Amazing Service All Around 😀!!Customer Service was professional and friendly with follow up communication via texts confirming scheduled appointment( next day-Wow!)and the name of the tech coming out. Jake(Manager) also displayed the same attributes along with staying in communication with me as well advising me the name of my tech. My rate was very reasonable and I appreciate Jake for accommodating me in wanting me to have such a pleasurable experience(in which I did). My tech Isaiah was the best😀!. Very mild mannered, polite, patient,courteous and professional 😀! He explained the process to me and helped with putting the furniture back in place 😀! I wish I could have given Safe Dry a better review, however, I have not had the best experience with the company. My appointment was for 1:30pm. The tech didnt show up until 2:23pm. I already understood they were low staffed in the NE Columbia side of town, so the time wasnt that big of a deal. The issue I had was more so with the quality of the service. I had 3 rooms done but it didnt look like there was any difference from before. If they felt/knew they wouldnt have been able to make it look any better, I would have liked to know that. It took them less than an hour to do 3 rooms, which seems rushed. Overall, I am neither encouraging nor discouraging anyone from using Safe Dry. Do so of your own will. Lastly, to whoever is reading this, I hope you get the service you desire, no matter which company does it.

I’d like to start off by saying that Joshua who came out today did a good job returning my rug and hitting the target areas in my carpet that need to be fixed. I would like to give him five stars.Now for the business itself three stars has been gracious. I had them come out almost 2 months ago to clean my carpet upstairs and clean my cowhide rug. My rug was gone for almost a little over a month before realizing nobody had called me back about returning it. Understandingly we found out that the business went through some changes and management changes(the previous employee didn’t work there anymore, and also didn’t mark my rug correctly) but after talking with management and sending pictures of what my rug looked like, there still seemed to be an issue finding my rug. I sent pictures a week before and was told somebody would come out the following Monday to bring it back nobody showed up nor was I on the schedule it was rescheduled for the following Monday at nine at this point it’s almost been two months. It’s been very annoying when I’ve been trying to be understanding of the situation. The problem I have is once I sent a picture of the rug, I was asked to resend it again because they weren’t sure which one or whatever it was.I’m happy to have my rug back and it did get cleaned.

I’m sorry I know all these reviews say they are great but they just aren’t….literally came and did nothing to my carpet and wanted $180 for the work. I’m beyond disappointed. The tech came, used a home vacuum and a buffer …no steamer no real deep cleaning just a cheap solution and a quick buff oh and yea a quick scrub with a broom no heavy machine work at all . My entire apartment looked beyond untouched. Paid tech because I know it’s not much he can do but work with what he got but the work was so bad I wanted to kick him out and pay nothing. I’ve got better results with a rug doctor. I feel robbed honestly I could have sweep my floor myself because that’s what they did

This business is spot on! I’ve had my felt couch for almost 6 years. I also have two dogs that I love sharing the couch with. So you can imagine the stench. After they were done the couch looked and smelled amazing! They also cleaned one of my area rugs for free. It also looks super good. If you need some work done, call this company.

I booked this company through their online service the night before I needed them. Less than 1 hour before my scheduled appointment, they let me know that they would not be coming, and that online bookings did not guarantee an appointment. I was not able to take care of the issue same-day because of their very late cancellation and am disappointed in the poor customer service. The booking email confirmation that I received is attached.Follow up 8/9/21: I sent a message on 7/31/21 to the email given in the generic response to my complaint. No response after more than a week. Shocker. Do not use this company.

I had called safe dry because my cousin got her carpet cleaned and it looked AMAZING and they sent me the same technician that cleaned my cousins carpet.. Will use Isaiah and safe dry again!!!

