Absolutely terrible experience. I needed mild mold remediation and the company did not treat all of the crawl space. It cost me a buyer on my home because it failed the Home Inspection. DO NOT USE SERVPRO. They did not do a good job or take pride in ensuring the job is completed correctly. After paying them, I had to hire another company to do it correctly without getting any kind of refund. It was wasted money.

We left the windows and sunroof open on our minivan and had a summer downpour. After another day and a half of scattered thunderstorms, it became obvious we would not be drying the van out on our own. My husband was hesitant to hire it done due to cost, but the horrible smell and squishy seats helped me convince him on day 2. SERVPRO of Williamson County got my van in right away, were very professional and informative about the whole process and cost, and they got the van dry in a shorter time than they quoted me. They were not as costly as we expected - far cheaper than if we had to buy equipment to dry the van ourselves! Were very satisfied with the service and will call them again if we need anything like this done.

Servpro responded to my home for what I thought was a small water leak and found areas that I had no idea were wet. They saved my hardwood floor and dried my carpet without making a big mess. The folks that came out were very nice and seemed to really know what they were talking about. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our crawl space flooded due to a broken pipe during freezing temperatures. The initial response was very prompt, however follow-up calls were never returned. The Sercpro team came out to initially pump the flooded crawl space, however they never returned to complete the remainder of the job.
