Being that I’m coming from Jaguar Land Rover Cary, I would say that Jaguar Land Rover Columbia is a total downgrade!I was calling for two weeks to schedule an appointment and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Came to the location and was able to schedule an appointment, but there were no loaners available (they only have 2). It took about 2 hours to complete the service which was not bad (hence the 2 stars) but my car was not detailed with this service. Definitely not what I’m used too coming from Cary, so it was a bit disappointing. Not sure if I will return for future services or upkeep. I may check out the other locations in the area or just drive back to Cary where I know the quality of service will be top notch!

My experience with Land Rover Columbia was nothing short of amazing! Sara and Blake took great care of me. I was doubtful for a while but they did everything possible to make me comfortable and to get the price where I was satisfied. I know Im a tough cookie and would not have made the decision that I made if I hadnt dealt with 2 such great, hardworking and consistent individuals. My experience with the sales agent Darryl was great! I bought a car while living out of state. He explained the process, stayed in communication each step of the way and was personable. It shows that he enjoys his job and does a good job. I would definitely buy a car from Darryl again and send my friends and family to him to buy as well.The sales manager Amita provided great customer service as well. The process was quick and I was in and out in a jiffy.
Overall pretty good experience, part came in early so I drove down about an hr. Service was great waited a while they serviced my vehicle.
Lets just say my experience was far from rosie. Where should I start? Ah yes, the test drive. I found it a bit odd that the salesman elected for us to drive on a road where the max speed was 35 mph. I just chalked it up to them trying to conserve on gas..🤷🏽♀️Then, comes the back and forth which I guess is too be expected given the industry. I solidified my purchase past closing and planned to pick up the vehicle the following day to allow time for detailing. I arrived the next day to discover the car had not been detailed and had to wait additional time for a mid-grade pressure wash. That was very disappointing. The inside had not been wiped down as evident by the grime left behind on the cloth after WE detailed the interior. Furthermore, a few weeks later the car battery dies. I touched base with the sales associate that assisted me and after being told that the dealership has received a host of calls from other buyers voicing the same concern, never heard back or followed up with. Integrity is everything! The next Rover we buy wont be from here.

Luis called after I got an instant cash offer on Kelly Blue Book and we scheduled a time for me to come in. There was a tornado warning and I decided to cancel and make it for the next day he was in. He was rude about rescheduling saying “there was not a drop of rain”. We had just got the car we were looking to sell checked the day before and everything was fine, but when we got to Land Rover some how they found something wrong with the transmission. Right after we left we got it checked again and nothing was wrong. Just overall very rude. I would deff recommend 212 Motors over this place!

Never imagined owning a new car. Went into Range Rover of Columbia and in maybe an hour and a half I was the owner of a 2021 Range Rover!! Service department under the leadership of Tony Bergerson is the reason I still deal with this dealership. They have gone through so many changes and it is Always difficult to get a service advisor on the phone, but Tony and staff are always professional and actually seem concerned about their customers and needs. The dealership was very accommodating by picking up the car from my home for the inspection since I was having some health issues. The car was brought back to me afterwards. I had previously leased the automobile and decided to purchase it at the of the lease.I am still waiting on documentation papers regarding the purchase. I am hoping for a more detailed breakdown of the fees, taxes, etc. that were added to the residual value at the end of the lease.
The service was satisfactory. Making an appointment was less than adequate. No one ever answers the phone, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback. It took 2-3 times of leaving messages (over 3 weeks time frame) before our phone call.
Fantastic, fast, hassle free and pressure free! There is a different level of service at this dealership that you are familiar with when buying a car! Even a used one!!
I have purchased three cars from them. Salesman was great but just had a horrible experience with my last purchase. The titling person did not do her job! I now have a vehicle that I cannot drive because she never submitted the paperwork to the county assessors office! When I confronted her on the phone which I had to call the manager to have this person call me because I had left previous messages she finally returned my call.Very very rude person. I will have to take my time to do the job they should have done. When I confronted this person, she didnt even know what county in which I live. Not a rocket scientist; however, if she had done her job, which she did not, she would have known. This person hung up on me! I will never never purchase another car from them. This person doesnt understand customer service at all! Shame on this dealership for employing people like this who buy high end vehicles!

Overall, the dealership provided a great experience and my personal consultant was awesome. The main drawback was that I was not acknowledged in any form by anyone when I entered the building to have my car serviced. There were employees talking amongst each other, but no one spoke to greet me or provide assistance. I was disappointed by this because my previous experience was amazing when I purchased my vehicle.

I just relocated so this was my first time at this dealership. Everyone I came into contact with had a genuine politeness to them.Working with Linda H. in service was amazing. Customer service at its finest! I initially came in to get my scheduled maintenance and ultimately was so pleased with her, I felt inclined to ask questions about other vehicles and began to wander around the show room. I was introduced to Darryl C. and made some preliminary inquiries about vehicles they had in stock. Although he has horrible taste in sports teams (j/k), Darryl was the absolute best client advisor Ive ever worked with. Had my Jaguar XF key program there and everything was perfect. I called and scheduled and they were able to accommodate my requested date. I had to travel to Columbia from Augusta and they met me with a smile (I think, we had on masks..lol). The dealership was clean and everyone was nice.

