Servpro did a fantastic job cleaning my house after a kitchen fire. I was truly impressed by the employees dedication to my job.Their employee only damaged one piece of Beleek fine China. Month later, Im still waiting for $54.00 payment .Most of my clothing, rugs pillows were returned to me clean & smoke free. However there is an area rug, brown seating cushion, and recipe cards & books that have NOT been returned.The project manager keeps promising delivery but my items are still missing 2 months later.Yes the co. had to deal with a flood crisis in Mo. However, my job has not been completed, items are missing, and have fallen to the bottom of their “ to do list.” I am frustrated & just can’t leave a glowing review because of that. I can say the in house cleaning job was superior.
