My project required replacement of shingles and leveling of low spots on the roof on my house, shop and storage building. I was provided a detailed proposal including proof of insurance documents. The work was performed on time, on schedule and on proposal price. The workers were very professional and did a great job. Im very pleased with the appearance of the new shingles. Communication was great. I was given updates before and during the project to advise me of the project status and progress. Dennis did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Had a large sized tree fall on the back of my home that damaged the roof and severely damaged the back attic truss and broke the ceiling of a room under the truss. I called Greg and described what happened and he was at my home in less than two hours. Greg and Jose assessed the damage and Greg rescheduled some work he had Jose and his crew on and they started repairing the roof, truss and ceiling the next day. Greg got the shingles perfectly matched up that needed replacing as well as the aluminum siding facia that the tree ripped off the house. The repairs made look great and the truss was repaired and extra bracing was added to make it stronger than the original. I highly recommend Greg and his talented work crews for any roofing and siding upgrades or repairs you need. Greg went above and beyond to make my emergency go away quickly because he cares and that is a human factor you find missing in many contractors today.

We contacted Greg Dennis to replace our 20 year old-deck/ pergola with composite materials. We couldnt have been more pleased with the results and the process! Gregg was easy to work with and always returned calls promptly. All his crew members were pleasant. They started early in the morning and worked until dusk...and they worked!!! Excellent customer service starting with Mr. Dennis, Sr. who promptly returned my calls and came by to view my windows and provided a temporary fix for my problem. We also discussed my need to update my windows and he provided me with a reasonable estimate. Mr. Dennis Sr. then followed up a few days later with a model demonstration of the windows I requested, and his son Greg and another member of the team came by a few days later to measure my windows, confirm the final details for my new windows, and their office took care of pulling the necessary permits. The members of the Dennis Home Improvement business were upfront about the time-line and possible delays, but promised to proceed as soon as possible. To my surprise, they were able to schedule the installment of the new windows much earlier than anticipated. Omar, Randy, and Marty did an excellent job installing the new windows and cleaning up and hauling away the rubbish from the work site. Replacing windows is not a cheap project. However, I would highly recommend Dennis Home Improvement for such a project as they kept their word, did an excellent job, and made the process as quick and convenient as possible. Thank you.

We needed a new roof and wanted a new gable extended over our front door area with a pergola on the side of the gable. Cant believe how fast Dennis Home improvements got this done, how great it looks and the fact it came in well below our budget and other companies estimated. These folks did everything better than expected. If I have another roofing, siding, or window issue they will be the first and maybe the only contractor I would call.They met the schedule came on time (would you believe that they came at 6:30AM when it is pitch black outside!) worked hard all day and left the site clean of any debris. My house was built several years ago and I am still picking up lose roofing nails! Not with Dennis Home Improvement, all the loose nails were picked up. I have not found one loose nail! They used first class materials and properly installed everything. When we hit a bump in the road, they quickly solved the issue, sometimes before I asked, without any contract issues.My only wish is: I wish they did other types of home improvements.If you do not use Dennis Home Improvement you are making a big mistake!

I recently purchased my home here in SC and like older homes it comes with old window and well just old stuff. While WAH during COVID I decided to take a leap of faith and get new windows and new gutters installed. After much research and several different quotes, Dennis Home Improvement, LLC was my choice. I never thought windows would make me so excited. I love the look of the windows, soffit and vinyl and my new gutters. Its finally starting to feel like a home to me. Greg created a pitch on a flat roof that was collecting water, added dormers to adjacent room over the garage, and added roofing. You can count on Greg, not only that he will do the job right, but also that he will stand behind his work afterwards. Larry himself came out to fix 3 shingles and pipe boots on my parents roof. He was rude, condescending, and said he “might” be able to fix those two simple items. These two items needed to be repaired as part of an addendum for my parents to close on the sale of their home. Larry was argumentative and just didn’t want to do those two items because the “roof is old” and he would not give me a professional answer and estimate. I would not recommend this company at all.

Greg Dennis is a great guy, very professional. Small leak around my vent pipe. He wanted it repaired before the next heavy rain and made sure it was done expertly and for a fair price. A good experience all around.

My husband hired Dennis Home Improvement to put a new roof on his mothers house. Mr. Dennis did a fantastic job and he worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure all costs were covered. I referred him to one of my friends and he built a carport onto their home that looks fantastic, perfectly matched the existing roofline and shingles, and it made her house look twice as large!! My father had them put new roof on his house 5-1-12 . I noticed a stain on celling awhile back . Thought it was from old roof. When I checked it was leaking from pipe boot that they replaced when roof was repaired . I Called was told that the (IPS) boot were defective . Called ABC that sells these boots said had not herd anything about that. They put on new boot (THE SAME IPS BOOT ). charged my dad 150.00 they said they only warranty there labor for five years even if we used thirty five year shingles. Plus when they put the new roof on and new ply wood. I found in the eve of roof a gap that the shingles were raised up from ply wood was put on wrong. I called they said no, but when he came out he tore off shingles and found out it was not put down wrong. He repaired and put shingles back down without putting the tar paper back told me it did not matter.

Greg is an amazing guy. Gave great pricing and made sure our roof was fixed proper. 10/10.
