They charge you to have maintenance come out and look at an appliance that the renter doesn’t even own...among other fees that aren’t in the lease you sign. They really just want to make a quick buck. Moving day can’t come soon enough.

IRG property manages for the home I own. I have worked with them for as long as I have owned the house which is 5yrs. I currently and only deal with Robert who manages my property and keeps me in the loop constantly. I have also been blessed with responsible and amazing renters who take care of the home and always pay on time with no complaints that Im aware of. Being that I am in the military this whole thing has been painless and worry free. Couldnt be happier with the services and communication I have received from not only IRG but Mr. Mallard (Robert) himself. Felt this is the least I could do to show my appreciation for this company, Mr. Mallard and responsible renters. Thank you.

I have been begging for the last 5 months to get things fixed...I have not had one thing fixed. They have used Covid as an excuse yet two vendors have come and just looked and said they will be back tomorrow or in a week and has not returned...that was 3 months ago. One of my request was closed saying the issue was fixed and the vendor never even returned to fix the issue! I have sent message after message begging for a response or someone to come out. I have never been treated like this as a tenant anywhere else before. I have not been living in this home a year and ready to break the lease and leave. I pay my rent month after month without them begging for it. I would like the same treatment. When I moved here in March I was under a private owner who did not hesitate to make sure my problems were addressed. He sold to PMI in May and it has been down hill from there. I feel like you bought the home so you assume the responsibility of the upkeep. I thought this company was good. My view is quickly changing.Edit: In the last couple of months things have gotten better they have reached out and fixed my issues. They are doing much better so I am pleased. Thanks .

This place was nothing but problems and excuses.i paid 95 dollars for a back ground check and it was a house I look at in phenix city the grass was so high and they wanted me to pay 1,625 for deposit. And house needed work done to it.at first I thought the people was nice.but the manager is a lier, I wanted to see this little house in phenix city they call b them shot gun houses.more excuse .so I dont like the attitude and the lies thanks for nothing,..Bad Business dont go here

I have received nothing but the greatest, most professional and exceptional service from the team at PMI!! Most rental companies look at you as a check but the level of service has greatly exceeded my expectations Ill be signing another two-year lease soon!

My husband and I have had been using PMI for a year and a half now, both Mr. Robert & Mrs.Radiah have been very helpful, our house is been taken care of, and whenever there is an issue at all they are quick to handle it and keep us in the loop. Also when there are any issues with our account not reflecting the correct balance they take care of it immediately, and take the time to explain why this happened, as well as answer all our questions and address our concerns. So far we have had nothing but a great experience with them, we will be returning customers for sure.

Great company if you want honest folks. Never been shady with their dealings and always call or email back same day or at least 24 hours (I find response tales a little longer the first week of the month).

One of the worst management companies Ive ever dealt with, read everything and take everything said with a grain of salt. The professionalism is only surface deep and dont expect the customer service their website claims to offer you wont get it. I am speaking as a former customer and if you are a hoa looking for a management company run run run away from them. The only benefit they will be to your hoa is running it into the ground.

I truly wish that I could give this crooked place a ZERO! They are thieves... They have NO communication skills and will end up taking all of the rent money that is owed to you. I have never in my life seen business conducted this way. Dont say you havent been warned!! I plan to go to the BBB as soon as possible.

I searched all over town for a decent property management company and it is very difficult to find one. Its a business, the property management job is to make money as well as keep tenets and owners happy. Not a job I would want in general. Id encourage anyone to do your research and find folks that you at least enjoy talking to in case there are issues because there will be (missed rent, fixing stuff, etc).So why did I choose PMI?- Up front fees - nothing was hidden. Read the contract or ask questions.- Owners and workers do care and have proven it to me through a non paying renter, a maintenance issue, and loads of questions when we first got started.- The professionalism is not faked and although I have honestly been frustrated a few times about the process, Robert, Radiah, and their team have done well by us overall.- Robert and Radiah were genuine when I spoke to them about using their company to manage our property. I had a few specific questions that I thought were answered honestly and sold me on using them.I dont have much context on other companies as I self managed before hiring PMICV. I can tell you that, at least in my case over the last 3 years or so with PMICV, everything is taken care of unless it is outside of the budgeted maintenance account. Even then, with my issues Robert and his team went above and beyond both times ensuring I wasnt bothered outside of authorizing the work to be done. That is what you pay these companies for, peace of mind, and although I wish I made more money off the property peace of mind is a nice thing to have over the last few years.

These guys are total dirtbags. Overall, the worst tenant experience I have ever had.1) The heat did not work on the lower level for over a month in the middle of winter. Woke up every morning and the thermostat was at 48 degrees. I made countless requests for a repair, yet they didn’t do so until I told them I was moving out. When they finally repaired the heat they said they needed $250 to fix an air filter... when I asked for an adjusted rate, they told me I had no choice but to pay in full.2) There was a leak I discovered when Hurricane Michael passed through... Again, no action was ever taken.3) When I first looked at the house they neglected to tell me the house barely retains cold air. During the summer months the house stayed around the low 80s with the A/C on full.They were poor communicators, poor caretakers, and overall disrespectful. Robert Mallard make frequent promises about repairs or home improvements that were never realized.I plan on filing a complaint with HUD
