We used Stanley Steamer to clean the air ducts in a duplex we purchased. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge, explanation of the process, and efficiency. They went above and beyond and even gave valuable advice on getting rid of pet odors which is not the service we had them preform. I will definitely use them again when we need carpets steamed or air ducts cleaned.

Recently had our dryer vent and carpets cleaned. I originally scheduled for an air duct and dryer vent cleaning. After John and Nicole arrived and inspected our home they informed us that we did not need an air duct cleaning and instead needed better filters. I loved their honesty! That saved us a lot of money and we will definitely be using them in the future. A week later we were scheduled for carpet cleaning. They came in and did a great job in a timely manner! They will move almost all of your furniture for you and put it all back on blocks so your furniture doesn’t get ruined while your carpets are drying! Very ethical and professional company. Confirmed our time window, arrived at the beginning, very prompt and responsive customer service. While I had booked a sofa cleaning with them, the technician began our session by testing the couchs material in a couple places with a few different tests. After about 15 minutes of testing, he told me he would be unable to treat it as the white cotton material would turn brown and splotchy. He let me know there would be no charge, and showed me where on the interior of the couch he had spot tested. I really appreciated his attention to detail, and even though they would lose business, they were upfront about their capabilities. While today didnt work out, I will be recommending this business because of their honest business practices, you dont see that every day!

John Dean of Columbia, MO Stanley Steemer is amazing. We had an appointment to get our ducts cleaned. He showed up and gave us a great explanation of the process including diagrams. Once he started inspecting our ducts and taking pictures of the inside of our ducts, he told us that they were clean enough already and that it was not necessary to clean them.He said Stanley Steemer takes pride in being honest and not taking a customers money if their work wouldn’t make a difference. We were very happy with his professionalism and all the money he saved us. We highly recommend him and will take advantage of his carpet cleaning services in the future.

The worker that cleaned my carpet is named John Dean and he was amazing. I was in the hospital and my elderly dog could not hold her urine until someone came to take her out. I had quite a few spots plus odor problems. John addressed all of these problems while he was here. He got up the spots and also deodorized the carpet. My carpet is old but you would never know it now. Thank you John for a great job. I certainly appreciate it.

Having just moved into our new house, I was uncertain as to if our vents needed cleaned or not. I called John at Stanley Steemer to see if they’d be able to check them for us before cleaning them. He called prior to arriving, arrived when he said he would, then proceeded to take pictures of our vents and explain the process thoroughly. They told me they would move the furniture but they only sent one guy and he couldn’t move the couch so the rug underneath cannot be cleaned. The technician also showed up to the house without a mask on during the height of Covid. Very unprofessional

Wont hire Stanley steamer. Everytime Id call for a quote the lady on the phone would change it. Overpriced. Had a local company do it for $30 cheaper and better customer service.
