I moved in in June of 2021, everyone at the front office has been helpful and friendly, Iove the coffee machine gym and pool tables in the clubouse. I have a 2 bedroom on the first floor and the apartment is beautiful and spacious, the location is great. I do feel as though I dont have a ton of privacy but I chose first floor for convenience so thats on me.. I do wish there were more green spaces but I suppose that is out of their control as well. I have not had any problems such as car break-ins either for myself or my family who have visited me etc but others have had issue with this. This area of columbus in general seems to have more issues with theft etc not specific to the apartments itself.I have not had an issue with noisy neighbors. I have stayed in worse apartments where you can hear everything.I did have my a/c go out in July and it took a week to fix. I believe the maintenance people are short staffed- there is also poor communication between the maintenance and front office about service issues and what is happening.Overall though I am happy with my choice. I still would recommend this place if youre looking for a place to live.

They wont return your deposit, and find any excuse not to, like making you pay for things they are supposed to do anyway between two different tenants, like cleaning the apartment, changing perishable blinds and pigments on the bathtub and kitchen countertop that are most likely to stick even from the least pigmented products like spices or a colored shampoo considering their quality !! Also, theyll make you pay for basically using the stove and painting the walls between two tenants !!!!

Ive lived here for two years and have enjoyed it a lot. Maintenance is excellent and quick to fix any issues. That is much appreciated.

Nice apartments but management does not handle maintenance situations well. I’m on the third floor and my AC has been out for going on 5 weeks. It gets upwards of 85 degrees in my unit. I’ve had to put in three service requests, finally maintenance got the motor to replace in my AC and I’m being told I have to wait an additional 2 days before it gets installed. I asked for compensation and they refuse to give any.

Horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to live here, management is horrible the people are so rude, we lived here for about a year and will never come back. Our truck was broken into we had things that where not fixed for the entire year that we lived there. Please look and listen to reviews before you choose to live here.

My fiance and I have lived here for two years and have had a great experience. The amenities are well maintained, service orders are handled timely and the staff is super friendly - even going so far as to host community events and gatherings. Definitely worth the money

Here’s a very honest review. My fiancée and I lived there for a little over two years and mostly enjoyed our experience. It’s a nice location, the apartment we had was off the road/highway so was mostly quiet but I would imagine that living nearer the highway would be problematic. The staff was mostly friendly but honestly it was hard to get in touch with them, over half the time I would go to the front desk, no staff would be present, and even less of the time were they there to answer calls. They called back a majority of the time when I would leave a message.Having the washer/dryer/dishwasher was a nice touch and it’s laid out well. It’s a beautiful apartment layout overall.It’s pretty affordable for what you get, I know people paying more that get less.Starbucks and pool were cool to have for sure.Here’s my biggest complaints:It’s very apparent that the apartment is made of cheaper materials. You can very clearly hear neighbors. If you lean on the island, it will shake as if it’s not attached well. It’s also pretty drafty in the winter (we used to shove a blanket at bottom of front door) and the placement of the vents makes it so there are hot and cold spots throughout the apartment.Parking was an issue at times, especially after quarantine when everyone was home.The gym is pretty bland and too small to where if more than 4 people are there it feels very crowded.The pool is usually pretty filthy, avoided it mostly.Lots of people complained of car break ins but I never experienced it.I did have my bike stolen despite it being u-locked outside. Management could not help because they don’t have real security cameras tho that may have changed.The single biggest complaint that I have is that the apartment is locked in with both American power and light and spectrum, two evil companies providing poor service for premium rates. American power and light buys power from AEP and marks it up at 50% plus margins. For example, we didn’t live there at all in the last month of our lease because we had moved. Turned off the ac, unplugged the fridge, everything. Our bill was $75 even with all this. Absolute scam. We usually had a bill deep in the 100’s despite very regular usage. I’m in an older home now and our bill has never been over $80. Absolute scam and the management claims they can do nothing about it as it is contractually locked in.Also, they ran a deal where if you gave a 5 star review you were entered into a drawing for money off rent so I wouldn’t trust some of the 5 star reviews.Given all that, if I was still renting I’d still choose it to live there if they changed the lock in with electric and cable

I had a top floor apartment and it was spacious 2ith high ceilings and a balcony. It was nice, no i got no complaints and they take care of the area quite a bit. My only negative is how expensive it is.

