. They were always delightful to deal with over the phone and were really understanding and accommodating to my specific situation. While I cannot comment on the actual apartments and how it is like living there, I can attest to their helpfulness and consistently great customer service.

These apartments are perfect for young adults. They are very quick to fix any problems you may have. Everyone is very friendly, the apartments are well kept and they keep up with maintaining the outside as well. I loved living here!

Lived here 7 yrs and always paid my rent on time. Never caused any problems but today I got a notice that I am to vacate my apartment by June 30th. They will not give me a reason as to why. I believe I have been a good resident all these years. Cant believe they are throwing me out just like that. Im a senior citizen with health issues and have no place to go.

Great apartment for a young adult. Staff is great. This was my first apartment and I lived here for over a year and half. No complaints. If something was ever to go wrong the maintenance came and fixed it the next day! Only reason I moved was because of location. I recommend these apartments to anybody!

This was the first apartment I called home. Stacy and Emily in the office were truly amazing and made me feel welcome. Maintenance was prompt when needed. Although the apartment wasnt perfect, the office staff make this place worth it. I wish I could have brought them with me! Great complex! Emily and Stacy are beyond amazing and always prompt with answering any questions or concerns. I have been here going on 2 years and in a bigger apt. I stayed because the community is clean, quiet, safe and because of Emily and Stacy. I highly recommend this complex. Most complexes change the way the interact with you as soon as you sign the lease; Emily and Stacy have always remained friendly and courteous; even know the residents by name.

I am on my second lease and I couldnt be happier. The apartments are located close to all the stores and businesses you need but far enough away to be peaceful. Driving into the complex is always a pretty sight and the inside of my apartment is so much nicer than all the other apartments of similar price. The best thing though about Raccoon Creek Apartments is the staff. They are so kind and professional. I would absolutely recommend these apartments.

I am so grateful to be living at Raccoon Creek Apartments! Especially, for my first apartment. Out of all the wonderful reasons to live here the number one reason to me is the staff because of how easy they make it to live here happily. The entire staff including the maintenance crew are always to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Although rare and few, whenever I have had a problem they always react immediately with the correct and most efficient solution. They have no problem handing the toughest situations with ease.Which always leaves me content knowing in the end everything will be right regardless of the issue. The staff is always very kind, smiling, and eager to ask how your day is going. I always recommend Raccoon Creek Apartments to all my friends looking to move out. For the location, the property, the interior of the apartments, and the staff you cant get a better value per dollar out there!

Stopped in for a tour and Stacy was FANTASTIC!! She was extremely nice, very welcoming and eager to help us out. She answered all of my questions and while she didn’t have a unit available to show, she eased my worry with her above and beyond attitude. The apartments have been recently renovated and are beautiful- this place is a gem!! Check them out for sure!!

I lived at Raccoon Creek apartments for about a year. The apartment was a little too small for me and my husband and our family was growing so we had to move out. Like all apartment complexes there was some disturbances but I could generally call the office and get it taken care of. Emily and Stacy were great office management. They were always very friendly and nice whenever I would speak to them. They obviously could only do as much as they were able to do but for the most part they got done what needed to be done. I think the best part about living there was the office staff, they really are great and they are always willing to help as much as they could. Great job girls :)

I have called Raccoon Creek home for 4 years now. I have never had any issues with maintenance in my home. The office staff has always taken care of any concerns that I have had. One of the major reasons I will continue to stay here is due to the customer service I receive. Also, I have received nice updates to my apartment every year that I have been here.

Ive been living here for a little over six months. They seem to be always improving something, from repainting the pool, replacing decks on apartments, to fixing the sidewalks and stairs around the complex. The apartments themselves are nice. The walls arent completely sound proof but theyre not bad. Unless the people next door are yelling or watching the TV loud, you dont hear anything.My only real complaint would be that all the second and third story apartments have floors that creak on every step. They really need to screw the boards down when they switch out the carpet. The first floor has a concrete foundation so you only have to deal with the people above you, but I imagine the second floor would be a noisy place to live in that regard.Other than that though, so far, Im enjoying living here.

I have lived here since 2013. Moved here from another state. I have not had any problems. Office staff is very friendly and whatever I needed fixed, was taken care of in a timely manner. I recommend these apartments to anyone.

