We had a great experience with Liberty for our window installation. We received estimates from 5 local/national window companies and Peter was the most professional and helpful of all. We decided to choose Liberty because they offered a quality replacement window product at a competitive price. Our main reason for getting replacement windows was to address issues with hot bedrooms upstairs during the summer and our new windows provided us instant relief on a 90 degree summer day! Very happy with our selection of Liberty to do the job, and are so pleased, we are planning to use them to do our downstairs windows and sliders later in the year. Liberty just replaced our 26 year old roof and we couldnt be happier. We met with Peter for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed in any way. And his estimate came in significantly lower than 2 other quotes.Within 2 weeks our roof was installed. Installation only took one day and the Liberty crew left our property cleaner than it was before they started! Totally pleased with my experience having a new roof and new gutters installed by Liberty. The roofing crew tore off the old shingles with a minimum of mess... they carefully collected debris for disposal... and meticulously cleaned up the yard upon completion of the new roof install. The new chimney flashing looks great and the pipe vent flashing is actually black to better match the new shingles unlike standard silver vent flashing I see installed on other dark roofs in the neighborhood.I was quoted by one of the partners, Peter, who delivered on time and on budget. The gutter crew was equally competent and both crews were responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I couldnt be more pleased dealing with Peter and his crews... I will be calling Liberty in the future for Windows and Siding.

Started on time, installed the 6 windows in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, but most important done at a reasonable price. Oh almost forget the windows are of good quality.

Well 1st off I must make sure that it is understood that I have used their services on more than one occasion, professionally as a Pastor on our church building replacing windows in our annex, as well as roofing...and personally on my home with a roof replacement! My property vacation house near Ocean City, MD was materially damaged by a powerful storm on 8/4/20. There was damage to my roof and to my siding. For the next five months I attempted to find a contractor to repair the damage. It was extremely difficult to get anyone to look at the job. The Covid restrictions only made things worse. In my frustration, I called Liberty Windows and Siding, a company that was close to my residence but more than 100 miles from my second home. I expected, at best, to get a lead on where I could find matching replacement siding. I spoke to a female member of the office staff who could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She advised me that she would have Peter Deily contact me. Peter called me the following day and that is when my luck took a big turn for the better.Peter, who I later learned was a partner with Liberty, patiently went through all of the relevant facts from information about the storm to my description of the damages, including both external storm damage and residual interior damage. He immediately obtained a section of the damaged siding and sent it to ITEL for determination as to its current availability (my first introduction to this essential service). He also arranged for a conference call with my insurer. During that call, the insurer acknowledged responsibility for significantly more extensive coverage than the insurer had previously offered to me. Peter was able to establish that my existing siding was no longer manufactured. This resulted in the insurer allocating payment for full replacement of all siding. Peter had several calls with the insurer, all with beneficial results for me. There are still a few issues with my insurer and Peter has advised me how to handle those issues.We are ready to begin repairs. I am convinced that if I had never made that call to Liberty Windows and Siding, I would still be trying to find competent help, while the forces of nature would be continuously destroying my house.

I had a great experience working with Peter he is a partner at liberty and I just found his professionalism and enthusiasm to be refreshing. He was so quick to respond to every question that I had he even let me message him on his mobile if I had any questions or concerns. My wife ordered a Garden window for the kitchen. The contractor came out to measure the window twice to ensure the exact measurements were accurate. The contractor sales person Peter was very pleasant, very professional and showed a side of empathy in understanding my wife nedds and concerns.He was also very patience and made her needs were fulfilled which made her allowed her to have a sense of pride and respect.Peter advised her of the time frame it would take for custom windows would take due to the COVID-19. Contact Liberty displaying my problem. . Roofers allowed debris to go in my bathroom sink causing damage. Broke my new sink without repairing it. Also the same problem that I introduced this company leaky roof to perform the job, still exit. Guarantee on roof and this company has not return my call. After they got my business they showed no care for the property they damage. Stating the water damage that I showed them to do the roofing job, is now another problem.

