While Kathy is pleasant my move out process was very unprofessional. I moved out in Jan and was informed that my deposit was to be refunded in 30-60 days and has still not been refunded. I have sent several emails to which have not been answered and my phone calls have not been returned. When I asked to escalate this issue my request went unanswered. So as of now in August my deposit has not been refunded and my emails and calls not returned. VERY UNPLEASANT, UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!

Kathy is great at responding and making sure any issue you have is fixed as soon as possible. She is such a sweetheart and always puts a smile on my face whether I am on the phone with her or in person or even through email. She is so respectful and makes you feel appreciated. You wont regret living here. It is quiet and safe too.

I love everything about my home here. From the remodel, the maintenance, management. I’ve been here about 4 months now with no problems at all. The manager Kathy cares a lot about the residents & property, along with Mike the maintenance man too. Any small issue we’ve called for, he’s here within minutes of reporting it. I don’t see myself moving from here any time soon. Even the neighborhood alone is very quiet & there’s never much noise.

I dont know who this Kim in the office everyone mentions is she must be gone now. This place is great. Office is friendly maintenance is friendly. Mail man sucks but thats not there fault. Well be staying here for a while

Its dirty. The blinds in the windows are all torn to pieces. The people the rent to are nasty. The have approved on the trash all over but the renters still thow cans and wrappers down.

Very beautiful community I love it here

Trash is everywhere the dogs is out of control and I caught 5 mice and counting in one week management is mouthy and its not worth $845 my 1st and last year here.
