The wait for the process is so worth it. This apartment is amazingly spacious and safe for kids. Had just with the water smell coming out the pipe but being in a new place it explains it, 2 days later it got better. And if you looking for your staff to assist for application look for Yvonnes, she is just awesome! I am satisfied😇😇

The application process has been very difficult and communicating has been at a bare minimum. I constantly call, email and nothing. The apartments are very beautiful the community seem very decent. The staff just needs better ways of helping their future tenants.

The apartments are nice but not the process.. They hand you the application but ask questions later. I filled out the application, printed all my documents and called trying to set up an appointment so I have chances of moving asap just to get my hopes up. They told me after I did all that, that I didnt have like $30 more on my voucher to live there. Kinda sucks and the application process should be better so people dont waste their time, like I did.

The kids over here do not listen. Rocks and wood stuffed down our outdoor unit for ac. Troubling time contacting the office or maintenance team. I’m paying for amenities and everything is closed clubhouse and pool have been since I moved in. People are constantly speeding up and down the complex. One thing I can say is that the apartments look nice (other then under the door is unfinished and me and neighbors have had problems with leaks) and the application process was quick.

Mrs. Rogers was so patient as well very helpful when I applied. She had no problem with answering any and all of my questions. At first there was a minor issue with some things but when I had addressed it to Mrs. Rogers she filled my request as well as made sure she could do her best with helping me get in to Riverside Trail. So now me and my kids are so close to becoming residents! Thank you so much Mrs. Rogers for all of your help!! I know I was a bug a boo but you didn’t show it and I appreciate that so much ❤️

I applied earlier in December. All the staff members here are extremely helpful. I started my application with Mrs. Mohamed. She helped me with my application and guided me very nicely. I like her guidance and support she gave me through out the application patiently. It was great. I like all the staff members, the property, and my new community. They are knowledgeable and very nice to their support. Its great place the way it is right now. Thank all staff members for your hospitality and the Riverside Trail Apartment for approving me then welcome me and my family.

With my experience on August 26th with this complex was the most unprofessional and unorganized experience I’ve had in my life. I called the 833# on RIVERSIDE WEBSITE 2 weeks ago to set up a appointment for a tour the earliest they had was for the 26th the lady confirmed my appointment. And the following week because I’m not all familiar with the area and location I drive around the property. And called while I was onsite talking with a guy from riverside call center confirm the time for the 26th. He had my name and all my info gave me my time and all. I arrived onsite some lady comes out asking could she help me I told my name said I had appointment at 2p.m. Lady comes back out and says they didn’t set a appointment for me. I’m like what do you mean I talked with 2 different ppl from the 833# twice that’s on RIVERSIDE WEBSITE and spoke them in a week period they both confirmed my time and you saying I don’t have appointment. I was mind blown!!! Then said oh and the lady tht gives tours is already helping someone else give me your name and number we’ll call you. Going back in the locked door which I dnt understand why they have a locked building when ppl need to come in or out of. No one called by the way. I realize tht these apartments are for metro or section 8 ppl which I am NOT. So idk maybe it’s for the best I didn’t because a tenant. Place looks nice but management and the call center definitely needs some coaching on their work Ethics.

This place is beautiful and I must say the office staff members are so polite understanding and work hard and fast to your needs when you walk into office they’re so professional . If your looking for somewhere that safe and family like this is the place for you no need to look anywhere else to live. I wanna send special thanks to Ms. Rogers management she rocks ⭐️ 😃. I Made An Apartment Tour A Week Ago Over The Phone. The Day Of My Tour I Drove 25 Minutes To The Complex And They We’re “Closed Due To Staff Sickness”. The Note On The Office Door Stated They Would Call To Reschedule If You Had An Appointment That Day. I Got No Notice Or Any Notification That I Wouldnt Be Able To Tour. When I Called I Was Told I Would’nt Be Able To Tour But No Reschedule. The ENTIRE OFFICE Was Gone Due To This Staff Sickness, Which I Can Only Imagine Is Awful For The Residents: I Think I Dodged A Bullet.2 Days Later: No Response From The Rental Office. They Responded To My Complaint But I’m Sure That’s Because They’re Trying To Make It Seem Like They’re Doing Something. I Emailed And Called And Was Told “Someone Will Get Back To Me” Please Just Look Elsewhere. This Place Just Opened And They Are Already Extremely Unprofessional.

I have been there numerous times and cant get in office even tho there are cars in parking lot.Cant speak with anyone on phone they dont answer, sent messages they dont respond, not wasting any more time with this! I guess since this is ALL affordable housing me being 62 but still working making over 30,000 a year I am not eligible anyway! Oh well, time to move on!