Peter was approachable, honest, and provided my with an accurate estimate. I contracted Liberty Windows and Siding to replace my rickety 1938 single-pane windows with new vinyl, tilt-in, energy efficient windows. The whole team was great, but I worked most closely with one of the partners, Mr. Peter Deily. Peter was phenomenal!! He actually went to bat with my HOA to try to SAVE me quite a lot money. My experience with Liberty Windows and Siding was exceptional. My representative was Eddie Gallagher and he is THE BEST!. Eddie knows the real meaning of customer service and he knows his stuff! As he talked to me about my needs, he understood my seriousness about getting my house up to par and took as much time as was needed (a few hours) to discuss my needs. I ended up getting new doors, new siding, and new roof - all at the same time. Eddie and his office coordinated everything and Eddie stopped by frequently to make sure everything was going as planned and that the work was excellent. When challenges arose, (as with any large project of this magnitude), I knew I could pick up the phone and call Eddie and it would get fixed immediately. The work was completed and looks fabulous. Eddie even spent time talking to me about other things I need to get done to the house even though his company does not do the additional work. We had wind damage to our roof and needed to get it repaired as quickly as possible. Peter one of the partners at Liberty was quick to respond and met with us to work out the details and worked with our insurance company. The roof was completed within two weeks which was quicker than expected and they did a fantastic job. I originally scheduled a request for a quote for gutter replacement. I had a confermation call from Peter Deily prior to the visit. After discussing my complaint with the gutters Peter suggested I just have them cleaned and not replaced as that is the true complaint from my home owners association. Peter also provided me with a power wash company to complete the task and offered any further repairs to please consider Liberty. I said I definitely would.

My window installation was done professionally with a quality product. The value is top-notch and service was beyond compare.

Unfortunately I don’t have a 5 star rating for Liberty Windows and Siding. My roof was replaced by them in 2010 and they covered my existing Gutter Helmet. An inspector from Gutter Helmet said that whoever installed my roof covered my gutter guard. My gutters were full of debris because of this along with water damage. Also they damaged my gutter guard which voided my contract. I had to have another gutter guard installed. I called Liberty Windows and siding numerous time but no response. Finally I did speak to Peter and he was extremely rude stating that they installed my roof years ago. If I knew this was a problem I would have made him aware earlier. It’s extremely peculiar that his demeanor isn’t what he portrays on Heaven 600. His attitude was terrible and he was really rude. I feel that he should reimburse me for replacing my gutter guard since his employees were negligent. I contacted MHIC and was told to file a claim with his insurance company. I had pictures and proof to show him but he wasn’t interested. His insurance agent said she had to talk to him before I could file a claim. I’m assuming they never talked no response from her. So if you have a gutter guard installed please make him aware so this won’t happen again.

My home has dormers, bump-outs and a chimney. Liberty’s team did an excellent job in all the cuts for seamless transitions and a great appearance. Foreman Luis was very responsive to feedback. The job took a little longer than expected, but Liberty did not disappoint!

We needed a Roofing job done. Peter, one of the partners of the company came out to assess the project. He was very knowledgeable abouts the different roofing, friendly, courteous and helped us with financing. He told us when the job will get done. The men were there early that morning ready to work. The installation crew were very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs I would highly recommend them to everyone. The only problem I had was with the lady who scheduled the service. She would say she called and left messages when it was clear she had not. I would inspire if her use this company again.

This company did an amazing job with our siding. Our sales associated Eddie was knowledgeable and very helpful during the entire process. We ran into an issue with the nails from siding coming through the house due to how our house was built and the crew came back immediately to fix the issue. They apologized but we let the know it wasnt their fault as there was no way of telling the design from the outside of the house. We will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend them to any who asks.

Liberty replaced one side of damaged siding and put vinyl caps around windows. Peter Deily listened to what I wanted and helped select materials, explained options and pricing. Crew was polite and professional. Finished job looks great!

I contacted Liberty Window and siding to have my siding replaced. The insurance was paying only to repair and I wanted all new siding on both sides of my home. I met with Peter a partner at Liberty Windows and siding and after a examining my home we sat down and discussed having the work done. I called to change the start date and they had no problem doing that for me. The supplies and the team arrive in a timely fashion on the appointed date and started right away. Jay the foreman of the crew was very pleasant and listen as I asked questions and allow me to take pictures as they removed the old siding and insulation that had not been ripped off by the wind. Then I took pictures as they installed new insulation and the new siding. He also addressed little issues that I had and made it a pleasant experience. They were very efficient and did a great job they also cleaned up after the work. So shout out to Peter, Jay and the crew, thanks so much.

I called Home Advisor for estimate for sidings on my home, for the firsttime, Mr. Barry came to my home and sat with myself and my wife he was a real nice man, we agreed to have the work done by his company the crew came out to P.G. Loved working with Liberty Windows & Siding.We replaced 4 windows and siding on our house using James Hardie planks.Starting with the sales process, working with Barry was very easy, he answered all my calls during the project and took care of anything we needed.The workers were very polite and worked really hard, starting early in the morning and finishing often after dark. They cleaned up everyday before leaving. Luis was great to work with, the guys did a very neat job too, and I’m very picky.

