I picked this company because of the cool title, but I had no idea I was getting the best in the business...his cleaning equipment was powerful and affective. Our carpet is restored! Jay didnt charge an arm and a leg for his help either. He gave me a military discount and cleaned two rooms, but after seeing the quality of work, I happily paid full price. I will only use Jay from now on

This is by far the best carpet cleaning service I have had in years! I have had him clean my carpets quarterly in a rental and passed move out with no issues. Very happy that I went with Special Operations for my carpet cleaning. My carpet hadnt been cleaned in a long time and had acquired a lot of stains. Jason was able to get them all out and has the carpet looking like when I moved in. Smells great too. He was very kind and professional. Great experience.

Jay was excellent! He was very quick to respond and I had no problems booking an appointment that worked around my schedule. He was very accommodating, prompt, and did an amazing job on my carpet. I had a small puppy who left evidence that he was potty training all over my apartment and it looks (and smells) like his mess never happened.
