I was impressed and the quick response from Energy Savers! I called a little after 9 a.m. and received a call back at 9:38 letting me know that the technician David was on the way. David was informative, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and expeditious!! My air is up and running in less than 4 hours even with him having to go back to Columbus (we live in Fortson) to pick up a part. Truly amazing work! I thank you for being so efficient and quick!

All of our questions and concerns were answered very quickly and time was taken to demonstrate the changing of filters, the operation of the new thermostat, and the notation of all safety mechanisms in place. So I’m gonna start off by saying that I know nothing about fixing ac systems. My technician not only wore a mask and covered up his shoes, but he also did not take advantage of the fact that I knew nothing about fixing ac units. Not only did he know what he was doing, but he also was respectful. I would highly recommend them. Plus their prices was not as high as I thought they would be.

Mason is excellent! He is courteous, careful and knowledgeable. He not only fixed my AC unit but he alerted me to a serious leak in a faucet near the AC unit. I was able to call a plumbing service immediately which was important. I decided to give energy savers a try after seeing on the news where they had donated an entire unit to a family in need. Anyone who has had to replace or purchase a new a.c. unit knows they are not cheap. I have used a few different companies around the area for maintenance and small repairs, but I soon learned that you get what you pay for. I am glad that I decided to give them a try. Their customer service was great, and their tech that came out was extremely professional. I like to know what is going on and the tech was more than willing to answer all of my questions. They have earned my trust and continued business.

We had a fabulous experience with Ricky! Our AC unit was not working. He identified the problem quickly and fixed it in no time. He was very polite and even made sure our thermostat was set to our preferred temperature before left! Great service! Definitely recommend!

I’ve had Energy Savers since 2004. They have never let me down. Georgia summers are extremely hot and they always find a way to fit you in the schedule immediately when your Air Conditioning is out in the summer. The tech even remember my elderly Mother In Law visiting us last summer and checked to see if she was in the house. If she was I know they would have completed the repairs needed today but she is not here so we can make it until they return in the morning.

Very pleased with my experience been waiting for three weeks for the company my warranty sent out to repair my AC system. After 3 weeks of my AC going in and out I finally took matters in my own hands and called energy savers on Saturday by Monday David was here to look at my system and had me repaired. He was very professional and what the original company told me was not what was wrong with my system at all and was a lot cheaper. I will definitely use them in the future.

Energy savers is awesome! I don’t think I have ever had better service. We finally got a new unit about 6 months ago, after a couple years of trying to make it last and I wish we had done it sooner! Mike Gunter advised us which unit to get and it has saved us about 50-100 dollars a month compared to last years electric bill. Thank you energy savers!

After explaining there was an elderly woman living in the house they immediately recognized the danger in the situation. They literally saved the day! We had been having issues with our a.c. not cooling. Another company had come out 3 different times without being able to figure it out, then all of a sudden they had it fixed and running...but it never stopped. So finally we called energy savers and they discovered the previous company had wired it to run non-stop. They fixed our issue and was able to explain what was wrong with the a.c. to begin with. They let us know of some things we may have to update in the future, but never pushed. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity. We will be using them for future work!!