The office has been amazing with communication. The complex is very well put together and when I moved in there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed. Those issues were fixed right away. I also appreciate the maintenance tech who helped me scrap off my car in the early morning when I was running late to work a few weeks ago. They all go the extra mile to make sure their residents are happy. I’ve only lived at this complex since late November and would recommend this to anyone. :)

Honestly awful, cars keep getting broken into and the security needs to be better. Its been going on for like a year and theyve done nothing about it.

THEFT! If you want your car broken into move here! There have been multiple car break ins and the office doesnt care. We as a community literally report multiple break ins and there response is to tell us Thats why you should leave your car doors unlocked HUH??? Weve been begging for them to get at least more lights and a couple cameras and they refuse. Laughable.

We just moved in less than a month ago and weve already fallen in love with the amenities, the leasing staff, and of course the newly built apartments. All the appliances are name brand and of course less than 2 years old. We viewed a lot apartments the day we toured Andover and before viewing we were about to settle on another complex even though we didnt particularly like it. All of the other apartments that we viewed advertise Newly Renovated even though that doesnt mean anything if the building itself was built in the 1990s....its still going to look old. Andover was built in 2014 and you can absolutely tell. Walking into the clubhouse were greeted with music outside and a resort style pool with fire pit. The apartments themselves look almost brand new, with islands in the kitchen, dark cabinets, high ceilings, and large floor plans. We absolutely fell in love upon walking in and it was truly a breath of fresh air after viewing apartments all day that we didnt like. We had a slight issue with our AC unit and the maintenance staff offered to come out within the hour. I actually wasnt home at the time so I had them come first thing the next morning. They were so quick and friendly! There is also monthly events that they host in the clubhouse, with food and adult beverages. This is a great complex for young professionals unlike other properties in the area (LC) who lease to kids in college that their parents are paying for their overpriced rent so they can party nonstop and blast music until 4:30 in the morning :)

This was my first apartment living in Columbus, OH, and I cannot say enough great things about Andover Park! The amenities, management, location, and apartment units were great! Our unit was updated and there were no issues we had. Management was always a pleasure to speak with. The pool was a great added feature in addition to the gym and outdoor grill. Other residents not picking up after their dogs started to become a problem, but management was proactive about addressing this. I would highly recommend renting at Andover Park!

We have lived in more apartments than I can count and this was by far our best experience. Quiet, clean and nice ammenities. While we didnt utilize all of them the pizza, beer, breakfast parties that they offered were a nice treat for the affordable rent we paid. Brittany and her team were awesome and always quick to respond to any questions or issues you may have had.

This property has gone under a property management change. Since then, the service has been completely horrible. The leasing office staff changes constantly and the service is very unprofessional. If you’re looking for a modern place this is NOT it. There’s carpet throughout the entire apartment which is horrible.

I love living here. I talk to property managers around Columbus daily for work and Preferred Living has the nicest and friendliest managers/leasing agents, hands down. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Im a current resident and have been so impressed with my experience here. Prior to signing, I put the office staff through the ringer of tough questions. They exceeded my expectations. This trend continued after I moved in as I have experienced how the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming. They strive to make sure all maintenance requests or other concerns are handled promptly and even follow-up with a phone call to ensure all issues were handled to my satisfaction. The interior of my apartment as well as the exterior grounds are stunning. I cant imagine ever living anywhere else.

The gym is very good always clean towel and water has a great tanning room

I lived at Andover for 2 years. I have lived in many apartments and never rented past one year anywhere else. I loved living at this preferred community. The property is very nice and the people who run the property are wonderful. They communicate well, and are happy to accommodate all your needs. They have great events at the clubhouse which allows you to meet others within the community. They have Starbucks coffee available daily and a great fitness center. The apartments are nice and spacious. I have not one complaint in my 2 years at Andover Park. The only reason we moved out was because we were buying a house to expland our family, otherwise we would have continued to rent with them. Great place!