We got off to a rocky start but the level of customer service I have received is amazing. My issue was quickly resolved and they have truly gone above and beyond as a company. Dontorious was extremely professional and polite. My carpets look amazing, even in the walk ways and entrances and, they smell as clean and fresh as they look. Trying to sell our home so I scheduled appointment at 2:00pm to carpet clean high traffic spots in 3 rooms and a blue dye spot. I was quoted $88 for 3 rooms. 20 minutes after he was supposed to show Up I had to call them to see if he was still coming. They said he was just behind and he’ll be there soon. 3:00pm I called them back, they gave me the same answer. At 3:30 I called a 3rd time telling them i HAD to leave my house no later than 5pm to pick up my daughter From daycare. They told me he would be there WAY BEFORE I had to leave. He arrived at 4:50pm. I had to leave him at my house alone while I went to get my daughter. Then, the carpets literally looked like he sprayed it with water. I was charged $220. I called the next day to ask for a refund and told the lady I was just going to rent a shampooer from Lowe’s and do the work myself because I couldn’t take another day off work. And was told the manager would call me to discuss a refund. After 5 days of not hearing from anyone, I called again. They then proceeded to tell me the Procedure was for a “re-cleaning” refunds were not allowed....of which I said that wasn’t necessary I cleaned the carpets myself, traffic stays were completely gone but the blue dye spot was replaced. I still wanted to talk to the manager so I asked that he call me back. Still no call.***WORST customer service ever: late for appointment, no communication, Offered wrong quotes over the phone, And the $30 shampooer from Lowe’s did a better job of cleaning my carpets than the $220 “professional” cleaning. Save yourself some money (and some time) and go to Lowe’s and rent a shampooer. Do not use this company.

They did such great job! I was able to get an appointment 3 hours after I booked ... which was awesome! And the 2 men that came out (Alamain and Dwayne.. I’m terrible with names, I believe that was it) were so incredibly nice and professional. I was super nervous using a company to clean because I feel they always try to upsell you and get more money. There was none of that at all. I received 2 calls, 1 before my appt and 1 after making sure I was 100% satisfied. They seriously did a perfect job!

Called over a week in advance for cleaning of a one bedroom and living room. The day they were supposed to come do the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning three times. They never showed but assured me they would be there the following day in the morning so that i could turn in keys on time. Everytime they were supposed to arrive i was never informed that they would be late. I kept having to call and check. Both yesterday and today i have had to wait in an empty house for hours for them to show up. After being told several times they would come and never showed i had to cancel the services and turn keys in without having the carpet cleaned. Everytime i called they kept saying he has been held up at another job. Do they have more than one person working there? Im absolutely disappointed. Ive read great reviews about this service but if they cant even bother to show it makes them very unreliable especially when youre moving and are assured of services. Would never call for services here again. Regardless if theyre great or not it isnt relaible.

Best carpet cleaning I’ve ever received! I have a rambunctious Beagle that has given me issues inside the house before, and no carpet cleaning company could help me. That is until I contacted Chris with Safe-Dry and he took care of all my carpet issues on the first visit! Will definitely use again and I highly recommend Chris.

I was able to get a quick date for my carpet to be cleaned. I just purchased a home and wanted the carpets cleaned due to the long wait for getting new carpet placed down. The estimate I was given was $610 for my home and was for a deep clean to guarantee the concerns I had would be cleaned without a doubt other than one spot. Long story short my carpet looks exactly the same. I called to speak to a supervisor/Manager and one never got on the phone or called back like promised. The did send the same guy out after I asked for someone different that showed up over an hour and a half late to go back over my carpet. I then still had all of the same issues. I called bs k again and was placed on hold for thirty minutes and then hung up on. To replace my carpet was $830. I explained to the customer service rep & technician no one would agree to pay that amount with feeling reassured the job would get done and done properly! I would never recommend anyone to use this company they are very unprofessional and the job they do is definitely not worth the amount they charge.

Worked one day. Nearly died from riding with the driver. Saw a piss poor cleaning done for a customer and didnt get paid. I have reached out to them three times now and they still wont pay me. Its like they have no proof I exist. Im going to look at my legal options. This is unacceptable and very shady.

Made an appointment for April 3, 2021 technician never showed up after 3 hours. Decided to try again made an early appointment at 9AM April 10, 2021. It’s now 10AM and no technician. Called the office 2 times and the lady who answered just kept placing me on hold. Please save your sanity and go with Chem Dry.

