Location was clean, pretty interior. Kim did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows! I feel like a new woman. She took her time and it didn’t hurt. Prices are reasonable. The only weird thing was a lack of background noise, like there was no music, no tv on or anything that you usually have at a salon. So it was kinda awkward but may have just been off on that day. Will definitely be returning!

The facility was clean. The service was poor and the wait time too long. If you were there for a pedicure you were placed in a chair and left to soak for more than 30 minutes. Once someone came over to provide the service they were rough, lacked patience and usually passed you on to someone else.I am over 65 and have difficulty with mobility. I had to ask the person next to me to help me out of the massage chair and foot basin so I could walk across the room to table 3 to get a manicure. The girl watched from across the room and never moved.Once there, she rapidly clipped my nails squarely (not round as I requested) and passed me on to another worker. He was a little more patient so I gave him the $10 tip (no one deserved one, but its not in my nature to deny giving one). They were borderline rude. My sisters-in-loves and I were making it a spa day, but barely saw each other. We were there at 12 and I had to rush out at 2:30 to attend a 3pm funeral. I left over half our party waiting for service; and WE had appointments.I wont return.

All I needed was gel polish change. No care was given to neatness. I could have done better myself. I will NOT be back!!

It was my first time coming here today. Naskita did my pedicure and she did a great job! The customer service from the staff was great too. I would suggest they offer military discounts and senior citizen discounts but overall the prices are reasonable. I will be back.

This shop only cares about money! Women go to salons for the service but also conversation. I finally built a relationship with one of their former employees Ms Lee but they fired her because she was friendly to the customers! She was the reason I went there in the first place! I showed up for my pedicure and they told me she retired. UNBELIEVABLE! A flat out lie, she was fired! Well luckily I found her and she now works at a better shop LV Nail lounge n Spa on two notch! Better service very clean with a diverse staff! And btw all their employees are licensed!

Went to get a pedi and mani at last minute before closing and they were happy to help! I will be going back!!

I so have enjoyed my experiences thus far when going to this fabulous Nails & Spa Salon. They do an awesome job with both Mani & Pedis as well as individual eyelashes or even you prefer the strip lashes...they simply aim to please. So if youre ever on this side of town or even if youre not stop on by Im sure youll ENJOY the experience!

I really wanted to like this place because it is clean and close by. But all 3 of my visits were RUSHED and semi stressful. My pedicure was rushed both times that I visited. The techs don’t communicate well and it’s impossible to relax when they are tossing your feet like a ball because they rather not ask you kindly how to move. And the whole time during the service the techs are talking to each other in their native language so loudly that its impossible for this to be a relaxing experience.For this to be a luxury salon they are EXTREMELY lacking in customer service.

They don’t even trust their own techs with doing work. And they will charge you different prices for the same service. When you think you may have just got a bag tech it’s actually only the owners that can do something to your nails

I did not have a great experience at long nails, i’ve been since the new building opening and I went early one morning to get my nails done and so that they wouldn’t be rushed because I’m sure that they get really busy. Needless to say my nails were still rushed by one of the techs. He did a poor job folding the acrylic over my nails and even shaping and buffing them. He failed to clean my cuticles also. So my nails do not look as if I got them done that morning. I called back to speak to the owner and she asked me to come back later that evening. I returned and just as I knew they would be extra busy at the time so she rushed to fix it And sliced up my cuticles. I am not a happy customer nor will I be going back.

Great customer service for me.... my sister didnt have such a great experience.... but the work itself was stupendous.... Im happy but my sister isnt

I enjoyed the experience, itself. I absolutely hated my polish change once I stepped outside and saw it in the sunlight. The white polish was so thin and my nails were not clipped like I asked. I will never cheat on my spa in Charlotte, again.

Finding a good nail salon is hard. But I thought I’d try this one for a pedicure again. First experience was ok too, but ppl keep raving about them! One thing for sure, you’re over priced and quality of service is not the best! The wait time was horrific. It’s not a customers fault you’re under staffed on a Sunday afternoon-that’s no excuse for the service level/experience!Finally the pedicure! Although it wasn’t bad, but every customer is not your friend nor a regular! Danny the tech needs to understand that and not comment as if he and the customer are BESTIES! To ask me when was the last time I had a pedicure was insulting!! Especially when it was at this same facility!! And don’t try to make it seem like customers don’t know how products work-the nail business ain’t just started today! Wish the experience was better for such a cute lil salon, but looks like I’ll continue to look until I find what’s for me and my coins.

Today was my first time there and they did a wonderful job on my pedicure and eyebrows. The cost is reasonable as well.

Ive heard kim is great but thats not who i had apparently. The lady held my eye open while putting on extensions. She glued them to my lids instead of my lashes. I had to go back the next day because a piece was twisted and have it removed. That lady told me to open my eyes while remover was still on them. Huge clumps of lashes attached. Spend the money else where.

It was Great...I have never had any issues with Long Nails. I have been a client for years and have Absolutely No Intention in going anywhere else. Kim (Owner/Manager) is Wonderful.

The manicure are overpriced and not worth it. They ONLY use water for cleaning then begin the service. This has been the first time Ive been pleased with my pedicure thanks to Resean! The eyebrow waxing experience is ALWAYS great and pleased.

They were very accommodating of my girlfriend & I, as we were walk-ins. The guy who did my nails was a lil obnoxious but everything else went well. Id visit again when Im in the area.

The gentleman who did my nails did a rush job on them. He left the edges sharp nails are different length he didn’t even completely polish the nail. Look like my nails are weeks old and just had them done today poor service very unsatisfied with the quality. First and last time I work to hard to give my money away.