I recently visited these apartments last Friday to see a 2 bedroom.... was looking for a 3 but they currently had none available to show so I looked at a 2 and fell in love. I don’t know the lady to walked me through but she seemed very nice and they were swamped with people so I know she was tried. None the less she was calm and answered questions and concerns that I had. My son was extremely Ecstatic to see the playground and how big the rooms were. She gave me an application and advised that I could get on the waiting list for a 3 bedroom I told her I would think about it and get back with them. Overlooking the application I started to feel overwhelmed but I’m confident about starting this process the staff is extremely nice and I use to work as a leasing agent so I’m all too familiar with the process and how stressful it can be. Thank you Riverside Trails Staff for your kindness I look forward to moving forward with my process.

Nice apartments. A few issues I have is low water pressure in my kitchen sink, one bathroom fan dont work, my front door dont catch all the time. The biggest problem is that Alarm that keeps going off all time of the night and all day on Sundays it makes it hard to sleep.

I heard about this property through friends and family. I contacted the office well over a month ago; today being my 3rd time reaching out. I have been told each time that there are currently no 3 bedrooms, but someone would be in contact with me to get on the wait list. I was even offered a tour of a 2 bedroom in the meantime, but ...🤷 Although its just me and my daughter, I have an emergency 3 bedroom voucher for medical reasons. My sis-in-law (a resident) was gracious enough to let me tour her 3 bedroom apartment so I could get a visual & guage whether or not it would be fitting. Although its a beautiful property & perfect for our living situation (1floor), ehh. How hard is it to reach out for me to @ least submit an application? #turnedoffP.S. the 3 ⭐s are for the 3 customer service people. They were great!!!!

I applied for these apartments back at the beginning of December and was able to get assistance with filling out the paperwork by mejada. I advised that I would like a 3 bedroom and would like to be in by March 1 2021. After a week or so, I was told to come back up to the office because something was filled out incorrectly. More weeks went by and I was told they needed a more clear picture of 1 pay stub. Done. More weeks went by then I was told they needed two more stubs. Although I felt like 2 months of stubs and my employment info should be enough to verify employment, I brought in 2 more stubs. Ive waited and waited,called and sent emails for an update, (given I would have to put in a 30 day notice next week with my current place) with no update just to be called TODAY and told they need two more pay stubs!!!!! Not to mention they want you to come up to the office to dropoff paperwork during work hours. I would have just rather yall tell people they didnt get the place instead of making us jump through hoops to get into a unit. One phone call to my employer could have verified any employment /pay rate issues. Ive given up with these apartments. Best of luck to everyone else!***EDITED 1/27/21***I was contacted by a Ms. Rogers today who advised me that she would take over my file and work with me until I get an approval response. She even thoroughly explained the approval process. I AM VERY IMPRESSED BY THE FAST RESPONSE!! Hopefully I get approved!!

The two ladys who work in the rental office were very professional and helpful with the information about the apartment and the application.

I was visiting the office Tuesday, I talked to one her names Maha she is very nice and helpful and amazing experience / Knowledge and also very friendly, I recommend everyone to go and talk to her.

Really nice property! when i got to the office i meet maha she was extremely helpful and patient when i asked questions she has a loving calm spirit i hope she never leaves.ppl like her are very much needed when dealing with the public.im looking forward to moving in at this property my daughter is too.and i also would like to say thank you ms rogers for being understanding and taking the time to make sure all paperwork was done correctly! i appreciate you! management is very helpful approach them in a good manor and you will get good results!

My first time at the office I was greeted by a very dismissive lady who wouldn’t even let me talk, I was in disbelief how rude and entitled that lady was.... but since meeting Majeda the process been so easy and pleasant!!!!

These reviews have to be fake😐. This place is a joke. They ask for your bank information, 6 paystubs then try around and keep having you come back in. Mageda doesn’t know anything. She told me first to bring my husband to add because without extra people on my application I would not be able to get the apartment. Then she called and said do you have any more family to add? Just don’t bring their income? What kind of place is this? After you go through all that it is not even worth it. These are tax credit which I don’t understand why there prices are the same as buying a house,PLEASE go elsewhere.

Just left from filling out my application, Majeda was very hands on. Can’t wait to move into my new 4 Bedroom. Can’t wait to tour my unit in two weeks. She even offered me a water bottle. Thanks Majeda

So sick of getting the run around. The lady in the office say she accepts CMHA. Then she say different. She gives me and my boyfriend both incorrect information. My boyfriend especially, she gave him all these applications, but she really didn’t understand the process herself.. I’m dissatisfied.

I’ve been trying to move since September and everytime they push the date back . I can’t get in contact with anyone . I’ve called, emailed and no one reaches out to me . Management is horrible.
