I called Pella and spoke to a receptionist who said a sales person would have to call me back about doors. A week goes by and I hear from someone. No big deal really at this point that it took a week. Not good, but not a big deal. He indicated he would send a contractor out to give me an estimate. A very nice knowledgeable person comes out and looks at my door and gives me a Pella sales brochure with doors, etc., but, of course, no prices. The same day I tell the contractor which door I want (from the sales brochure). He said he would have to get back to me with an estimate. Two weeks have gone by and nothing. This is unacceptable. I picked a door from your sales brochure and you should easily know the prices of these doors installed. Needless to say, I do not need the estimate now.