Omg the worst experience ever! I had a feeling when I walked in but stuck it out as people walked in. The lady who done my feet rushed through the process I’m not satisfied I will not return. I’m upset with myself for paying $30.00 as she was doing my feet I asked her was the polish old she said no. The polished looked horrible. I try not to complain because during covid I have blessed to be able to continue working....However this establishment is the worst nail salon in the garners ferry rd area. Do not go here

I have been going to Long Nails for quite a while and have always had the best experience! Kim does amazing manicures and is so sweet to talk to! Lee does my pedicures and she is also a great conversationalist! The whole staff is just wonderful and I highly recommend them for their prices, atmosphere and wonderful staff!

Worst nail salon that I’ve been to. The nail tech that I had was on his phone the whole time acted like he didn’t want to be at work and I had to ask him to please get off his phone. He had glue under my nail bed, uneven nails and didn’t file and polish the tip of my nails. I’ve never been to a nail salon where it felt as if I was at a drive through nail salon and rushed out the door with cuticle oil running off my hands. Definitely hate wasting money and this place was surely a waste.

This is certainly a hidden gem. I got a gel pedicure and acrylics that look fantastic. The associates who took care of me were so friendly and wouldn’t stop complimenting me! The employees there are so courteous and sweet. Their work was fantastic. I highly recommend.

Prices were good and the staff was nice, however bubble started forming on the polish the day after I got them done. A few nails have broken off already and Ive only had them for about a week. Overall, the nails look nice (before the breaking and bubbles), felt smooth, and were very well done. Prices were also reasonable. $35 for a full set with gel polish compared to $45 elsewhere.

I went for a manicureAnd the lady didnt shape my nails her only concern was me getting gel polish once i declined so did service i usually go to Ms Lee but she was busy i should have waited. The polish was old and sticky..

The 1st visit and month ago was OK the technician was new and he didnt do a very good job on mine toenails in fact he gave me an ingrown but very nice visited a month later and got nails replaced they were pretty good though he tore up my cuticles Im sure he was tired but he does a great job

Today my service was excellent. Even though they seemed a little rushed my naliist took time with me and suggested I do an overlay. Which was great... my eyebrow were arched really well. Happy with the service.

Do not go! Spent $55 on dip powder for nails on Saturday, by next week Thursday two nails had broken. Can usually go 3 weeks before going back; first time/ last time 🤮

Their shaping is horrible and they can only do regular polish or gel and that is going to cost you $60 for nub length natural length. Not to mention the new nasty nail techs. Never again.

One older nail tech must have had a bad day and was drunk the time I visited their salon. First she was cutting my nails crooked and I had kindly informed her that they were uneven. Then she forgot to apply the top and came back to me while I was at the drying station to put it on. While applying it, she dropped polish on my purse. Again, I kindly asked her for a piece of cotton to remove the polish off my purse. She gave me what I requested but then started expressing herself in own language to her the other nail techs.

My experience was great. I went in to have both my eyebrows and chin waxed. I was in and out of there in about twenty minutes. Kelly was awesome. Will return in two weeks.

We recently moved to the area and after a really really terrible experience at the mall evvvveryone who had nice nails said to go here to long nails that everyone in there was great. So my daughter and I went and Henrys an amazing nail artist and we love our nails. They were fast and listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that were amazing. My daughters ombre even glows in the dark!!! Mine sparkles We have found our nail salon home. We will be back!!!!

The man doing my nails rushed to get to his next appointment. He wouldnt clean around my nails. The polish on two nails have bubbles, and the polish on my toe chipped all in less than 24 hours and using gel polish.

This is the worst nail salon in Columbia. I went in there today at 10:30am waited until 11:00am for someone to do my eyebrows but no one ever came so I walked out. This happens every time I go here. It was not really busy. I will not be returning.

Services: Absolutely amazing! When i arrived, immediately they had a chair ready for me. I told them I was a fan of geometry and they did a perfect square nail for me. This place is super clean and beautifully decorated. Definitely A++.

Long Nails is close to my home and my favorite salon. Nicky is especially friendly and very good at what she does. She was recommended to me by a friend for eyebrow, fullset, gels. She has never failed to make me look good when done...Ive been to many salons in-state, out of state, and I would put Nicky up there with the best. Ask for her when you visit. You wont be disappointed.

Very poor and unprofessional service! DO NOT visit this shop. I used to go here years ago and returned to give them another chance! This was a huge mistake. After visiting for about 2 months I am being charged one price and all of a sudden within 2 weeks get charged another price for the same service without notice. I spoke with the manager after being no flipped off by my nail technician Kelly and asked for special exception because of being a loyal customer. I explained I used to come there and started back coming to give them a chance! This unprofessional woman still would not clear up the confusion! I stated I want return for business if this isnt cleared up. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off in front of a crowd of other customers. The person who actually did my nails Kelly had an attitude the entire time and immediately flipped off when I asked her about the pricing. And to add when I arrived this morning the owner was talking about some fight that had broke out last week at the shop between two customers and thats why her door was busted! Stay away and beware this place is not good for business!

The place is super posh and when I walked in I was greeted by a stunning, slim asian woman. My technician did a terrific job, while even giving me advice on tending to my nails. The salon is very clean and a very tranquil space. Absolutely, 5 Stars!

They are always LATE!!! The hours for everyday of the week except Sundays say 10am-7pm. They are never here on time! Now mind you they do a good job but where’s the respect for you customers that want to get here before its jam packed in the middle of the day?????

Was done with full set in 20 minutes. I added a pedicure The tech nicked my cuticles a few times and did not understand what color I was requesting. Otherwise the service was good. Because I spent over $70, I was offered a beverage. It was very busy due to the holiday.
