We just had our roof and gutters replaced by Premium Exteriors and they did an amazing job! Our neighbors have commented on how nice everything looks.They sent a salesman to show us all of our choices and he (Chet) was very low key and didnt push anything. He was very attentive and answered our questions thoroughly. The selection was vast and allowed us to get a very unique look for our house. Chet didnt push us for an answer when we said we wanted to discuss it and get back with him.All I can say is that I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. If I ever need any other exterior work they will be my first and probably only call.

I used CoMo Exteriors to replace my front windows and back sliding door. The only reason this isnt a 5 star review is because the first couple times someone came out to measure they lost my order or file and had to send someone out a 3rd time to measure. But once we got the ball rolling on the replacement it was very smooth. I worked with Luke Meredith the 3rd time and he was extremely responsive and great to work with. The guys who did the installation worked fast and worked hard in 100 degree heat! Overall great experience and I would definitely use them again.

4 year old roof started to leak. Didnt put enough flashing around the chimney. Called them to fix it and no one return my call for 5 days. Finally talk to a manager and sent one of their Project manager to check out the leak. After multiple phone calls finally a crew showed up. No one from the company actually show up to do the work. All sub contractors. No one on the crew spoke English didnt even know what they replaced. Of course they just put more caulking around the chimney to get pass the warranty period. I would NOT recommend these guys.

We had a major wind storm damage our home in May, see pictures. Part of our wrap around porch was demolished and the entire roof on the attached garage was also demolished from the wind storm. Siding your home is a major investment. Making good choices is imperative because you generally dont get do-overs! I would guess that most home owners arent that up to date on how to choose wisely when it comes right down to making the numerous choices you will be faced with before you sign the dotted line and fork over the big bucks. Having the right sales person with the right products is everything. We had some textbook nightmare salesmen before we met Chet with CoMo Premium Exteriors. The moment Chet came through the door we knew he was in a different category than the guys who were simply out to wring every last dollar out of our pockets. Chet began by asking us what our expectations were and then set about trying to determine how his products and our budget would most nearly accomplish our vision. He was honest and forthright at each and every question. During the period from signing the contract to the completion of the job, he called when he said he would, he kept in the loop between the job foreman and even the person we had to hire to remove our asbestos siding before they could begin work. He also saw in the foremans notes that some gutter strapping had damages some of our roof shingles. We didnt even know this, but he called and a day later two workers showed up to repair the shingles. At this point is it necessary that I tell you he shared his secret mountain high biscuit recipe with me? Most likely not.So in closing, I will say we now have one of the most beautiful houses on our street. Our neighbors are blown away at the difference in the appearance of our home. Several years ago we had an issue with our roof. Joe Eagle from Premier came out and inspected our roof. Joe let us know that with the age of your roof and resent hail storms we needed a new roof. Joe helped us deal with the insurance company and made it an easy process. Premier provided pictures of the progress from start to finish.That was an eye opener to details we had no idea about. This month our daughter had what we thought was a roofing issue. We called Joe, who responded immediately. Joe came out and did a inspection of the roof inside and out. I contacted CoMo and asked them to come out and look at our home. Luke called me back the same day to set up a time to come out and look at our home. Luke showed up on time and was very professional he had very good knowledge of the products they offer and explained the difference with the products. When we were ready to finalize what we wanted to do my wife and I met with Luke at his office and he provided us with a very informative powerpoint that showed our home with all the difference siding and roofing option which was extremely helpful in helping us decide what we wanted to have done.The crew that Luke had come do our roof was very fast they had our old roof off and the new roof on everything cleaned up and gone in no more that three hours. I was shocked how fast they got the roof replaced.The crew that Luke had do our siding, doors, and windows were just absolutely awesome!!!!! We had our roof replaced this past week due to hail damage from May. CoMo Exteriors team were incredible! Approximately 7 months ago we had our roof and gutters repaired due to hail damage. Randy was our contact person. They started quickly and collected their money quickly. Our roof seems to be fine but the gutters are not. Randy came out and figured out what the problem was but after contacting them many times the gutters still aren’t fixed. I was told to contact the manager but I don’t feel like that is our job to contact people until we get it fixed. We wouldn’t use them again due to the fact that when you have an issue you can’t get them back to repair it.

This company was great. Steve Downs helped us to be able to get the roof we needed. The workers were terrific! They worked really hard and were really careful. They went above and beyond to please us. And they cleaned up everything just as we expected them to.

I had two jobs done by them. The first one was on my house roof due to wind/hail damage and leaking. This job was wonderful and went smoothly.The second job I had done by them was HORRIBLE. It was on my garage due to wind damage and major leaking. I have countless unanswered emails and phone calls because they did not meet the set deadline for the job, and I was trying to get information as to when the job would be done. It took over 4 months to get them to get the job done. I also have materials still sitting in my yard even though the job has been done for over a month. The interior of my garage was left in a disgraceful manor. Debris and nails were littered all over not only the floor of my garage but also my vehicles. I had to clean this up as they will not contact me back about the situation.I highly recommend using a different company. It is completely unprofessional how many unanswered emails and phone calls I have throughout the entire process and the way my property was left after the job.

I contacted them about 6 months ago, I needed to replace my roof and siding. Within a week they came out and measured and quoted me for the job. Almost 2 months in they contacted me and scheduled to replace my roof. The team showed up on time and ripped off my old roof and put on the new one faster then expected, and it looks great. This team also had caused more damage to my house since they didnt properly chock the trailer. I contacted the office and they told me that they would be taking care of it when I get my siding on.About two months later they were able to make it out to measure for my siding. At that time I was told that they are a little backed up but it will be about 3 weeks for the siding to get in and that about a week after it gets in they will be installing it. About 2 weeks after they were supposed to install it I tried to contact my Project Manager. A few days later I tried again, then tried to call the office. I had left voicemails and emails asking for any update on when it would be done. Not until I found the owners information and contacted him did I actually get a response. I was then told that I would have an answer by the following Wednesday on when they would be doing the work. I have still not heard from them on when I will be getting new siding, or when they will fix the damage to my house.If you can get their team out there they do great work! However if you like having it planned when they will be coming out and you would like to be able to get a response from your contractor then you need to look for other companies.