We had an excellent experience with Liberty when we needed to replace our roof due to a storm. Our insurance company issued our check with the wrong mortgage company and Liberty worked with us as we dealt with the issue. They were professional every step of the way and the roof we got is as beautiful as can be. Several of our neighbors have decided to use Liberty as well. Would definitely go to Liberty again if we needed anothernew roof, but this one should last for 50 years!

I saw my roof and I thought it looked great, but my husband was not satisfied with the job. They didnt put the chimney on straight. They said they would send someone to fix it but they didnt. They didnt reattach the fascia to the planks (non-standard house) and the gutter fell off and we had to replace it. They said they would send someone to fix it, but they took so long my husband ended up putting the new gutter up himself.What really infuriated my husband was they brought plywood to replace rotted wood, but they didnt bring enough. The three totally unsupervised subcontractors started to nail new shingles onto rotted wood. My husband objected and they said we ran out. He told them to go get more. If he hadnt they wouldnt have gone.Be wary of the smooth talking salesperson who comes to your house.

Our roof was leaking really bad causing some damages to two of the rooms in our home. Peter, who is one of the partners was able to come into our home explain the process so that my dad who is up in age could understand everything clearly. He gave us a break down, he showed us the before pictures, after the old roofing was taken up he showed us pictures of our damages explaining where the leaks were and why. He also showed us the finished project and we’re very pleased with everything. I enjoyed having him work on my roof and felt confident in knowing we’d be pleased with the finished work. If I ever need any work done to my home I’d check with him first to see if he can do it. He keep his word on timing, and again I’m very pleased with the finished project.. These guys are great! Peter goes to bat for his customers when with the insurance companies and makes sure they are taken care of... even if he spends hours arguing with them on your behalf. Liberty replaced my roof & gutters after the Derecho of 12 and helped me get out of insurance hell. I had them come back in 16 to redo all my trim. The work was excellent both times with no need for any follow-up repairs. The crew does a great job and is easy to work with. High recommended!

We needed to replace half the siding on our house due to severe golf ball damage. Peter Deily, co-owner of the company, came to the house personally and evaluated what the best solution would be. He steered us away from a much more expensive product which other companies were recommending, which saved us literally thousands of dollars. The Liberty Team was on time, efficient, and professional. The work was done perfectly. Many golf ball attacks later, the new siding is performing exactly as promised. If you need new siding, and especially if you have a special requirement, you can start and end with Liberty and Peter.

My experience with my sales person, Eddie, was really positive, but I had a great deal of frustration with the service crews actually working on my roof.I had a standard roof installation and asked for my chimney cap to be put back on. One thing I specifically had asked about was a particular flashing piece which Eddie assured me would be replaced.My roof was installed at the end of November and they did not replace the chimney cap and the flashing piece. I called and they came back out within two weeks, but only put the chimney cap back on.Fast forward multiple unreturned calls and emails, and my roof was finally finished January 6th.Although my sales person was communicative, I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from the main office and the slow pace of the service crew at completing the job.

I just wanted to get a quote to replace a few windows, unfortunately they would not do this without doing a walk through and sending an estimator when I just wanted a rough idea of the cost. Im sure they do a great job installing windows, but overall I think I was either ignored or things just slipped through the cracks...

Quick to get the sale but slow to please... I contacted the company based on a recommendation from a friend who considered this an honest business. The salesman made it top priority to visit me and get me a better offer than a local competitor. He even offered to have his guys take a look at my gutters and soffit in which I also have an issue. To top it off he offered free passes to Six Flags for the family that he had at the office (which I never got)...very nice guy. One thing that baffled me was the requirement to sign a document stating that the work was done before it was done, something like a certificate of completion. I am not sure that is even legal. Afterward, I was notified when the materials would be dropped off and that the work would be done on a Wednesday. After informing my neighbors and making arrangements for my family to be out of the house, they didnt show. I didnt receive a call, text, or anything. The next day same thing. Only after calling the office was I informed that one of the guys had a family emergency so they wouldnt be out until the weekend. The roofing crew did show up on Saturday morning, and they were very nice, however after taking a look at the roof informed me that it was supposed to rain that day so they would have to come another time. I did not receive a call from the office for a follow-up date, so I called and the work was done on Wednesday (a week after the original installation date). The roof was done, but the guys did not check out the soffit etc. I dont think that they were even notified. I have no issue with the delays. It was very frustrating when no information was communicated to me in advance. I always had to place the calls and find out what was going on. The one person who was helpful and seemingly concerned at all was Cathy at the main number. The roof looks good but you will need loads of patience dealing with this company.

Called and made an appointment for 10am on a Saturday, I get a call that morning to tell me they cant make the appointment and to see if I could change it to 12 I agree and move around my day and these people have the audacity to not make that appointment either. Terrible customer service. Dont waste your time.
