The roof is rotting away and like everything else they will patch it up but will never fix the actual problem. I have several leaks in my ceilings for over 2 years now. So called management here is a complete joke!

Great place, I miss my home here. It’s very unique style townhouse with an awesome closet that i currently miss. I wish I didn’t have to move away.

My wife and I are really enjoying our 1 bedroom townhome. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and really close to easton town center.

They will create new charges every month and think of a reason to do it. They did not renew my lease, and when I attempted to give a 60 day notice their property manager ignored me. When I got in writing that they accepted my notice to vacate they threatened to keep my security deposit because I didnt give them a 60 day notice. Luckily I had documentation and legal council and got everything cleared up. If you move here make copies and take pictures they like to cut corners.

I have always had a great experience with the office staff. Things are starting to look up.

To say this property management company is an absolute train wreck is a complete understatement. I loved where I lived until Beztak took over the property from Roundtree. Theres no follow through with service request after multiple attempts. Ive had a leak in my bathroom sink for nearly 2 months now which Ive been unable to use during this time. Maintenance initially came out and stated a plumber would need to come out for the repair and this has yet to be resolved. My oven has also been out with no follow through either. Unfortunately this isnt the only problem Ive had with them. They have also held onto a rent check and didnt cash it until midway through the month along with other tenants rent payments.I have now reached out 5 times within these 2 months without any type of resolution/response and due to this, I plan on vacating the property ASAP. A lease renewal was sent increasing the prices for more than the place is even worth, and I refuse to pay a higher price for not having house hold essentials work. They dont provide proper 24 hour notice when entering a unit and in some cases with multiple neighbors, they have entered their unit without any notification whatsoever. Avoid renting from any complex with Beztak as the property management company.

I have called more than 30 times to get my screen door replaced, the door will not open enough to get ambulance bed in i am stage 4 kidney disease and on daily iv meds i need that door to open it needs replaced

I used to live in one of the townhomes and liked living there when I first moved in. After a few months in, the rental office rented the one bedroom apartment next door to me to four people. The excessive noise they made went on around the clock and always parked in in my spot just to end up telling me that I needed to move my car when I had no choice but to park in their spot since they parked in mine. My countless complaints went completely ignored by the rental office, so I ended up moving out after one year there.

I havent lived here a month yet, but Im already having the best experience with a landlord. Hes very nice and attentive which was the complete opposite of my previous landlord. Im very happy with this company. They take good care of you.

The property manager, Jenn, is a wonderful person to deal with.

Updating my previous review to reflect my experience with the current property owners. Like many of the other reviewers, dealing with Beztak Properties has been the worst rental experience Ive ever had. After many delightful years at this property, I made the decision to leave within 6 months after they took over. They do not respond to requests at all and have overall shady business practices. l. I encourage anyone thinking of leasing here to look up Beztak Properties Google Reviews for a more accurate representation about how they treat their tenants.
