They move me in a unit with roaches. The property Manager is rude and unprofessionel and the girl Who works in there has a Smart mouth.The Apartments r out dated, when u take a shower it leaks onto ur back porch. The maintence man putty everthing that needs to be fixes. The Paint on the Walls r so cheap it comes off when u wipe ur walls. Ur eletric Bill will be high in the Summer because the up stairs feels like 80 degrees. Ot stink outside all the time from the trash. The store and refigerator is as old as me. I hate this place and wish I never moved in. I still have roaches After 4 treatments and im trying to find another place to live. My children and I should not have to live with roaches.Run run run....If u have to fix things in ur own get a house instead.

The apartments are old when you ask for things to be fiixed they put a band aide on it so it will need to be fixed as gain.

Rent is good, management is great, maintenance is fast and efficient.

Apartments are horrible. My basement flood every other week!!!! The manger is very rude and disrespectful, she tried to charge me for the whole building plumbing fee. My front door lock keeps getting jammed to the point where my key broke in the lock. After calling the office twice they finally came out to fix it and only took the key out. He didnt change the lock or try to even figure out why the lock kept getting jammed, but they charged me 25 dollars for a lock change. Overall its just been a bad experience and I cant wait until my lease is up!!

This place is the worse place to rent . Management dont care about their tenant safety and is very rude. The mantance workers dont know their jobs, very rude also and they never fix anything. I have been here 3 months now and my appartment has leakage every part the upstairs bathroom, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, basement and outside in the back. I have complain but they either delay to fix or mantance tells me they didnt find any problem. The leaking in the basement got bad that the water was leaking into the heating system, mantance man said he couldnt find any problem and wanted me to sign the work order i told him no and he started to raise his voice at me, he storm out of my appartment and took the paper with him. I went to the appartment management the lady was very unprofessional and didnt even listen to what i had to say, she went on to say she believes her workers and if i didnt like it, she will be glad to sign me out of my lease or it might lead to eviction. When i got back someone had entered my appartment without my permission to put a paper on my table. When i went back to management after the holiday weekend to tell her and to ask why they have not yet fixed the problem cause its a safety issue and might lead to fire due to the water mixing with electric. Her answer was cause i put in a work order that gave them the right to enter my appartment anytime they feel like but forgetting when he left my appartment i went to the office, they could have given me the paper there without violating my privacy. They also lie to my face saying that i didnt complain about the leaking in the basement but i have the work order to prove that i made this complain 6day ago and mantance said there was no leaks and i have video of the leaking.

Not worth 735 a month. They dont know how to fix and people office dont care about your safety

The office is full of scam artists, they refused to rent to me and my boyfriend.. tried to tell him he didnt make 3x the rent of a 2bd when he does, when he tried to explain to the girl in the office she got snappy. Obviously someone needs a refresher course in basic algebra. I guess they got sick of us calling to get a simple explanation as to why they were blatantly telling us lies, so the guy at the office stuttered his way through letting us know our application was denied indefinitely. And this is after giving us a tour of a townhouse and going on and on about how he was such an honest guy. You would think a place that provides Section 8 housing would be a little more friendly about renting to people who are actually paying their rent with my money theyve worked for. Now were out $50 for an application fee that one of those scam artists probably pocketed before giving us lie after lie.

Slum slum slum...Its ran like a Mexican work camp. The workers are ill equipped to preforme requested work orders. The place is cat infested! The back of the property is horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE! !!!!!

Do not move here!!!! Service is horrible they dont fix anything. Staff members are very unprofessional. I had raccoons living in my roof for a whole year and some change they now finally got them out had to call the health department about them like three times, and the raccoons actually clawed their way into my neighbors apartment it was like 8 of them . Nothing but con artist they really dont care about the property and how the tenants live do not move the worst experience of my life and the list goes on😩
