Windows fit perfect. Workers real experience. Satisfied 100%. Wished I would have it long ago

From the beginning, the customer service was amazing. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The follow up calls by the office to keep updated on time frames and other needed information were great. The install happened at the times agreed upon and very fast and efficiently. They cleaned behind themselves and left with a great product installed. Thank you again!

The subcontractor installers were incredible and super nice. Would use them again for other work. The windows took quite a while to show up. Over 8 weeks, but they look great.

Paul is an incredibly genuine guy. He’s honest, personable and knowledgeable. He’s not some pushy sales man but the complete opposite. Although Taylor’s Windows was not the cheapest, they also weren’t the most expensive. Final product completed by their best guy, Travis looked phenomenal. Amanda in the office kept me up to date on product shipment and scheduling to complete the project. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality in window replacement and customer service. Also, love that they are local too!!

Sales person came to our house and provided us with a quotation. We signed up for installation of over 20 windows for our house. They took over $7000 as a deposit and then phoned up 5 weeks later and said that they had decided that they didnt want to do the job. Sales guy was great - pity his boss doesnt have the same focus on customer service. Weve lost six week now in getting replacement windows that we badly need.

Price was way below Champion and I feel I got better windows. 16 windows replaced on a 36 year old house and only took 3.5 hours. The contract crew doing the work was very professional and polite.

Taylors Windows replaced all of the original windows in my 1974 home. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed from the start of the process to the finish. Not only was my sales agent knowledgeable and courteous, the installation crew was skilled and professional. The entire job was complete in one morning with not a speck of dust left to mark their presence. The windows are great quality and made an immediate improvement to the sound proofing, weather proofing, and look of my home. I highly recommend Taylors Windows to anyone looking to upgrade the windows in their home. My only regret is that I didnt contact do this project sooner!

Taylors Windows offers an excellent window. We purchased the 7000 Series vinyl windows because we wanted the exterior siding channel. These windows deliver an updated look and provide high comfort from the hot sun. Paul, our salesman, was low pressure and responsive. The installation was great - they didnt rush, and didnt complain about working 3 stories off the ground on ladders. Satisfied.

I *love* my new replacement windows from Taylors Windows! From the non-pressuring salesman to the quality materials and professional installers, I was pleased every step of the way. And let me not forget the pleasant and helpful receptionist. What could make it even better? The price was *very* competitive (actually, a few hundred dollars less than the company that supposedly sells every window for $189--that price goes up if you actually want *glass* in the frame!). Taylor’s Window Just replaced all of my original windows in my house build in the 60s. The guys showed up earlier than appt time (1/2 hour) that impresssd me even before they started. Installed my windows in a timely manner cleaned up inside and out as if they were never here. The windows look amazing. Thank you Taylor’s great job

Paul Brown with Taylors Window was recommended to us by friend who has used Taylors for two homes. I checked out two other options before choosing Taylors. Southern Windows sent out a salesmen who wanted to reschedule our meeting when he found out my wife was not going to be available. (I had already told them this before the meeting.) Taylors prices were the best and the guys did a great job putting everything in. They even replaced some rotted wood, about 4 long, and didnt charge me even though they could have. The only things I would have liked to be different was the wait time and how many rusty nails I found in my yard afterwards. Overall we are very happy and will use them again. Thanks guys!

We had a whole house window replacement done. Everything went flawlessly and the new windows are not only beautiful but energy efficient and so easy to operate. We could not have chosen a better company or window product!

Windows were installed in record time. Crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up the mess completely. My windows look great, and I know that if I have any trouble, or see any imperfection, I can pick up the phone and call Taylors and they will come right out and fix my problem. Replacement windows are not cheap, and I expect continued excellent customer service for the life of my purchase.