Lived here for a year from July 2017 to August 2018. The leasing office staff and maintenance team was amazing. However, unfortunately, my apartment was infested with ROACHES from my neighbors. The leasing office staff brought out “expert” exterminators, but the problem was never resolved. I lived with roaches in my apartment from January 2018 until I moved in August. Also, these apartments are in the middle of a dead zone. The nearest mall is 20 minutes away. Additionally, the “renovation” job on these apartments were POORLY done. There was literally a giant gap between my door and the flooring from such a poor job. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Love living here! The leasing staff Stacy and Emily are so amazing! They feel more like family than anything. They always check on me and make sure Im ok and my daughter is doing well, I have never lived somewhere that had such a great maintenance staff.Phil and Chuck always go above and beyond, they even helped me moved when I went to a upgraded apartment. I also never had to wait when I needed something fixed its always been done on the same day. Its a great location and its extremely affordable compared to other places around here, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have never did my review on this complex so I thought I should. First let me say this was my second apartment, but first all on my own. I NEVER had an issue. Everytime there was a problem that needed fixed in my apartment, maintenance was very fast coming to fix it. Both were very polite, courteous, & respectful to me always. I moved in when I was almost 21. Moved out when I was almost 24. I typically paid my rent a little late every month but always paid it & my late fee +water. They never hassled me as Im guessing they knew I was reliable & would pay it.. I really hated that I had to leave the way I did because they were so good to me as a tenant. I fell pregnant and lost my job and thankfully I was month to month at the time because I regrettably had to move out in the middle of the month without notice. I guess paying off the amount that I owed to them today is what made me want to do my review. It took me a while and I know my debt was sold to a collection agency but to know I paid my dues to a place that was so good to me makes me feel good. The only problem I ever had here was the fact I lived on the bottom floor under a huge tree. It stayed cold in the apartment during the winter no matter how much my furnace kicked on. But the summer time was awesome because i lived in a shaded area and I never really had to turn my AC on. My neighbor above me had a routine every morning in his apartment and you could tell exactly where he was at in his apartment. Aside from that the walls are kind of thin but I never once had any issues here. Clean, & quiet.. I wish I never left.

Its alright for a starter apartment or someone who just needs a place to sleep and eat... Fairly quick maintenence responses even at night, fairly secure (never had anything stolen from my car or broken into or anything like that.) Friendly office staff. But thats pretty much it for the positives... The walls are paper thin. I can hear every word my neighbor speaks. The apartments arent very well insulated... Older doors and windows that let drafts in. The insides of the cabinets (the walls) are not finished or painted, so I can smell my downstairs neighbors cigarette smoke as if they were in my home smoking. But again if youre just getting out on your own, its a decent start and fair price!

Ive been on their waiting list for 7 months. The office people have been very helpful and nice and have had patience with me calling them for updates every week. Ive now got a move in date for June

Ive lived in many apartments thru the years. I was initially skeptical moving to this community because the rent was considerably less than comparable properties. I couldnt be more pleasantly surprised with my decision to call Racoon Creek home. Office personnel has exceeded expectations. Maintence promptly addressed the sole issue Ive ever had. This place is the best bang for your buck around. I highly recommend!!!

Im impressed with Raccoon Creek. After moving to Columbus from out of state, I was totally out of my depth trying to find somewhere to live, and was lucky to find this place. The tenants are generally pretty quiet, aside from the pool area in the summer because kids play there. Maintenance has been quick if ever needed, though in two years I think thats only been two or three times for minor issues. Some pros: Laundry is available 24/7, residents are friendly, you can choose to have assigned parking, pets are allowed (and everyone cleans up after their pets), services like snow plowing and garbage are reliable. One con is that none of the units - or the rental office - are handicap accessible. Everything is stairs. I also wish the location was a bit closer to the main attractions of Columbus, like shopping malls, the zoo, etc. Youre still close to gas stations and grocery stores, and there are plenty of parks nearby too.

Wonderful place. So glad I picked this for my first apartment just enough room for my boyfriend and I. Newly renovated. Everything is new, including tub, sinks, refrigerator, stove, microwave, ect. Really nice staff. Maintenance is nice and quick to respond day and night. There is a pool and onsite laundry. Good prices on the one bedrooms. Overall I just love this place.

This place is wonderful very I suggest everyone go here because they are wonderful the office people are wonderful even the Citizens are wonderful when I first moved in one of the people gave me a gift basket

Ive had some pretty awful experiences in the past with apartment complexes but Raccoon Creek has been beyond amazing so far. The staff are extremely helpful and respond to your concerns/questions fast. I had a leaky shower faucet, called the maintenence hotline and it was fixed immediately and havent had a problem since. Thats almost unheard of. I feel like Im cared about here and not just treated like another rent check. The office staff is very friendly and I just cant say enough nice things about the maintenence crew. Awesome guys. I really enjoy living here. Its affordable and everyone Ive met since I moved in, in September, has been very friendly and respectful. Parking lots are well lit and taken care of when it snows, rental office is open every day, lots of washers and dryers in the laundry room, convenient location, pets are allowed, and I got all new appliances and carpet when I moved in. The only negative thing Ive come across is that if your neighbors smoke you can smell it in your apartment but Im not sure what could done about that. I can definitely see myself staying here for a while!

My dad used to live here. They let whoever move in. They dont do anything when neighbors bang on walls at all hours. The complex is scary at night and there is a big racoon issue in the garbage containers.