Easy ride from Augusta. Arrived 20 minutes early and was seen almost immediately. Went through my list easily. Addressed an old recall, fixed a broken gas cap, ordered a few parts and was home in Agusta at 12: 15 PM. With an appointment at 9: am home by noon--awsome. I came in for a nail in my tire, I had an appointment at 10 but didn’t leave until almost noon, nice and friendly staff, complimentary snacks and wifi while I waited, they even washed my vehicle other than time it took, I appreciate the service.
Prior to purchasing a Rangerover Velar, we noted that the siding of the vehicle was not properly seated. The salesman stated that it could be fixed. After purchasing the vehicle, the service manager stated that he would order the part for the sidings and send them to be painted. We wanted different wheels. So, we were to return to the dealership once the person who does the wheels would be in town. When the service manager called to setup our appt to return to the dealership, I asked if the siding had come in. He stated no because the parts person was going to let another person take a look at the vehicle😳. Bottom line, after making several trips for proper installation of the siding, becoming very frustrated and acting out of character, the siding has been installed however, the driver door sealing is off😳😳....as for the loaner vehicles. The first one was filthy inside and outside! It looked and smelled like someone had vomited in it. I signed a contract that stated the gas tank was full..it was half full. I had to clean the inside of the vehicle because I couldn’t stomach the smell. The second loaner was a little better. This has been an ordeal that I truly regret. Had I known of the customer service that I would receive after purchasing a >$80K, I would have never walked into the building. I did apologize for acting out of character.

Great Service team at Jaguar of Columbia SC. Jonathan and Tony have always helped me by getting my car in and out in a timely manner. The work has been done right the first time and never have they tried to over sell me on service or repairs I didn’t need.The waiting area is always clean, snacks are there for the taking and the dealership has multiple locations around the showroom to sit and conduct work on my laptop. The sales team never tries to push sales on you either.

Traditionally Im a very skeptical person when it comes to car dealerships, especially used vehicles. However Daryl at LR of Columbia put me at ease with his no pressure approach and ease of conversation. I had identified a SUV I was interested in, did a quick test drive and informed him and his sales manager the price I was willing to pay. Very simple and straight-forward. About three minutes later, they returned and said we can do that and that was that! The entire process lasted less than an hour and a half and I was out the door in my new vehicle. Super customer service, a clean and inviting showroom and an overall dedication to customer service earned a 5-star rating from me! Will definitely be going back to Land Rover in the future!

I was very disappointed that the service department did not remove the tow eye/hook when I came to pick it up. In addition, they left the driver side interior with mud which was not present when it was dropped off. For the money charged for diagnostics, they did not do anything extra.

This was my first time using Land Rover of Columbia for service. Over all the experience was good. I like the fact that the txt you a link to keep track of your service progress. The people were very nice. The one thing I didnt like is when I looked at my receipt. Of course I look at it in detail after I left. So under recommended/ declined services it said oil change. But they had just changed my oil on the service. At the top it read oil filter and 8 qts of oil. So that had me confused.
First time for service on my F-type and it was a very positive experience. Comfortable lounge with snacks if you want them and good choice of coffees.Service was quick and all the requests were handled properly. Looking after me was my excellent service advisor Linda Hughes who took care of everything including making sure I understood some of the nuances of the computer functions. Also really helpful was parts guy Richard Boone who helped me with questions and finding a shirt I wanted by walking around with me to locate it.All in all a pleasant morning with friendly and helpful staff. I will be back - thanksBack for a visit late July as my brake pad worn light came on. I left a message and got a return call with an appointment since I shouldnt wait too long. Turned out to be the sensor, which was replaced while I waited and no charge. Another great visit-good coffee and comfortable waiting area. Back on the road.Major repair this time and although it took a while to get parts, everything was done perfectly and my car was returned clean and shiny. So far so good- I may be eating rice and potatoes for a while though

The General Sales Manager BLAKE is a child playing manager. He spent our whole visit giggling in his office or walking around on the phone making inappropriate comments about guests and his coworkers at the dealership. Our salesman (who was wonderful) kept apologizing for his managers behavior. It took hours to get numbers on the Range Rover we were looking at and several days for their manager to return our calls with questions that we had. We will be doing business elsewhere, wishing we could take our salesman with us. I am giving one star because I feel terrible for those that need to work under this man.
We have truly tried to be happy Land Rover customers but it’s not been possible. We are so unhappy with the lack of service and care from the staff at Land Rover. Once we purchased the vehicle, we were of no concern to them. I had to constantly beg for warranty information that wasn’t given to us at the time of purchase and now, I’ve had to call about 6 times to get reimbursed for service charges we shouldn’t have paid. It seems like they simply don’t care about providing quality services. We will not purchase from this Land Rover again as we are extremely disappointed. They sell luxury vehicles but have sub-par customer service.
