Whitehall did a great job on my carpets! Not only did the carpet look brand-new when they were done, but the pet stains/odors from our dog were gone too. The techs showed up on time and were very polite. I would recommend Whitehall to anyone in the Columbia area.

I received carpet cleaning service. I did not give 5 stars because I requested mask and shoe covers and they were not wearing either. They were on time and I arrived a little late. They started cleaning before I got there. A contractor let them in my home. I wish they would have waited so we could have viewed the rooms before the service.

I thought the folks cleaning should have done a better job explaining up front the process and how long it was going to take. They also didn’t clean up after themselves when leaving… left a long trail of water residue on my wood floors from the hoses.Many of the stains in the carpet resurfaced after a week or so.I’m not sure we’ll use Whitehall again.Edited to add: The reservation/appointment was under the name RHOAD.

From setting up the day of service to finishing up and after I am very pleased with the service, the customer care over the phone, the people who came to perform the service and the response I received regarding my questions after the service. I have used Whitehall in the past and will continue in the future. We had an accident on our carpet and after trying for 2 days to get rid of the horrible lingering smell of urine in our brand new carpet I decided to let the professionals handle it. I am glad I did. I calles a few days later I had an appointment. On time and quickly the service was explained and performed. After the two gentlemen left I called customer service because there was a funny smell and it was explained that it’s part of the process and if not gone another service would be done for a few of $30 I believe. It was not needed. By the next day as promised no smells of any kind, I got on my hands and knees to smell the two specific spots of the accident and there is no smell of any kind. I am pleased and satisfied with the service and response provided when I freaked out thinking the room would still smell like sour stuff. Great communication.

We just recently closed on our newly built house. The contractors brought in red clay on their shoes after it rained and the clay got all over the carpet. They tried to clean it, but could not. We called Whitehall to see if they could. They were at the house the next day and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. No more red clay! I would definitely recommend Whitehall to anyone that needs carpet cleaning.

We had Whitehall Carpet Cleaners power wash the front of our house, which gets very little sunlight and had been growing some mold, as well as the overhangs and gutters all the way around. It looks so good! I dealt with Matt, who is both professional and very pleasant. They arrived when I expected them, charged what was agreed upon beforehand, and left our house looking super. We will definitely be using them in the future.

The guys had a hold up at their previous appointment so they were about an hour and a half late. However they offered me a discount and instead cleaned the outdoor carpet on the porch that was nasty and got it very clean. They did a really good job on my floors throughout the house, getting all and any stains up. It smelled fresh and they were pretty dry when they left. They did my living room, 3 bedrooms, stairs, game room and porch and were complete in about 1.5 hours! There prices are better than any of the big guys and I have recommended them to my realtor and everyone i know and will use them again if I can.

We had Whitehall Carpet Cleaners come and do all of our hardwoods, tile, and carpets. Weve lived in the house for almost 6 years, have 2 big dogs, and 3 cats. Weve never had the carpets professionally cleaned. I really expected to hear them say there were some issues with the carpet upstairs that they werent able to get cleaned up. Sure enough, all the spots and stains in my carpet are gone! Everyone was extremely professional, and pleasant to deal with. All in all, dealing with the folks at Whitehall Carpet Cleaners was amazing! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors professionally cleaned!

Their carpet professionals arrived on time and were helpful, answering my questions willingly. The carpets look great. This is the only company I have used for carpet cleaning in 25 years.

Everything was fine. The employee was on time and did what he could to get a coffee spill out of my recliner.

