The staff that fixed the seal on my fridge did a great job and completed it in less than 10 minutes.

I’ve been very impressed in my time here so far. Maria and Brandy are fantastic to work with and make you feel immediately at home. I had to move in site unseen and picked Crosspoint based on its google reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. The apartment is spacious, clean, and new, and I’m glad I made the decision to live here.

Since the beginning, I’ve had nothing but an easy and wonderful experience. Maria Nguyen has always been incredibly professional, understanding and kind. The area that my unit is located at, is always clean, nice and the space you get for the rate is more than generous. There have never been any delays with receiving any email responses from management. Though, I have only been here for a couple weeks. I’m happy with my selection of residence.

I have been here close to one year and have to say that Marlena and Ron (the office staff) have done nothing but time after time been helpful to me during my tenancy here. I moved up from North Texas and the move was made so easy. Marlena who I called and spoke to back last year was friendly and welcoming. When I got here she took the time to personally help me with getting to know the area and with acclimating myself to the city. I will always appreciate her for doing that for me. I popped up on one of my lunches from work to come and check the property out and Marlena who was off that day took it upon herself to help me despite it being her off day. Ron always has a pleasant attitude and is very helpful in getting my work orders in the system and taken care of the same day... who does that anymore? I will most likely be leaving here when my lease is up as my kid goes to school in Canal Winchester and the drive is killing me. When I heard Marlena was leaving I was upset -- especially with such short notice. She (and Ron) was honestly the reason I moved here and the reason that I was considering staying here despite the long drive as with me consistency is key and with her and Ron - its always what I get. I notice that they have had some other managers coming in to fill the spot that Marlena left -- but in my mind they may fill a spot but will not fill the effect that she had in making this place awesome. I hope that the management moves Ron into her position as that would help maintain the steady ship that they built here and keep it steady and consistent.

Been here for a month. Glad I made the move to Easton Pointe. The ladies in the office are so friendly and professional. Made the move in process easy and comfortable! I really like this place!! Thank you Maria and Brandy and the maintenance guys

There’s honestly nothing bad to say about these apartments!! not only is the location so nice (right by a few grocery stores and easton), but management is super helpful and welcoming! i always pop in to say hi with my pup to grab some treats and popcorn! there’s a beautiful dog park that’s spacious that our dog loves and a swimming pool that is so convenient on hot days!! the actual apartments are nice as well!

I havent moved into the complex yet, but my experiences so far have been great! Maria is absolutely amazing and was so good about following up and helping to find a good fit for me. I was given a nice tour at a time that fit my schedule, was accommodated for special allergy needs, and received personal emails from Maria with helpful advice and thanks for working with her. Really looking forward to moving in!

The place is good and recently built. The move in and paper work process is very smooth and did all of it online !!The staff here are very diligent, they followed through and made sure everything I discussed for lease terms are met. Thanks to that.Im reducing 1 star, for not providing washer and dryer and Ive to rent it out :(

Very spacious, clean and modern apartments. The location is quiet and nestled away from traffic (which is a plus). The office staff is very nice and personable.

I love the staff at Easton Pointe! They have always been responsive to my needs and recently helped me track down a package that was delivered to the incorrect address. Issue was resolved within 24 hours..

I have wasted time and money to be in this place, had to deal with molds (see photos) that kept growing in my apartment if not wiped down every now and then, Im about to move out to a different place pay less and likely will have a peace of mind as Ive never seen a place like this that setting the heat to 73-75 would result in molds being appearing according the the office staff lol . Trash and compactor is another reason why Id never stayed longer! Click

Stayed for two years. Front staff is very helpful and nice. Maintenance requests were filled within a day or two. Plus there is a dog park.There is only one trash compactor, so if you are in a far apartment it can be a bit of a treck to take out the trash.

I just moved here to my new apartment.The staff is very friendly & helpful, especially property manager kaylene and Omni both did a great job to find a great fit for me.They people are just amazing & and provide me great services.I would definitely recommend this place...

The units are nice and in good shape. You’re very close to Easton Mall which is convenient. Traffic can be a pain if you are trying to make a left onto Stelzer Rd mid day. They do have a dog park which is nice. From my experience there were a lot of irresponsible dog owners not picking up after their dogs. And in one incident a resident let their dog out without a leash and it came charging at my dog to attack him and then their dog bit me on my side. Left a nasty scar. Besides that everything else was ok.

My experience with maria was very professional I love her bubbly personality, very sweet, clean and outgoing!

Overall a great residence and friendly staff. Id recommend to a family member or friend for sure.

I been living in this apartment since July 2015. I loved the property when it was ran by Ardent. Once this new company The Ackerman group took over it HAS been a disaster. The community has went completely down since May 2016. The trash compacter is nasty and always full. The fire pit needs propane and has never been replaced. They charge a outrage sewage fee. Water for one bedrooms are going up every month. One month its 25, next 32, then 40. I recently moved out July 31st. They told me I was responsible for the apartment til August 2nd which is 48.66 because I turned in my 60 day notice in a couple days late. But that should have been communicated to me when the notice was turned in. I had many encounters with the office prior to my move out date and I was told by the lady Ashlee that all I had to pay was the water nothing else. I called the office today and the lady Ashlee admitted it was her fault for not communicating to me. But she said all she can say is sorry and that I still had to pay the 48.66. The office staff is rude and do not make you feel at home. Their communication to residents is horrible. I would not recommend moving here. The amount they charge for rent is not worth it. STAY AWAY

I lived at Easton Pointe Apartments for 3 months while I relocated from Cincinnati to Columbus. The staff was friendly and helpful and the apartment was nice and quiet. You can only slightly hear the airport from inside and the grounds are nicely kept. The early termination fees are high (equal to 2 months of rent) but that seems to be standard for Columbus. AT&T is the internet service here and the speed was slow but that may be because of having 30+ wifi networks running on the same frequencies (2.4ghz); I had better success with the 5ghz range but still some traffic congestion. This is not a fault of Easton Point but rather due to the nature of living in an apartment building; I offer this as informational rather than a critique. Parking has never been an issue and the clubhouse and pool area are nice but as I lived here during winter I havent had a chance to actually use them.

Disappointed to say the least. Its a noisy complex. Ive had to ask my neighbors to quiet down multiple times. Theres a party going on every weekend. I woke up one morning to go to work and there was vomit and smashed liquor bottles next to my car. Theres trash thats littered all over. People dont throw their trash in the compactor and it sits there and stinks EVERY weekend. Not just a couple of bags, but mattresses, mounds of trash, TVs, furniture, you name it. The animals obviously get into it and it gets strewn across the complex. Sometimes its the people living here that leave it there, sometimes the compactor just doesnt work. They installed speed bumps but theres constantly people going 35-40 mph putting any pedestrian or other cars driving in danger. During the winter months its unbearable to walk or drive. The steps and sidewalks are coated in sheets of ice and I have never seen them salt. Theres nothing absolutely terrible that I have to say about this apartment, theres just a long list of annoyances that are happening daily that I think are avoidable with some effort on the apartments side. In my honest opinion, its just a trashy place to live.