I live at Andover currently, and I want to start by saying how wonderful the staff is here. The manager Brittnie literally found us the exact unit we wanted. She is amazing with anything my boyfriend and I need during our stay here. She makes you feel that your not just another face and actually cares. I save so much money on tanning, coffee, and a gym membership. (who doesnt love to save money). They also throw such fun parties and you get to meet all your neighbors which is a huge plus! I dont see ourselves moving out anytime soon, I highly recommend renting here! :)

The apartments are new which means they are very nice. It also makes them more expensive than apartments in the same area. A 1 BR here will cost you about as much as a 2BR will in surrounding apartments. The clubhouse has a lot of nice amenities. However, besides the gym, they all close when the office closes which is at 6:00pm. If you have a typical 9-5 job you wont be able to use them much. Overall it is a nice place to live if you dont mind paying more for less space.

Was promised a garage at move-in, sure enough, had a garage key when I picked the keys! Single bedroom not a s spacious however, will accommodate two people comfortably. garage is big enough for a motorcycle and a car.

Ill start with the positives, first they have a nice design for the apartments as well as clubhouse. Free Starbucks coffee, gym, tanning and convenient to shops/freeway make this location nice.Now the negatives, I have been at this apartment for only 2 months and already want to move. The walls are very cheaply made and so you hear EVERYTHING on all sides.We had only been here 3 weeks, paid over a month in advance and got an eviction notice for the previous tenant. Two days later got a Final notice on a water bill ALSO for the previous tenant. The first months electric bill was $165, also a error from the previous tenant. Called the electric company and they said management never updated them to a new tenant so still dealing with that.Told management about the two rude notices and they blew it off as if who cares.The staff constantly speaks before thinking and gives inaccuracies before facts. Example, when I asked what cable/internet I could use b/c AT&T had said that morning they cannot service the new place I asked the staff at Andover. The front desk said No, its AT&T, thats who I have. When I insisted I could not get service with them here she shouts to someone in the background for clarification then says oh yeah its Time Warner.If you have noise complaints which is likely do not expect to get calls back if its at exhausting hours of the morning. We called at 2am and its almost 5am with no call back but plenty of noise still.DO NOT RENT HERE, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE for cheaply made pretty apartments.

Lived here for over a year with my boyfriend. We wanted to get a bigger unit within Andover because we found out we were expecting so we contacted the leasing office and they said there were units available and they would just need a deposit to hold one for the remaining three months of our lease. We paid the deposit to hold the unit. We never heard back about which exact unit we would be moving to, and it was virtually impossible to get ahold of the manager whom conveniently was never there. Finally, around a month out from when we were supposed to be moving, they told us they did not have a unit for us. We were amazed at how unorganized this whole ordeal had been. To make things even better, after we were finally over trying to talk to the manager who again was NEVER there, we asked for the deposit back that we had put down on the bigger unit. The deposit magical disappeared! They tried to say they never got it, but luckily for us, it was a cashiers check and we had proof that it was issued to them. After checking with the bank, luckily they had not cashed the check yet, just misplaced which seems odd for a place of business that deals with peoples money on a regular basis. To make all of this even worse, if it could be, we have been moved out for going on 4 months and have not recieved our initial deposit back from the unit we lived in for over a year! They have claimed it was sent, yet we have never received it. Called after 2 months and they said they reissued the check, yet to no surprise we have not recieved that one either. Today marks the 4th time we have called since then and the same lady answers saying she has given three messages to the manager yet we have no even received a phone call back. It doesnt surprise me that the manager is still not available, he never has been. But if you are managing anything you have to be able to handle the problems that are occurring and make things right. There has been no sense of urgency, respect, or empathy during any of this. Please avoid Andover at any cost. There are much better properties in Hilliard with exceptional management companies. We were lucky to find a place that has an excellent management group where we are able to speak with the manager on a daily basis if we ever run into an issue.

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU LIKE PLANT EARTH. They offer no recycling (over 1,000 residents, imagine how much waste that is) and they freely give out plastic water bottles and starbucks cups. HORRIBLE POLLUTERS

I would have submitted zero stars if possible. DO NOT rent here! I repeat, DO NOT rent here! They are crooks in the worst form! The property is very noisy and cheaply built. There is never enough parking and the management is very unknowledgeable and rude! You will just be an apartment number if you live here! They advertise free amenities but decided to discontinue them halfway through my lease. All of this to be charged $994.00 per month! No way, I moved as soon as my lease expired! Living here was a terrible mistake! They will do ANYTHING to keep your deposit. I have filed an complant with the BBB and contacted the corporate office to file a formal complaint.
