Love Helen! Orange is the new mani, the purple was 3-4 weeks old

I have been going to this place for 15 years, give or take. Helen is my go to lady but I have had my nails and feet done by everybody here when she’s been busy or on vacation and everyone here always does amazing work. No matter how busy they day or bad the day everyone here is courteous, professional, and pleasant. I’ve seen the crew here deal with a wide variety of customers from good to bad and no matter how bad a client may be they always finish with a smile and manner and never let it carry over to the next customer. If you treat them them with kindness and a smile they will treat you like family. Their work is always immaculate and well done. Never had a bad experience here. And everyone I’ve sent here always leave beyond satisfied and showing off their new nails. Definitely recommend them if you’ve never been!! I recommend calling and booking an appointment so that if they’re busy you won’t have to wait too long.

Helen at A&A is the best in the business! The nail salon was just remodeled and looks spectacular! I have been going to Helen for many years and i get exceptional service every time! The staff is professional, polite, and experienced with all services related to manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend this salon! 5 stars! :)

Absolutely loved my visit to A & A Nails today! The specialist matched the acrilic to my natural nails and did an amazing job with the dip gel.

Did a good job on my pedicure, we’re able to quickly fit me in as a walk in, appears clean and sanitary, and pricing was reasonable. Just wish the massage chair worked!

Got my gel fill-in, nail color change and eyebrow waxing done by Cindy and she was great!! My nails are short and square like I wanted them and my eyebrows look damn good. I was reluctant to go because of the other reviews but I was treated very well and I saw lots of sistas. Will be returning.

I decided to try new place. This is by far the worst experience. Rushed work. Very unprofessional, inexperienced and not sanitary. I came out bleeding manicure.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Tony is the best he always do a good job. The place is very clean. They follow Covid guidelines.

Simple atmosphere, was greeted by a kind gentleman who seemed to be working on a manicure. I requested a wax and he immediately attended me, getting my eyebrows and upper lip done in a back room. I was long overdue for one of these, and he was very gentle. I think he said his name was Tommy or Thomas, I couldn’t hear him clearly. But I would recommend him for sure. I think he just had oil to soothe the wax redness, other places have a cooling gel that seems to cool down the redness faster for me but other than that, if you need a wax and are close by, this is a decent place.

I was greeted a mile away base on my visit the last time. I love this visit, I saw a new guy that I never saw on my last visit. He was very helpful and attentive . He polished my toes because thats all I need and I am very much pleased.

If you decide to come here only work with the men. There is an older man who does an amazing job. The women are terrible and rude and leave the place dirty when he isnt around.Today I came in and got my cuticles cutt and my natural nails buffed and I was charged $20. It is not worth it at all.

I went there for the first time today! Thomas was great!!! Her nailed my nails and brows!!! Very pleased!!! I went in and asked for Thomas or Cindy! The young girl knew her stuff too.

I walked in at 7:20 pm today and was refused service. I was told they were closed despite the sign on their door clearly stating they are open until 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday. I tried to ask about the hours and was rudely interrupted and told a second time that they were closed and they had other customers to service. There were no other customers waiting to be seen. There were two customers finishing up their services - one getting a pedicure by another technician and one waiting for her nails to dry so she could leave.

The lady doing my pedicure took forever, did a lousy job, equipment not sterilized. She cut my toe, didnt clean blood off tools with alcohol or anything, just threw back in her tray for next customer. So disappointed.

Walked in and they refused me service after an extensive dialog between two techs in their native language. One was free..both looked like they didnt want to be botheres. It was 3hrs before closing

Thomas did a great job with my nails. He said the gel manicure should last three weeks. I was skeptical since my nails had always started peeling or chipping around two weeks after getting done. Today marked four weeks since they were done and not one is peeling or chipped. Really happy with their service!

Some what friendly, and very loyal to regular customers. I didnt mind soaking my feet for 40 minutes. However it has been less than a week and my gel polish plus toe polish is chipped.

Stay away from this nail salon. I was racially profiled as if I was not not going to pay for my nail service. As soon as I entered I was given a disrespectful question of how am I going to pay and the man proceeded to ask for my credit card to hold it until I was done with the service. I would never have given my money to this place; however, my usual nail salon is closed on Mondays. I would never return. Stay away, the place is DIRTY; people are RUDE and disrespectful!!!!!!!

This place is HORRIBLEI live right down the street and I drive right by this establishment all the time and never went in. today I decided to go in and have a fill in and wax .They tried to charge me $55 when is advertised on the signs that a fill in gel is 25 bucks. when I questioned the pricing I was told the 20 extra dollars for gel polish, so I was being charged $20 for polish, highway robbery.There are several good nail salons that I have been to in the Columbia area that are far cheaper cleaner and do a much better job.this place is disgusting flies were flying all around it . one landed on my five year old daughter I do not recommend a dog to have service at this establishment. if you want quality services and not to be robbed in nickel and dimed stay far away from this place.

I would give no stars if possible. Very rude and argumentative when you ask for. I use to come here all the time but had a certain person. I will never go back.

I work very close to this nail salon, so I have been there several times. Over the last year, it has gotten pretty dirty. Today, I went to get my eyebrows done. The woman got wax in my hair and tried to remove it with baby oil. She also got a significant amount of wax on my eyelid, and rather than try to remove it with oil, she removed it by ripping it off. All of this was taking place as she and another worker were talking to each other by screaming to one another from one room to the other.I have been dissatisfied with this salon in the past and today was the last straw. I will not be returning.

We walked in at 5 on a Saturday and he said nope we are closed and we said it is only 5 you close at 7:30 and he said I let them all leave early
