The atmosphere and staff were amazing. Each so welcoming and detailed with the care they gave to me and my sister. Im new to the area and have been searching for a new location. I will certainly continue to come here and highly recommend. This felt like spa treatment! We both were highly satisfied and look forward to our next service.

I asked for the organic La Dona pedicure and it was so relaxing! Such a great experience! They added fresh produce and dried flowers to the water which smelled amazing. They offered me a drink (choices between wine, water, or a soda). The sugar scrub and the cream masque were luxurious and then the hot towel and hot stone massage were on point. I felt very pampered. My toes look fabulous, also, as she did an excellent job with attention to detail. I will most definitely be coming back!

We just moved to the area & today was my first time at the nail spa. Leah was very professional, even contacted me on the day they were closed, because I wasn’t aware they were closed & called to schedule an appointment.. She was pleasant, engaging, calm & professional. Hannah did my pedicure & even she was calm, pleasant, I think I even fell asleep with the foot massage. The ambiance was top notch & definitely met my expectations.

I google this nail salon on a Sunday the reviews was very goodI called. And told them what I wanted it was no problem she told me to come on in. Me and my boyfriend got a pedicure and I got a fill in. The staff was very nice, and professional this is the kind service you look for when you spending your money. Very beautiful salon. The atmosphere was so pleasant. They offer you something to drink when you walk in. I unknowingly walked in last closing time and they still accepted me and treated me so kind. My manicure pedicure was horrible look at the end of my feet my heel is looking bad they do not shave the back skin they don’t even touch it and when well with this place they don’t do they don’t shave it and they don’t put nothing on the water they put petals I do not know what that do but my feet feels horrible my nails is looking horrible they could have done better my nails and I told her that I have a one-year-old I would like a little bit of nails not as long as these and they got bumps she didn’t smooths it inside and out The have bumps like an egg not liking it 113.00 Dallor ppl

This salon is nice and beautiful interior. The customer service we received while here was very good. I love the fact that my crew and I were able to all serviced at the same time without an appointment. My moms nails turned out excellent, and lasted for a good period of time. My nails on the other hand, they were very nice looking when I left the salon. However, the foil design that I got on my nails did not last for a week. Not only did it not last, but the polish underneath started to tarnish and needed a fill, unlike the other nails that did not have foil. For the amount of money I paid I expect my nails to last until I need to get them done again. Aside from that, just basing it off my mothers nails, I will consider going to them again next time in the area.

Me and my grandmother went to get our nails and feet done and at first we thought wow this place looks amazing I got my feet done first and a man did them and they looked great but my legs were cut and burned from him scrubbing hard and putting very hot water on the towels my nails were done matte black and the back weren’t shaved down my finger was super glued to the nail and the nail was lumpy my grandmother asked for gel and she didn’t get gel on her feet like she asked and they were smudged her nails were nice but could have been better (very pricey)

NU is awesome. I visit her every two weeks and my nails always look fabulous. Definitely recommend La Dona Nails.

Found this review on Facebook smh.May 18, 2019 I went to La Doña Nail Bar located at 10008 Two Notch Rd. Columbia, SC. Even though the nail salon is very vibrant and fresh- the type of service I received was despicable and no one should ever have to experience what I endured at this establishment.Yesterday, I went to get a full set of coffin shaped acrylic nails. As the owner started to work on my nails, a new client came in. The owner then said the other nail technician would finish my nails after she was finished with a clients’ pedicure who was being serviced when I arrived- (she was the only client there). The nail technician started to put tips on my nails, and said it would be an additional charge for the length being that the coffin shaped needed to be a certain length. However, initially the owner told me a set standard price, he never mentioned an additional charge or any other fees that would apply. To ensure the length is what I wanted, I asked the nail technician if she could show me the length the additional $5 would be. She stated “Yes” as if she was was very irritated. However, I thought maybe she was having a rough morning- so I didn’t comment. Once she was done showing me the length for the additional $5, I told the nail technician I didn’t need my nails to be that long because they grow really fast. The nail technician began cutting my nails short -which I was fine with. I asked the nail technician would she be able to make the nails more narrower.The nail technician began to get irate, raising her voice and saying “Your nails are too wide” I said “Mam I’m ok with the length, but I would like to know if you will be able to make the nails narrower once you file them. The nail technician-blatantly ignored my question, so I requested that she just take the nails off.The nail technician began to get more irate- at this point she is yelling and causing me to feel very uncomfortable I told her- “you are being very unprofessional!”.The nail technician started to cut my nails and the tips she placed on them were very low. The nail technician proceeded to use the electric filer to “remove” the tips. Suddenly, she walked away as she was working on my nails. I asked the nail technician, “Are you going to remove the tips” the nail technician once again blatantly ignored me. I proceeded to ask, if she understood what I was saying- because I didn’t want her to continue to do something I was not satisfy with.As I was anticipating a response from the nail technician. The owner placed my hands in acetone to soak off the tips. I asked the owner, “Will I have to pay to soak the tips off? “. The owner said, “No, just sit there and be quiet!”. I asked the owner, “who are you talking to like that?”. As I am communicating to the owner my dissatisfaction of the service- he came over and violently removed the acetone as my hands are in the bowl causing it to spill on the floor and the station.The owner called the police, and gave a description that was exaggerated to pose myself as a threat. He told the dispatch I was 5’8- which I am only 5’3. The receptionist began to record me, and I asked her to stop because I did not give her permission.I was furious to the point, I called my mother and asked her to come to the location. I was discriminated against because I am an African American woman. The owner called the police simply because I was not satisfied with the service I was receiving, and he felt “intimidated” by a 5’3 African American women.I am so tired as an African American woman being discriminated against because the color of my skin. Being that this was a civil matter and not a criminal matter there was not much that could be done by LE. However, I will never support a business that does not like persons of color. I just thank God the incident didn’t go another way. Please DO NOT support this business.The pictures attached are my nails currently. To give a visual as to how the tips are still on, and have yet to be removed.

II am leaving this review as a warning to others ! Please choose to take your money elsewhere (especially POC) . This nail bar is VERY unprofessional, rude, discriminatory, and disrespectful . I left a previous review on their other business page (as did others) and their business took their page down. They removed their page after arguing endlessly with anyone who complained or wasn’t satisfied with their work. La Doña Nail Bar continued to be unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful even on their own business page.

I got a gel manicure and found Nu and the other staff are very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this nail salon to anyone.