I would not recommend Safe-Dry and will never use them again.Since February, we have been trying to get a refund from Safe-Dry.First, we were quoted 1-2$ per square foot for the cleaning of our rug, which then changed to 4$ per square foot. I spoke to Reece, who assured us we would be 100% satisfied and if not would receive our money back.On Wed, Mar 4, I received a text stating the rug would be delivered between 830-9 AM and arranged my work schedule to be present. The rug never showed, I was never contacted until 530 that night by text to say the rug would be there the next day between 530-6pm. My husband rearranged his work schedule to be present. It never showed. We contacted Safe Dry and they rescheduled delivery for March 10th, for which we rearranged our work schedule again to be home. The technician Noah Jarman arrived with the rug, claiming it had been cleaned. He unrolled it - and their was still dirt on the rug; it hadn’t been touched! My husband asked Noah if he would accept the rug in its state and he agreed it looked like it hadn’t been touched. We refused the rug and he took it back to Safe Dry to clean it.We were told our rug would be returned March 26 and rearranged schedules yet again to be home. The rug never showed. Despite continuous and multiple attempts to contact Safe Dry, we never received our rug again until March 30. And still in its unclean state.Safe Dry assured us they would issue us a full refund, which we are still waiting on. We have spoken to corporate (Anthony) 4 different times, and each time we have been assured - “the check is in the mail” or “we had your previous address” (we don’t have a previous address) or “the check has been approved by the owners and checks go out on Monday.”This company’s customer service is atrocious, not to mention they are absolutely dishonest,and unethical.If I can keep one person from having to go through the absolute headache and nightmare we’ve had to, it is worth it. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

My original appt was at 1500, and I even have the confirmation text saying if they were running behind they would call, I never received that call. After waiting 5 minutes after the scheduled appt, I called to confirm if the appt was still a go and the lady at the office told me that the tech had a medical emergency and the other techs were taking over his clients. Not an issue at all- life happens.. So, we rescheduled for 1730. 1730 rolls around and I receive a text stating that Matt Thomas was on his way. I called back at the office to let them know I was literally right around the corner I just got held up in traffic due to an accident and I didnt want to miss the tech, and another lady said he wasnt on his way yet but hed call once he was. I waited over an hour at the apartment for someone to show up or at least call me. I even called back at the office and of course they were closed. It wouldnt have hurt to call, Im a pretty understanding person. I have personally worked in the cleaning industry and this is not how we treat clients. I hope your techs are well. Since I have to turn keys in, luckily I found another company who is willing to right this wrong.

Let me start by saying I scheduled my appointment for Saturday Morning at 10:30am, I received a call around 9:30am saying that it would be closer to 1:30pm-2:00pm before they could make it. No big deal. The technician did not end up arriving to my home until around 5:00pm. Again no major big deal. I had a coupon for 3 rooms (450 sq ft) for 88.00 but customer service it did not have to be 3 rooms just as long as we were under the 450 sq ft. The technician haggled with my husband about the cost saying that we didnt qualify for the coupon special which I still dont understand how because our living room was less than 300 sq ft. Finally they agreed on a rate of 150.00. The technician then came back inside saying he could not complete the job that day because he had locked his keys in his truck and had no way to get his equipment out. So we literally wasted our entire Saturday waiting on them to show up & we ended up having absolutely nothing done. He said we could reschedule the appointment so I did because maybe he was having an off day... it happens. I rescheduled my appointment for Monday at 4:30pm. Guess what the technicians did not arrive until almost 6:00pm. At this point I should have just let it go and find a different company, but instead I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Another haggle process took place we finally agreed on the 150.00 price AGAIN. They said I would receive a deep clean and they would pre-treat the high traffic areas. I took them less than 10 minutes to complete my services. MY CARPET LOOKED THE EXACT SAME AS IT DID BEFORE THEY ARRIVED. He said the high traffic areas are what they call the point of no return. Now we reason we agreed on the 150.00 price was because the basic/standard clean would not remove the high traffic stain. Apparently neither did their deep clean. At this point I was beyond furious. Once they left I borrowed a household carpet cleaner from my father in law and redid my carpet myself to see if the stains would come out. And guess what?! THEY DID. EVERY SINGLE SPOT CAME UP... So much for the point of no return. So i wasted 150.00 on a company that did absolutely nothing. Next time Ill just start by doing it myself or calling another company.
