Best contractor experience ever from Sales to Install! Restored faith there are still professional companies out there who value your business, time and want to ensure 100% satisfaction. Many act like theyre doing you a favor and/or communication is poor, but not Remodel RX. Vin offered a reasonable price for new windows and gutters/spouts. Steve and Ryan made great suggestions, as we wanted to replace windows while retaining character and charm of home. Joe and team reached out to discuss interior caulk color to ensure we were pleased with final look. Install was pretty much seamless and crews were very detail oriented, leaving home interior spotless, even w/ snow on ground. Took very good COVID precautions as well. The final result was a transformed home that looks amazing inside and out!

Installed 5 big picture windows and double hung window on the back of our home. Vin, our rep and owner of the company, was professional even advising us on replacement window options that not only saved us money but would be more energy efficient too. He followed up with a visit at the time of installation and they did an excellent job. Quality of the product was very good too. Pricing was competitive and fair. Considering the service and quality of the product, I feel we received excellent value. They are the first company we will call when we need our roof redone or my wife gets her way with entry doors.

Very efficient. Had to work in 95 degree heat. They were very careful with trucks in my driveway to avoid my well. Same safety experience up and down my roof. Cleaned my gutters, covered my shrubs, and the entire area around my house. Could not find a single nail anywhere. All this was accomplished in a single day. Heavy rain three days after the installation and I did not hear a drop on any ceiling. Overall a fantastic job and I am very pleased. Highly recommended them to anyone. Mike.

We had Remodel RX do the full job on our home; windows, siding, and roof. At first I was a little apprehensive about using them as they have not been in business as long as some other firms. However, their prices were competitive and they were one of the few companies that do flat type roofing which our house required as well as windows and siding. They also seemed very motivated to do a good job. They came through with flying colors. Everyone; owners, crew, schedulers, etc. were very pleasant to deal with and very responsive to adjustments or even additional work we requested. They were very responsive to phone calls and texts. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. The also worked quickly and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Remodel RX is an up and coming company and I wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation giving them your highest consideration.

I live in the Moorings in Arnold. My HOA recently switched Property Managers (PM) and the new PM uses RemodelRX and sent them out to look at leak into our bedroom. This was my first experience with RemodelRX. Joe, one of the owners, came out to our home and crawled into the attic. First he fixed the broken light in our attic (thank you Joe), then within 10 minutes he found 2-3 areas of concern and possible leakage. -- After a year of our old PM not being able to get anyone out here to resolve the issue, this professional and efficient visit was such a pleasant experience. --- Will update review once work on the leak has been completed. --- UPDATE --- The work was completed several weeks ago and its rained heavily twice since. No more leak! After almost two years, we no longer have to look at a slowly expanding wet spot on our bedroom ceiling. Thank you!

During the entire project, we were contacted by members of the management team at various times which made us realize that they were on top of everything. From start to finish we had a great experience replacing our windows with Remodel Rx. The sales call with Steve was matter of fact, no pressure; the pricing was good, the quality was good, so we went with it. When we had questions afterwards, he was responsive. Our installation was right on time as predicted. They had to delay a day due to ridiculous rain, but called very early to let me know that was the case, and I was thankful they werent trying to press through in awful weather. The installation team arrived on time, explained the process, asked if I had any questions. They were considerate of our home and cleaned up as they went. Our install took a day and a half. Windows look great; trim looks great; everything looks/feels/sounds solid and well buttoned-up. Vin, the owner, called the next day to follow up and see how things went before sending us the final invoice. He left his cell phone # with us and encouraged us to contact him if we have any problems/questions. Cant imagine being more satisfied. What could have been a very stressful decision and process was remarkably easy and pleasant.

Representitives have been extremely thorough explaining their findings after our roofs inspection. They provided us with different options available and their associated cost estimates. They have been very accomodating and flexible, on the scheduling of the installation day. The crew was very professional and did the work as promished in one day. The quality is impeccable!!