The final product seems to be ok but the crew didnt show up on the day they were supposed to be at ny house. I was told by several people it would be the next day. The next day was a no show also. When I arrange my schedule to be there for them I expect some follow through on their part. I dont think I would call again in the future.

When I heard of CoMo Premium Exteriors, I only heard good things about the company so I called to have new gutters put on my house. I had other estimates but they were just too high! Ted in Boonville contacted me and got me set up with new gutters faster and cheaper than any of the other places! Im very happy with the work and the guys who did the installation were friendly and good at what they do!

We called CoMO Premium Exteriors about putting a roof and Gutters on our house. I called them and Randy and Jared came out that day to look at the roof and give us some information. They came back a few days later so they could meet with myself and my husband and answer all the questions Ms. Picky had. When they got started on the roof and got all the shingles off they discovered a lot more damage that we were unaware of, so they called the husband to let him know. They then went above and beyond by contacting a contractor to come out and fix the damage on the roof and still got the roof on all in one day. Talk about customer service. The following week got the gutters on the house that are wonderful, no more walking in the house and water running down your back. The clean-up was amazing, they didn’t leave anything behind and we had a lot that come off that roof plus the old gutters. We are so glad that we when with this company, they did an amazing job and I would high recommend them to anyone. A big Thank you to Randy and Jared and the crew for this amazing job. My home was in dire need of a new roof, siding, and gutters. Luke came to my home, explained the process of the updates, made color suggestions, and measured for an estimate. Later, we met at the showroom to pick out the materials and discuss the estimate. The estimate was lower than expected and very close to the end cost. All of the workers were professional, helpful, and did a wonderful job. I love my “new” house! CoMo Exterieors was fantastic. The estimator was very thorough and professional. He had tons of pictures that showed exactly what the issues were. They went above and beyond with the repairs and warranty their work. The estimated 4 weeks to get out to do the repairs but were able to come out in 2 weeks. The workers were polite, and did an amazing job. I work from home and hardly knew they were there. When they left there was no evidence they had been there, the work site was spotless. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a roof repair or getting a new roof.

From the very first meeting with sales representative Joe Eagle, to the final installation touch-up, working with the company was a very good experience. The work consisted of repairs to siding at the garage surround that required replacement and repairs. The subcontractor, Roger Strickland and his Sons, was on-time, equipped, and ready for work on the day scheduled. Roger explained the process well, and gave me a good overview post-repair as to what I might expect with molding. He was right, and I promptly notified Mr. Eagle about the failure of the molding to relax properly, and the warranty work order was promptly handled. A small delay occurred due to the extreme heat, and nothing to do with Mr. Strickland and his Sons. Overall, I give Premium a 4-Star rating as things werent perfect or outstanding, but truly excellent. I was given touch-up paint and extra caulking if needed in other places where I had the concrete siding installed around the property. I would definitely call upon Premium Exteriors for an assessment of any work I might require at this property. Courteous, kind, seamless, and integrity with communications and call-backs are words that come to mind. I had some work done on my house due to a hail storm. I have to say I had some issues with the timeliness of the work the company did from our original discussions with the sales guy. I originally discussed a lot of extra work that I was willing to have COMO complete beyond the hail damage. The extra work was canceled. I was able to have a meeting with the original sales guy and the owner of the company to straighten out our differences. I enjoyed conversing with them and they were very civil in explanation. I appreciate the time they took to come by and discuss the issues we had. I believe the tardiness was partially due to the workload taken during a city wide storm event that caused a lot of damage. I wanted to give them a 3 star but opted for the 4.

We got back from vacation after being gone for a week and came by to a large section of shingles missing due to high winds that we had in the area. After checking around for roofers who could potentially do smallers jobs as it was not a huge section of shingles that were missing. I was contacted by Chet and he set up an immediate appointment and was extremely responsive. My fiancé and I recently had a new roof put on our home by CoMo Premium Exteriors, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Our sales rep, Joe, was very knowledgeable, helpful, straightforward, and accommodating. When we were between two different shingle colors he promptly gave us addresses around the area with both roof colors so we could see what they really look like on homes. Once we could actually see both colored shingles on a large scale in person, the decision was easy. Joe was always very prompt with answering any questions we had and he made scheduling very easy for us. CoMo Premium Exteriors brought a crew of 8-10 men and knocked our roof out in one day. Good company - I recommend them to everyone. They quickly did a nice job replacing my roof in March. Elias and Luke were good people to work with. Luke replaced a small flower his crew accidentally stepped on. I appreciate it when a company pays attention to small details like that. Overall great people and I will use them again if I need to replace a roof.One area for improvement is their email system they use. They do respond timely but all of the extraneous text and confusing addresses in every email gets tedious to wade through. Consider changing something there.

We hired CoMo Premium Exteriors to replace 24 windows in our 1920s bungalow after getting estimates from several companies. We picked CPE not only because their price was very competitive, but also because they were easy to communicate with. Luke frequently checked in with us, and was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The workers, especially Chris, were courteous and quick (which was good since they were removing and replacing windows in 20-degree weather!) Thanks again, guys!

CoMo exteriors was amazing! From the minute Ted Corbitt arrived to do the estimate to the final step everything was perfect! The customer service was unparalleled and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Our new roof was on in a day! The large crew arrived early, worked late and worked nonstop.