John and another gentleman cleaned my carpet on Sept 2, 2020. They removed numerous pet stains and the carpet looked and smelled so much better when they were done. They were both very courteous and professional. John recalculated the price to be less than what I was initially quoted. I appreciated his honesty. I have decided to update my review to 3 stars over 1 star after speaking with one of the owners. I made a review before speaking to someone about our issues. We do appreciate them contacting us and stating they would return to clean it again, but we were still overall dissatisfied with the outcome.Please keep in mind we have low pile cream color carpet. This was our pet room and we seriously cleaned the room before the carpet was cleaned because we painted 2 days prior to them coming. We were completely unaware that damp carpet would make it look fairly decent for a short period of time. We were made aware while on the phone with one the owners that the dirt can resurface after drying and if the carpet was treated before it can be affect the outcome. That wasnt the only problem it was the after smell. We followed all the directions left the window closed and placed the fan on high. They stated before leaving it would make the sink in. We also used two fans used for drying carpet. The scent was completely masked while still damp and we paid extra for the pet odor eliminator. This was clearly temporary because by mid day the next day the pet odor quickly returned. At this point we had already spoken with one of the owners and said we didnt want them to return we wanted to replace our carpet instead. The service was done on a 8/18/20 and we had our carpet replaced in that room on 8/20/20. Our room is 10.5x10.5 we paid $125 to get the carpet cleaned. I purchased new carpet at a fairly low price and had the company install the carpet for $85. We were told the dirt could be trapped in the carpet or even the pad. The company that replaced everything for us said that pad was in fairly decent condition for it being a dog room for a year. We have cement, pad, carpet so there wasnt wood underneath to absorb the odor or stain. Overall we stand by what we originally said. We appreciate the call, but pet specialty is not their expertise. We cant believe a company would charge $85 to install all new carpet and a pad, but we paid $125 to get carpet cleaned. We feel completely stupid and please dont make the same mistake we did. Really look around on all your options first.

I have been a happy customer for years; Whitehall would come to my home and clean the carpet in my bedroom. Recently, we had the carpet replaced with hardwood, but I needed rugs cleaned. Whitehall picked them up, cleaned and reinstalled my rugs. The cleaning was exceptional. Spots that I’d thought would never come out are gone. What great service. Staff are polite, efficient, and delightful.

Filled out the questionnaire on their website and they quickly responded. Texted me about pricing and answered questions quickly & offered resources. Technicians(?) called to let me know their ETA and upon arrival were amicable and inquired about/listened to any concerns. Worked really efficiently, clearly have a good system down with each technician performing certain tasks to keep the flow moving. Explained what I needed to know about time frame and use of carpets after cleaning. Took credit card payment over the phone, which is a little bit less secure, but give you an invoice/receipt of the work, so you have something to match.

I remember as a local Columbia-area resident in my youth having Whitehall Carpet Cleaning come to our house and do an excellent job. This was back in the 1990s. Theres a reason theyve been in business this long, and todays visit to my home is a testament to their continued focus on service, timeliness, and value.I had to re-schedule my visit initially due to to a work conflict, and the kind lady that answered the phone set me up a week later with no issue. Today they arrived slightly ahead of schedule, and since I work from home, I had to quickly explain what we needed and then disappear into my office upstairs.After my several hour work call, I came downstairs to find my previously stained, 7 year old white sofa looking nearly brand new. The carpeted areas and area rugs they cleaned looked pristine as well.Im sure there are other excellent carpet/upholstery cleaning businesses in the area, but I have had Whitehall Carpet Cleaning service our home several times with consistently excellent results. Why change a good thing?Youre in great hands with these guys.

My mother in law gifted us with a furniture cleaning as a house warming gift. The gentlemen that came out the first time were very friendly, professional and we enjoyed them. The furniture they cleaned did not come out how we expected, however. It still looked dirty. We waited a few days for it to dry we thought maybe the dampness was affecting it, but it looked the same so we called the company back to see if maybe the solution didn’t agree with the couches. They were apologetic for how the cleaning turned out and quickly rescheduled another cleaning. The new employees were great and the second cleaning was just what we needed. We are very happy with the business and would use them again!

I learned pretty close to the last day of my lease that I was required to have the carpets professionally cleaned. I was able to easily schedule online and confirm via text- which was incredibly valuable in the midst of the moving chaos. On the day of our appointment it was pouring down rain and I felt awful that they had to keep going in and out in the rain. They arrived on time and cleaned all the rooms quickly. I was very pleased.

We called Whitehall that morning and they where t our home by lunch time. The carpet was very damaged by the tenant before us and our landlord thought it couldnt be saved. This was the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had. We have had this carpet cleaned twice before, by two diffrent companies and it looked nothing like when Whitehall finished. The tech was very professional and he did an emaculate job. This cleaning saved our landlord a lot of money. Will definitely be using them from now on.
